I find the first is mostly lat and the second is mid back.
You might find bracing on a bench for the T-bar helps you lift heavier and get a better stimulus.

Both awesome lifts either way tho. When I got more time I'll definitely be bringing one or both back into my training. No time for unilateral work right now lol

We watched Sinners last night and I wasn't a big fan...but I hate musicals and when people start dancing and singing in a movie I'm done.

It's been a while but I remember Robert Rodriguez doing a better version with Dusk til Dawn back in the day. Kinda felt like I'd seen this movie before.

How did he win best actor for this role? That's like Keaneu Reeves winning for John Wick or Eddie Murphy winning for Norbit lol. Jesse Plemons in Bugonia was a million times better that Michael B Jordan in Sinners. But that's Hollywood for you.

One Battle is out on stream so we're gonna watch that one tonight

SLU is in the mix now, excited to see if it can help increase my energy levels in a noticeable way. Life's been hectic for a while now so it's a perfect time to try because any little change should be very noticeable.

Still working hard on the tools, then hard at home on the computer everyday but there's some light at the end of the tunnel. Training has still be consistent and I'm making some decent progression. Dips were especially good this week. I added weight and reps. Up to a 45lb plate now.

I've been hitting 600g of carbs pretty consistently up from 500g but I feel like my stomach is maxed out. The only way I feel like I could get more carbs would be from eating more processed foods which is a bit of a dilemma.

Even at 600g of carbs my weight seems to be stuck unless I eat really high cal, like well over 5000kcal. Then the weight I add doesn't look like the right kind. Might have reached a point where my body can't handle adding more weight for the time being and I just need to settle in to a type of homeostasis at this new weight? I'm 15+lbs heavier than I've ever been in my life right now and my heaviest was over 20 years ago. I'm 30+lbs heavier than I've been at anytime in the last decade so maybe my body is kinda maxed out for a bit?

What kind of hours do you work at the moment (including at home on the computer)? Any 'light at the end of the tunnel' with it slowing down at all?

Regarding the cals / carbs, I can't remember if you take any fast carbs around your workout. Liquid carbs during your workout for example would be the easiest way to get them up.

Getting pretty serious with the dips. Seems like the elbow is ok now?

Be interesting to see how the SLU goes for you given the high level schedule you are on. If it gives you a boost it will certainly give me one. I have recalibrated my diet this week and want to see how this affects my weight just like you. I won't be hitting 600 carbs though as I simply don't burn through that level of energy requirements 🩵

Jordan deserved it, playing 2 character twins like that is not easy. it took a ton of preparation and time. i thought he deserved it for sure and there wasn't a strong lineup this year of best actors to choose from.

one battle is hilarious. i almost died laughing so hard you will see. just remember its a comedy #1 so if you don't go into it understanding that you won't get the movie.

i think though judging by your personality you will like the Secret Agent the best. it was the most critically acclaimed movie with 98% on rotten tomatoes.

Bros, she cooks a lot of Japanese food but she also cooks things like Italian food and Mexican food too. She likes to cook different things.

The last few weeks have been atleast 60-70 hour weeks. It's been brutal. I managed to finish up this massive project bid I've been working on and that's a massive weight off my shoulders. If we get the job then I'll be in for a whole new world of hurt tho lol.

Yea I take carbolyn during my workout. I take a full scoop which is 50g of carbs. I also eat 2 tbsp of raw honey pre-workout which helps get some easy carbs in too.

Elbow feels great in the dips. The only thing that hurts during the workout is incline db press. I think the overhead ez bar extensions are the cause of the elbow pain. Might be getting too strong for my tendons on that movement so I stopped raising the weight and I'll just keep adding reps instead. Only 2 weeks left til deload so it should be fine, knock on wood lol.

One Battle was AMAZING!!! Man that scene in the tent had me crying I was laughing so hard. That junkie kid was so damn funny. Leo and Sean Penn killed it too. What a story...so well written. It actually made me have a bit of empathy towards the ICE protesters, which I'm sure was probably part of the movies agenda.

We watched Weapons also and that was good too. I liked it better than Sinners for sure.

Next up is definitely Secret Agent. That looks really good. My wife really wants to watch Marty Supreme as well so thats also on the list.

Ya you're gonna need the extra carbs with the stack you're running now. The extra carbs around the peri workout window will help fuel all that extra strength you're gonna have.

I'd imagine it's gonna be a bit before I feel the SLU. I'm slowly increasing the dose to find the minimum effective dose. Shits sooo damn expensive so trying to get the best bang for my buck.

The SLU is really expensive so I'm trying to find my min effective dose. Tried 250mcg for a couple days, now bumping to 500 for a few days and we'll see how that goes. Maybe I can get away with 500 or 750, but probably not. We'll see though.

That's awesome. My wife is the same way. I miss homemade Japanese food. My mom became super westernized cuz growing up after the war she got targeted a lot for being Japanese.

My grandma used to make me a lot of Japanese food but she passed years ago so it's been a while since I had some traditional Japanese home cooking.

Bros I can't mess around with fermented foods I get diarrhea really bad but my wife's parents eat that shit all the time

Have you ever heard of tried a PJR pullover extension? I find them a lot easier on the elbows that other overhead type exercises for targetting the long head. Another good one is a cable overhead extension where you set the cable at mid height, face away and then bend over at the waste.

Yesterday was an all around good day. Slept well, recovery was good, them a solid session in the gym. Hit my progression targets for the most part and added extra reps on a few sets.

The elbow is finally feeling good enough that it's not the limiting factor on my DB presses. Still some pain but not enough to stop me from pushing higher reps.

Weight is up a bit today but I think that's due to the fact that I ate some pizza for the first time in over a year. Dunno why but I had this craving all day for pizza. So we got some wood oven pizzas that were amazing. Sorry I didn't take a pic though. Couldn't think about anything other than eating when I looked at those pizzas lol. One was wild mushrooms, garlic, truffle oil, fior di latte cheese, and parmagiano. The other was prosciutto, wild mushrooms, and banana peppers. Both were delicious

The cable overhead is basically what I'm doing. I set the cable a little higher than mid tho.

PJR I'll look into tho. I always like having some kind of overhead or pullover in my routines.

I didn't even think about taking a pic until there was 2 slices left. I annihilated that pizza. It had been so long since I had any and then I thought, I'm supposed to be eating a lot of carbs right now so why not lol

I barely remember to take pics most nights. Even my digestive aids and citrus bergemont get forgotten all the time cuz when I see my dinner I just dive in. It's usually my wife who reminds me to do both

weight is up likely water retention :D let the pizza flow it will grow you bigger more muscle mass :D

Just ordered all new windows and doors for my house 25k. Then I gotta do the gutters and aluminum which is another 6k. Then I gotta get the AC and furnace replaced which is another 6k. I wanna do composite decking but it's not in the budget this year. It's gonna be an expensive couple months.

Couple weeks off then hop on some Winny and see what that does for me. Then onto my EQ and Mast cycle for the summer. Plans for that are to keep the doses low and run long.

My bloodwork is still on point so I figure it's best not to push the Tren too long and push my luck. I already learned what I needed to from this cycle and I don't think I'll ever run Tren like this again. If anything in the future I'll run it low at like 25mg EOD just as a secondary compound. Yea it's gonna be perfect timing. The trails are starting to dry up around my place so mountain biking season is almost here. Even if I just ride the gravel and hard pack I'm excited to get back on the bike cuz the Tren has murdered my cardio lol

I am surprised that the Tren wasn't as impressive to you overall. I haven't tried it and might at some point just to see, but like you with NPP I am pretty taken with Deca at present. Finally some food porn 🙄😋🩵

I thought it would turn me into an animal in the gym but it must seems kinda average. More like smooth steady gains instead of big jumps. Plus it's way to taxing on my cardio system. The longer I'm on the more I breath like a fat guy lol

Same bloods from last week lol. I actually have my consult with my doc tomorrow but everything looked surprisingly good considering I'm on Tren. I just don't see how much more I can get outta running tren this high and my cardio is really starting to suffer. Only a matter of time til the sides show up and I'd rather hop off before that starts to happen.

Looking at the timing too I wanna start leaning out in time for my summer cycle. I'm actually more excited to see how the EQ and Mast will go for me.

Yea maybe I'll start a bridge log. I've heard staying extra hydrated can help with some of the joint dryness. Hopefully that helps. If it gets too bad it's easy enough to just drop it. I'm gonna run orals

Next week will be my last week on them I'll hop off for a couple weeks like you said. Then a couple weeks or month on the Winny. Then into the summer with my EQ and Mast. Gonna start very low with the EQ and hold off on the mast for a bit until I figure out how the EQ effects my E2.

This updates a day late cuz I literally worked all night last night catching up on my invoicing. Good news is after the work I did tonight I'm finally completely caught up on all my admin stuff and its back to business as usual. Feels like a massive weight off my shoulders cuz I'm not the kinda person who can leave work unfinished. It bothers me.

Training has been surprisingly good still considering I've been feeling pretty tired. Progression is still very steady and even my weight has started moving up and staying up again.

New bench rep PR on 230lbs. I think next week I'm gonna hit some heavy 1 RMs and see where my max bench is right now before I hop off.

The 5 on 2 off GH schedule seems to be working pretty good. Recovery has been a bit more consistent and less peaks and valleys. It will be interesting to see how well this works when I'm off the Tren.

Dinner was 5 spice braised chicken wings. My wife took all the meat off the bone for me like a baby lol.. dunno why

Well you are much bigger, huh? I think I really can’t try tren. I would be in trouble if I couldn’t breathe right. I think about it sometimes, but I would want to be really dialed in like you and really take advantage of it

That's exactly what I thought haha. The way I attack my dinners maybe she was tryn to take me out.

Ya I'm really curious where my bench press is at now. I had the hardest time breaking 195lbs forever. Then first cycle I got to 245lbs. Now second cycle I'm repping 230lbs so I'm very curious. Hopefully my recovery is good this weekend and Monday I'll give it a go.

Today I was up and down a 10ft ladder all day long. Easily 50+ trips up and down. Did it no problem but was wheezing like a fat kid lol

SLU and motc? Interesting. Im kinda saving motc for later just to try solo so I can compare to SLU. I'd like it if it works better cuz it's a lot cheaper lol

Tren is an interesting compound. Not much changes with my diet or training and yet things change with my body so drastically. Gain weight really fast, then plateau and even slip back again. Now my weight is moving up again outta no where. I was looking like I'm carrying more fat than I'd like, abs start looking blurry. Now I'm gaining and holding at a higher weight and recomping too. Pretty crazy.

Even in the gym. There was a couple weeks there where I was stuck in a plateau but the last 2 weeks have been steady progression again.

My felt felt strong yesterday. Got a crazy pump and a couple hours later my upper back was already feeling it. Really successful session when that happens.

Dinner is chicken teriyaki with bell peppers and onion.

Yes I think that must be a huge factor. Every time I’m near my heaviest my breathing goes way down

Tren is an interesting compound. Not much changes with my diet or training and yet things change with my body so drastically. Gain weight really fast, then plateau and even slip back again. Now my weight is moving up again outta no where. I was looking like I'm carrying more fat than I'd like, abs start looking blurry. Now I'm gaining and holding at a higher weight and recomping too. Pretty crazy.

Even in the gym. There was a couple weeks there where I was stuck in a plateau but the last 2 weeks have been steady progression again.

My felt felt strong yesterday. Got a crazy pump and a couple hours later my upper back was already feeling it. Really successful session when that happens.

Dinner is chicken teriyaki with bell peppers and onion.

tren will recomp you big time but so will your ongoing diet and training :D

Yes I think that must be a huge factor. Every time I’m near my heaviest my breathing goes way down
Yea I've had it a bit before but never this bad. Hopefully it just takes some time for my body to get used to the new norm. Almost mountain biking season again so if it doesn't normalize I'll force it too lol

Yea it's very confusing and mysterious lol. No shortage of surprises. Some days I'm like man should I push this cycle a few more weeks, then other days I'm looking forward to coming off. It's a real Jekyll and Hyde situation

Yea I think recomping won't be a problem for me. If I drop my calories for a couple days even I lean out really quick and drop a few pounds. Cutting down isn't a worry at all. Maintaining the muscle I've added is more of a concern.

Yea losing weight has never been an issue for me. My maintenance calories are typically around 3800-4000. My metabolic rate has always been high and I'm very active. Gaining is the tough part.

I was actually talking about it with my doc yesterday and he said my bloodwork actually shows how high my metabolic rate is, especially right now. When comparing my blood glucose markers and pancreatic function he said "Who needs insulin when there's Tren on a healthy diet" LOL

All that ladder climbing sounds exhausting. An EWP would be much less cardio related and definitely more my pace 🤔🤭🩵

Yea I'm pretty lucky. I've never been able to get fat no matter how shit my diet was. I'd get soft but never really pack on the weight. Sux for gaining weight but gear has helped a lot in that regard lol

Yesterday was a really busy day. We welcomed a new member of the family. I got a new niece, bringing the total to 3 nieces and 2 nephews. It was a great family day. She's a healthy baby girl and surprisingly cute for being a newborn.

Back to the log, things have been good. Recovery has been very high, BP nice still, and weight is still holding or gaining a bit. Only downside is I'm noticing a fair amount of joint paint. Got a fair amount of inflammation in my right knee too. Not sure if I'm deficient in something or the training is just taking it's toll. I'm adding back a few supps into my stack as well play it by ear.

Last week on Tren coming up. Gonna dig extra deep this week and make one big final push before taking a much needed deload.

I wasn’t at your level on Tren but think I can relate on the breathing. I just kinda associated it with the Tren cough. If you look at your pics I say you did well with it. As far as coming off, I don’t miss it so hopefully it’s an easy adjustment for you also.

We always talked how our cycles somewhat mirror each other. I’m actually getting ready to go into Winstrol. What are you thinking for starting dose, 25? Just posted thread on support supplements. You’ve got the BPC so that’s good. I think I’m gonna try Glucosamine Chondroitin Turmeric Msm with some taurine.

EQ as you know crashed my E2. I personally would go 3:1 next time. JMO.

Thanks bro. I get to be the coolest uncle to so many nieces and nephews. It's the best.

Elbows and knees specifically. Wrists here and there. Hard to say tho cuz I always have problems with my knees, one wrist, and elbows on occasion. Lots of old injuries, but they all seem to be acting up more than usual and all at the same time which is a bit unusual especially now that it's warming up a bit here.

NPP I ran as high as 300mg a week last cycle. Deca I have only run 100mg a week just for joint relief. Helped my knees a lot through the winter.

Yep you know exactly what I'm gonna do haha. Actually just finished pushin 1 RMs on bench today and knocked a bunch of my rep PRs on other movements off. One more week and I'll take it easy

I use the RP hypertrophy app. I've used a few but I've stuck with this one cuz it's really easy to use and it more bodybuilding focused. I ignore what it tells me and program a lot of my training blocks but it does give good advice and offer great templates

Somehow my weight is still moving. I hit a new weight pr this morning outta no where at 210lbs. I fell short on my carbs and calorie targets yesterday too.

I think you're gonna pass me tho bro. Gonna move into a recomp phase in 2 weeks and I'm not sure how much or this weight I can hang onto cuz I'm way out there in a new weight class now

I wasn’t at your level on Tren but think I can relate on the breathing. I just kinda associated it with the Tren cough. If you look at your pics I say you did well with it. As far as coming off, I don’t miss it so hopefully it’s an easy adjustment for you also.

Happy to see you back bro. I actually came off Tren once already back in January when I got sick on it and I came off this same dose. Felt a little down for a few days but it wasn't horrible. I'm gonna taper for a week and hopefully smooth out the off ramp.

All those supplements you named are great. I actually run all of them daily. On or off cycle I always keep them in.

I think with my breathing it's definitely the Tren and I think it's also my body not used to being this big lol. I'm used to walking around at 160-170 for the last 20ish years and now I'm 210. I think my cardiovascular system just needs to adjust to all the extra muscle and weight. I'm gonna hit my mountain bike hard this summer and push to get my vo2 back up and breath right again lol

Elbows and knees specifically. Wrists here and there. Hard to say tho cuz I always have problems with my knees, one wrist, and elbows on occasion. Lots of old injuries, but they all seem to be acting up more than usual and all at the same time which is a bit unusual especially now that it's warming up a bit here.

NPP I ran as high as 300mg a week last cycle. Deca I have only run 100mg a week just for joint relief. Helped my knees a lot through the winter.
What are your thoughts on the NPP (say relative to just more test). Did you continue to get benefits all the way to 300?

You won't try and recomp into the 210 (as much as you can)?

Oh hell ya bro. NPP was exactly what I'd imagined steroids would be if you catch my drift. Instantly added 5 reps to all my lifts which was insane. Think I'm a hyper responder too.

My cycle at the end was 300 test, primo, NPP, and 25mg of anavar pre workout only

Yea that's the goal I'm just not sure how much I can hang onto this weight. I'm eating sooooo much lol. Need a break from the food. I'm hopikg my maintenance calories are still around 4000 and eating that it will be enough but this is all new to me. No idea how my body is going to respond to anything now

BP a little up this morning, not sure why. Weight is a new PR breaking 210 for the first time ever. Not even sure how cuz even come close to nailing my macros yesterday and all my food was clean and healthy. Always thought a cheat meal would be the one to push me over the top.

I'm noticing my sleep quality is falling off these last 3 nights and recovery has started slumping. Sleep quality never drops with me so it could be a early indicator of what could come if I stayed on the Tren much longer. Think I'm ending this cycle at the perfect time.

I was feeling pretty tired yesterday and had a bit of inflammation on my right knee. It likes to flare up from to time. I decided to skip my leg movements and not risk an injury. It's hard to tell where my limits are right now cuz the Tren can help me push through anything. A bad day in the gym means just hitting my numbers from the week before. But mainly I've been hitting my progression targets week to week even if I feel generally burnt out.
