Approved Log My life changing Journey

So Saturday all done and dusted, did nt get much sleep and woke up early, couldn't get back off so went to the gym for a workout, OMAD slightly different today with a porterhouse, chicken and Salmon. Hopefully better sleep tonight as feel tired now. Only downside to the steak has the Histamine and what effect that has.
MT2 update, it was mentioned that i look like im getting a tan on my arms, what i have noticed is somewhere im not willing to take a photo of i now own a 2 tone version, a patch is white and the other part is going brown.

NAD is red as run out and new stash hasn't arrived yet.
I know the feeling man working on 4hrs of sleep today myself
 
Another Tuesday done, NAD arrived so changed the days and back on it today. Training done, a few more Trophies, OMAD done, work sucks, time to find a new job. Interview on Thursday so fingers crossed.

Okay, not alot Wednesday, struggled to get up, felt tired, whoop said to restrict strain so just did a speed fit today, had a work lunch so did a mixed grill, well was a pork chop, lamb on a stick and a chorizo sausage, when i got back to the office had my chicken. Normal service will return tomorrow for the food. Got my dates mixed up for the end of speed fit challenge, so updated scan and photos will be the 20th December.
Feeling a bit hungry at the moment so just going to go to bed and ignore it.
Will get back to the gym tomorrow but will probably be in the afternoon, doing a day care visit to a kindergarten with the fire truck tomorrow afternoon.

food is good but you should get fats higher and drop protein a bit until in full ketosis @JasonM50

How'd your strain get so high? I noticed your RHR was pretty high too. Are you feeling a bit sick at all? Sleep was amazing so with what I'm seeing illness would be a good explanation for those metrics.
 
Yeah i do feel under the weather, loads of stress at work and havent kicked the coffee so that and reta may acvount for RHR too

Hi all,

Where do I start ? New to this a bit nieave even though yes I'm 50.

My weight has gone up and down all my life with me swearing that I will get onto of it. 2 years ago all was going well until C6 removed via the back as low level insurance and more recently I have had carpel tunnel and the bone in my arm cut, reduced by 4mm and plated due to my elbow being dislocated at a young age and now having 2 balls (no pun intented) rather than a ball and socket.

I managed to stress eat myself to 149.6 Kg, the heaviest I have ever been. I have managed to get my head in a good place and want to genuinely want to make the change, the last 3 weeks I have managed to get down to 139.2 Kg. I have done this with the gym and diet, I am slowly building back up my weights as I still have 2 weeks before final xray to confirm my bone is fully healed then I can kick-start the traing with heavier weights.
My diet works for me an I suspect many won't like it, basically I have 1 meal a day and at the moment it is 1 porterhouse steak about 600g with additional tallow and salt.

I have attached my scan when I started and my latest scan, I will upload a scan each week, too embarrassed to upload photos at the moment but will do when I get to my happy place.

I have alot of skeletal muscle mass and lean muscle mass from training over the years, used to play rugby and 2 years ago medieval combat, basically MMA in full plate with weapons.

I have been doing research on trt and While I lose fat I want to increase muscle definition/ size.
I am based in Western Australia and would be grateful if an Aussie based Pharma can advise / assist. When i set my mind to it i can lose fat easily dye to muscle mass hidden under the fat.

Not sure if I have missed any thing other than a massive thank you to Gearhead for the helping hand in the right direction.

Bro your pic from Sunday no matter how blurred it is can see the fat loss in your face (chin) it's easy to tell, especially compared to your avatar pic where I'm sure the was a double chin LOL.

Hi all what a day, went to the gym did my work out came home to get my 10 minutes each side in the sun and my daughter slipped over in the bathroom, she landed on her bank and was in a whole heap of pain had to take her to the hospital as he has osteopenia and can break bones really easily, 11 hours later i am shattered and back home, typing this then hitting the sack. Managed to still get my OMAD as he wife brought it to the hospital :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter brother! If you're comfortable with it can you keep us dated on this? Osteopenia is no joke. A lot of sleep will be the order of the day for you for both physical and mental recovery.

How is the melanotan2 working for you your dose is nice and high in weeks 5-6 I hope you're ready LOL.

Hi Lev and Harley, yhanls for suppoet on mu Daughter, yes she will be okay, she got givwn some good pain relief and muscle relaxent, she has woken this morning with a bit more mobility and doesnt feel as bad as yesterday, just so happy she didnt break anything, she broke vones a total of 7 times so far and one was she put her have out to stop a football and it broke her arm.

I have been on diet since 29th December, have done it 2 years ago and it works for me, eating carbs bloats me and starts the slippery slope of sugar addiction. I am already doing treadmill incline 2 and speed 5.5 for 30 mins, am using the machines in the gym currently and chest press 50kg, biceps curls and triceps at 40 kg

Okay, so didn't sleep well, woke up feeling crap and no energy, saw that a dropped to yellow on recovery so figured.. rest day it is. did my OMAD today and left work early as feeling rough, going to go to bed and see what tomorrow brings,

Men typically hold fat around their chests and their stomachs. So you got to keep dropping your body fat further, and you will get leaner. @JasonM50

I made it back to the gym and did a speed fit, feeling better today. No treadmill at the gym as short of time

As i mentioned earlier i got back to the gym this morning, i then had my last speedfit session before the scan on Saturday, for the 8 week challenge week 2 and 3 i was in Japan but if the gym scales are correct i may have lost 13Kg during the last 8 weeks, will update photos on Saturday and post scan information. i hope i haven't lost too much muscle mass, if i have i can always build it back up once the fat loss is at an end. Had OMAD today but looking at doing a 48hr fast to see if that will help my scan on Saturday. Training went okay today, didnt get the time for treadmill, feel a bit better today so hope to have a good leg day tomorrow. Christmas lunch at work tomorrow with everyone bringing in food, i will make a cob loaf but not touching any of the food.

As i mentioned earlier i got back to the gym this morning, i then had my last speedfit session before the scan on Saturday, for the 8 week challenge week 2 and 3 i was in Japan but if the gym scales are correct i may have lost 13Kg during the last 8 weeks, will update photos on Saturday and post scan information. i hope i haven't lost too much muscle mass, if i have i can always build it back up once the fat loss is at an end. Had OMAD today but looking at doing a 48hr fast to see if that will help my scan on Saturday. Training went okay today, didnt get the time for treadmill, feel a bit better today so hope to have a good leg day tomorrow. Christmas lunch at work tomorrow with everyone bringing in food, i will make a cob loaf but not touching any of the food.

Lets see what the scan says as all scales are different, there is a chance i can win $300 local and then 2k national. Dont think ive dine enough fir tgat but happy with my progress so thats whar counts, forgot to mention u have run out of MT2 hence uts in red

@JasonM50 a 48-hour fast is always a good idea. Besides the weight loss, it's very beneficial for the body. It gives me a lot of benefits.

@JasonM50 13 kg in 8 weeks is amazing. That is like 25-30 pounds, if my math is correct. That is a great accomplishment. Keep it up.

Okay so an early Saturday update, went for my scan following the 8 week speedfit challange and happy with the results, i did lose some muscle mass but i can put that back on later right. I have lost 15.7 Kg all up with 10Kg being body fat and some good levels on the scan. Considering i was at 149.6 Kg im now at a much better 117.2Kg, still have a way to go but stepping stones right. I hope this PDF works as an upload or i will need top work out another way to do this, the pictures also show sone Mt2 has done a little work to my transparent skin colour, i have run out and probably need a couple more bottles. going to enjoy my food today after a 48hr fast and have made the viral Kebab so will let you know how that one tates later. Ok would do pdf so i have taken a photo of it

Ok so Saturday done, no raining today as took a rest day, back to OMAD after 48hr fast, ignore the can of sardines as i didnt open them as i was too full. The viral kebab was okay, i didnt have the onion as wanted to reduce the carbs but think it needs it as was very dry. Also gave me stomach issues which resulted in me depositing the OMAD in watery fashion. (to much detail maybe :) ). Daughter got a call from the Hospital and she went back to A&E and a specialist has found a facture on L3, she will be staying in hospital tonight and then transferred in the morning to get a back brace, she is in good spirits and is okay with the whole thing. Hitting training again tomorrow and then dilemma dilemma, i dress as Santa for the Lolly run with the fire station and go around the parks for the kids, my wife and daughter still want me to do it and not cancel but the dad bit of me is finding it hard to agree. Ill sleep on it. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Okay so an interesting Sunday, went to the Gym 3rd exercise in and get a Fire call, so went to station jumped into my gear and went to to a bush fire, finished that and then went back to the gym to continue the training session. Finished that and showered and then back to station to decorate the trucks and dress as santa then back out doing the Lolly run, got back to station and then walked in my door at 20:30, the family has just walked in from being all day at the hospital and my daughter is in a very fetching back brace. Feel so drained but hoping to get a good sleep and back to training tomorrow. Food was understandably all over the shop today and just had a couple of sausages and a couple of chicken drum sticks.
Any tips on how to change the picture as was going to use the latest one and ill be buggered if i can work it out

@JasonM50 that 48 hour fast will be very beneficial. If you make it to 48 push it to 72 that’s when I get the most benefits
