My Oura numbers are starting to normalise and I am feeling a whole lot better too which is great.

I cant stand the smell of tobacco, literally one of the most offensive smells to me.

I think my discuss with vaping and smoking came from religious studies at school. The preist was a pipe smoker, and would blow smoke in your face when argry with you. He went to jail for sexually abusing he's own nephew

Good thing you live on a farm with plenty of land and clean air. If you lived here in Toronto you'd go nuts cuz all you smell is sewage, garbage, and cigarettes lol. Around lunch time tho you get a reprieve when the restaurants are cooking

Bit puffy and softer today with huge sodium and carb intake last night

Size is definitely coming on, as is strength, I am struggling with appetite, I am always hungry, I really am trying to stay controlled and disciplined as I was on my cut, but I feel like the PEDs are just driving my appetite through the roof.

I am considering stepping up reta once again, but honestly - not sure it would even do much as I will probably get to a point where the GI sides become problematic.

Maybe need to just practice good old willpower.



The training feels great, I love the feeling of NPP when it starts kicking in, just the weights feel so much lighter.



I have started to really consider adding Slu and Mots to combat some of the fat gain if anyone could give me some advice if it would work in the way I am hoping?

My goal for this cycle was always to gain absolute minimal bodyfat but maximal lean mass.



Also learnt my posing sucks, will be working on that.

My RHR and HRV is normalising - I have upped my telmisartan to push my bp down under 130.



Upped my Ascension reta to 4mg split in 3 doses to combat this appetite a bit.

One thing that I have noticed from running the Klow is my hair is growing so fast and thick - which is lovely because Mast had started really stressing it on my cut.



Nearly 3 weeks done and I am seeing the benefits for this cycle - subtle size and fullness and strength creeping in.



I got to talking to a new vendor here on Evo Norvex who has offered to sponsor me for some Mots and Slu and we are thinking to run them at pretty decent doses to see how lean this bulk can be, in the coming days I will be posting that to my log too - really excited to see what this can do, as I am adamant I do not want to gain any fat on this push.

Feeling really good today, every lift was up, the energy I had was great, feeling happy.



My RHR and HRV is normalising - I have upped my telmisartan to push my bp down under 130.



Upped my Ascension reta to 4mg split in 3 doses to combat this appetite a bit.

One thing that I have noticed from running the Klow is my hair is growing so fast and thick - which is lovely because Mast had started really stressing it on my cut.



Nearly 3 weeks done and I am seeing the benefits for this cycle - subtle size and fullness and strength creeping in.



I got to talking to a new vendor here on Evo Norvex who has offered to sponsor me for some Mots and Slu and we are thinking to run them at pretty decent doses to see how lean this bulk can be, in the coming days I will be posting that to my log too - really excited to see what this can do, as I am adamant I do not want to gain any fat on this push.

Starting to see some growth in spots that were lacking for me, noticing my back starting to fill out, arms looking more muscular, I am feeling pretty good as a whole, work has been crazy busy for the moment and I am racking up like 20k or more steps a day so I have put a hold on cardio for the time

being - will be back into it in the new year.



Back in the gym for legs tomorrow then a rest day on Xmas!

When I was on Masteron my hair was thinning out and when I would shower it would shed into my hand.

It has started growing back thick and full, really really healthy, we’re talking within 3 weeks of stopping mast - could be unrelated but just seems very quick and very pronounced - I imagine itd be the GHK in there

Oura ring is really nice man, it isnt fitness geared at all, but for health tracking its really cool, like you can see it clearly in my numbers whenever I add or change something in my stack. Its kind of nuts

Feeling really good on this cycle, dropping the AI has helped I think, I will be doing bloods in a week for a full 4 week check in with a LCMS e2.



I am really happy with how my physique is changing, my strength is climbing - from what I can see fat gain is minimal, just watery at times, but all in all, looking and feeling good.



I am holding all my PED doses steady for now, I may increase test if my bloods indicate a lower e2 and markers are healthy - but we will see what that looks like.



I have been running my Reta at 4mg this week to try and curb the appetite which isnt working the best, but I do believe it has been doing great things for my insulin sensitivety and blood glucose so it will stay in - not experiencing any negatives.



I am going away for a week next week, but will be training and adhering to my diet and protocol etc,



I have also received a TD from @Norvex of some Mots C and Slu, which I am going to be running in this log to assist in keeping my fat gain to a minimum while gaining as much lean mass as possible.

I noticed about retatrutide its limited in hunger control under a certain dose for some individuals.
Have you considered going to 6mgs but split dose?

I am so sorry @LevButlerov,

I am trying to get my strength up with the pull ups - I seem to gas very quickly with them.

I will be pushing the carbs up as my calories go up, and the good news is, 10 days off AI now my oura numbers are normalising and I am feeling so much better the last couple of days - I think I have been having flucuating e2 but I am ordering bloods next week.

Adding my Slu and Mots tomorrow , looking forward to seeing what it does to my leanness while I try to bulk.

I am wanting to increase my test if my bloods are good.


I am going to titrate Reta up weekly until I get to a point where my appetite is controlled.

I am spreading the doses Monday Wednesday Friday

Feeling really good on this cycle, dropping the AI has helped I think, I will be doing bloods in a week for a full 4 week check in with a LCMS e2.



I am really happy with how my physique is changing, my strength is climbing - from what I can see fat gain is minimal, just watery at times, but all in all, looking and feeling good.



I am holding all my PED doses steady for now, I may increase test if my bloods indicate a lower e2 and markers are healthy - but we will see what that looks like.



I have been running my Reta at 4mg this week to try and curb the appetite which isnt working the best, but I do believe it has been doing great things for my insulin sensitivety and blood glucose so it will stay in - not experiencing any negatives.



I am going away for a week next week, but will be training and adhering to my diet and protocol etc,



I have also received a TD from @Norvex of some Mots C and Slu, which I am going to be running in this log to assist in keeping my fat gain to a minimum while gaining as much lean mass as possible.

Some people say retatrutide really kills their appetite, and some people say it gets rid of food noise. In the end, it will definitely work for you, assuming you got legit stuff. Curious to see how it works going forward. @Dreamer

I would think that retatrutide or tirzepatide would be more effective for that purpose.

Started Slu and Mots c today, I think I went a bit hard with the doses right off the bat, went with 100mg slu and 2mg Mots, felt pretty good at the start of my session but crashed pretty hard and didnt feel great for the rest of the day, could be unrelated, because I did have a big day yesterday but I will start from 30mg Slu and 500mcg of Mots daily tomorrow and give a more accurate assessment after a few days.



I have finished up the Klow I was running from Ascension - I really like that compound, there is no coincidence my hair, skin and nails are all improved, and I get lots of little scratches and cuts with my job and they heal super quick, would love to incorporate that again.



I am enjoying the cycle, think my fear of gaining fat is holding back my gains a little, strength is increasing so I am not far off, but I will increase calories just a bit, but I am happy with the growth I am seeing as a whole, and the leanness is staying which will make coming off alot easier to keep

these gains too.



Back in the gym tomorrow for Pull, then im moving my rest day and legs so I can get bloods done on monday and have a clean test rather than the noise from training. - Hopefully everything looking good and we can look at adding or increasing.

I think its the increase in food, I am feeling alot more full and pumped too.

I think yesterday was too much, I crashed pretty hard energy wise, but today on a lighter dose yes I felt great at the gym and still feeling good now.

Went with the lower dose Mots and Slu today - felt great at the gym, my heart rate was elevated so its clearly working, I just keep crashing after - but I have been using quite alot of caffeine so I am going to start cutting that back now.



I am doing my week 4 bloods on Monday - they are likely going to take a little bit to come back, but thinking of adding something like Anavar for the last 6-8 weeks if I am healthy and well.



Rest day tomorrow to allow my body to be at baseline for bloods and then back into it with Legs!

Went with the lower dose Mots and Slu today - felt great at the gym, my heart rate was elevated so its clearly working, I just keep crashing after - but I have been using quite alot of caffeine so I am going to start cutting that back now.



I am doing my week 4 bloods on Monday - they are likely going to take a little bit to come back, but thinking of adding something like Anavar for the last 6-8 weeks if I am healthy and well.



Rest day tomorrow to allow my body to be at baseline for bloods and then back into it with Legs!

Looking Great brother, may have to liberate some of your logging derails to make mine have more info etc. Will wait until the weight is gone, so at some point in tge future you will look at my log and think, something looks familiar, hopefully, one day maybe even yhe physique. Keep up the work, your smashing it.
 
I'd have you do a little less overall exercises. Legs done right should be hard to do and it looks like 8 movements. I'm thinking 5 tops.
Volume is something I am working on, I seem to do quite alot which I recognise and am trying to cut back - I really enjoy it though, I do push hard though

Sorry for not posting the last few days, I decided to take the time to recharge and spend with family before really locking in for the next 10 weeks of this phase.

I kept my diet probably 85% while away and trained my full split.



I feel really good. I am however noticing I have mimimal libido, periods of low mood and low energy and my water is up and down quite a bit - the clinic lost my blood samples which I should have had back by now, but I did a redraw this morning so will have some answers shortly.



Strength is climbing every session, the weights feel lighter and lighter, really enjoying the training.



Have been playing around with my Mots and Slu dosages and have settled on 30mg Slu and 1mg Mots daily at the moment which seems to be a sweet spot - and I credit these peps to probably how my body handled the extra food and carbs over the last week. @Norvex is gtg, and I am really enjoying the addition to my stack - look forward to working more with you.

Softer but very full, holding a little water but definitely growing

Sorry for not posting the last few days, I decided to take the time to recharge and spend with family before really locking in for the next 10 weeks of this phase.

I kept my diet probably 85% while away and trained my full split.



I feel really good. I am however noticing I have mimimal libido, periods of low mood and low energy and my water is up and down quite a bit - the clinic lost my blood samples which I should have had back by now, but I did a redraw this morning so will have some answers shortly.



Strength is climbing every session, the weights feel lighter and lighter, really enjoying the training.



Have been playing around with my Mots and Slu dosages and have settled on 30mg Slu and 1mg Mots daily at the moment which seems to be a sweet spot - and I credit these peps to probably how my body handled the extra food and carbs over the last week. @Norvex is gtg, and I am really enjoying the addition to my stack - look forward to working more with you.

Thank you Lev! I am planning it, I am gaining quite steady at the moment and really want these bloods back before I do much changes, I also dont want to guess as I have got myself in trouble before with throwing in AI etc, I actually suspect E2 to be high, or prolactin, but we will see soon.

I suspect something hormone related, I have pulled nearly every lever I can think of, really need my bloods back, I wont act on anything until I get them, but I daresay e2 or Prolactin

Agree, this is the last piece of the puzzle and then the growth will skyrocket I know it.

Not a bad idea at all, I do a ton of driving, I will give it a go.
