Looking really good on this. I love the carb meal. @Smidday There's some really good pasta sauces out there. I like to get the one that's plain.

It’s a solid meal bro! Very quick and easy to make in the mornings aswell. Plus depending on flavour of protein can really change the meal!

Just a quick update.
Unfortunately I have torn my distal bicep tendon at work the other day. Will be getting surgery to reattach it then will be using bpc 157 and tb500 to help with recovery.

Might be a little quiet on here for a little while until surgery is complete and I’m in a better head space.

Until then keep training hard and getting huge lads!🤝🏻💪🏻

Hard to get a good photo of it with the angle and I can’t straighten my arm but can see it’s retracted a decent amount on this photo

Yeah man, comp prep has been put on pause for now. Have had it checked, just waiting to get surgery date to get it reattached! Hopefully asap
lets get it checked first maybe not as bad as you think
