Today I tested my 1 Rep Max I flew past my all time max of 210lbs. Hit 220lbs So said may as well go up 10lbs more 231lbs boom and I hit that too! PR Queen!🎉💪🥳 My theoretical max should be bout 243lbs. As it stands now it I make weight at 132lb and keep this strength I would have a world records at squat bench and Im very close to deadlift. But I cannot use elbow sleeves on bench and I have to pause it! By May I should be able to pause and be sleeveless for bench. So pretty exciting day for me to have a feel for where I am now! Happy Lifting! 💪🌸
Good job hitting those PRs today sister :D @RoidRageWife 220lbs then 231lbs is monster bench strength at your 132lb class.

She has more left in her. Next week she goes up 10 lbs on squat to give 352 a ride as well as 242 on bench. She tapers pretty fast and well. She still is fully on cycle too so this stimulus should really carry over.

Ok thanks this would be a good strength stack imo for her. She has done 50mg of EQ and 50mg of test 2 years sfo with minimal sides. This is the current setup for nationals 2026

10mg Test Cyp
15mg NPP
25mg EQ
25mg Masteron P
3-4 IU HGH
1-1.5mg Semaglutide

Then monitor sides and drop EQ probably or final 4-6 weeks and add 10mg Anavar if neeeed.

Went in to do another squat max. Kinda like what I would have done if I was competing this weekend which was the plan till Mr had shoulder surgery. Had diff spotter today a guy at the gym who knows lifting. No spotting for Mr. I Was stoked to get 341lbs PR this week!! This would be a world record lift if I was at my weight class 132lbs. I was 3lbs lighter than last week when I barely missed this weight! Decided not to deadlift. My knees and left calf are trying to feel better so I just did squats only. I will do maintence for next 6 weeks or so. Lower volume keep weighs a bit higher before we start another strength cycle on road to Nationals. Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

Ahh ok this makes sense. Keep us posted. I bet you hold the strength for the next 3 weeks and only see any noticeable decline after that but even then it won't be much.

Im behind in my workout posts sorry everyone. I did deadlifts yesterday and accessory today I’ll post both here. Did rack pulls not as strong as I thought on these. Used straps was hard to grip with straps as bar fur rack pulls is very bent was not getting an even pull each rep. So tried for single 455lbs got it half inch lifts. Wasn’t gonna happen today. Backed off ended with decent set of 3 at 405.
