SLEEP- 9 hours ed, 9PM-6AM
CARDIO- 10k steps ed via walks, sprints 3x a week
SUPPLEMENTS- Creatine 5g ed, Chrysin 600mcg 1x/week
SIDE NOTES/QUESTIONS- Haven’t gone to the gym in 9 months but am going to start in 2 months once the gym reopens and school slows down
-Wanting to start peptides w/ orals but lack knowledge
-Morning wood absence over the past years
