I'm more driven now things are coming back or I'm dealing better idk and we are getting ready to win.
I'm currently most of the way through a growth phase.
Training is 5 days a week.
Diet is 5300 cals for training days and 5000 for rest days.
Macros for training days are 256p 834c 106f.
I currently have a coach someone who i feel is extremely knowledgeable and has my best interests and health at heart.
Gear.
This is the juicy part, currently on 500 test (gsl sus 250) 700 mast (gsl mast p 150) and 140npp (gsl npp 100) oils pinned daily and dosages are weekly.
5ius of gh a day (regenex growth)
500mg metformin ( regenex)
40mg telmisartin (regenex)
Also currently on 10iu of lantus insulin with meal 1 and 10iu of novo spilt into 5iu pre and post workout.
200mg l carn pre workout.
Supps.
Probably the most important aspect.
10g of fish oil.
1g nac
5000iu vit d
50mg Zinc picolinate
Vitamins k, e, c and b.
Chromium and magnesium.
I'm currently sitting at high 96 low 97 kg fasted depending on when I get meal 5 in and how much water I drink at night.
Will post up some pictures in the thread.
I've told @RegenexPharma to yell at me if I don't post regularly enough.
I will try to get a snapshot of most my workouts but even if not I will aim to update this as often as possible alongside interacting with everyone here.
