SLU is in the mix now, excited to see if it can help increase my energy levels in a noticeable way. Life's been hectic for a while now so it's a perfect time to try because any little change should be very noticeable.
Still working hard on the tools, then hard at home on the computer everyday but there's some light at the end of the tunnel. Training has still be consistent and I'm making some decent progression. Dips were especially good this week. I added weight and reps. Up to a 45lb plate now.
I've been hitting 600g of carbs pretty consistently up from 500g but I feel like my stomach is maxed out. The only way I feel like I could get more carbs would be from eating more processed foods which is a bit of a dilemma.
Even at 600g of carbs my weight seems to be stuck unless I eat really high cal, like well over 5000kcal. Then the weight I add doesn't look like the right kind. Might have reached a point where my body can't handle adding more weight for the time being and I just need to settle in to a type of homeostasis at this new weight? I'm 15+lbs heavier than I've ever been in my life right now and my heaviest was over 20 years ago. I'm 30+lbs heavier than I've been at anytime in the last decade so maybe my body is kinda maxed out for a bit?
