Had my blood results come back today and I'm really happy with where I'm sitting both hormonally and from a health perspective. Hdl has increased, ldl has come down, haemoglobin still in range (it's been a problem in the past), kidney function good, hba1c good, prostate good. Only thing really out of range was ast and alt but nothing to be concerned about, especially given i had trained 5 days in a row leading up to the bloods.
Hormones exactly where I want them on trt dose of 125mg week. (See below).
Truly believe that the peptide regime from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep has helped tremendously with overall health.

Starting to think about jumping on cycle again. It's been a good few months of leaning up and I've been on 125mg of the awesome @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep test enanthate since September, so with my recent bloods showing a pretty good level of health across the board, might be time to start trying to add some tissue. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.

So we can basically get up and go and there's still an adult at home for when the kids wake up, it's awesome.
Anyway today was legs and it was high intensity barely any rest time between sets and a bit less volume than usual- 2 working sets instead of 3.
