First time doing abs in months, well for me it's flabs 😭

Yeah no offense but I don't think it works like that mate. You'd definitely be getting sub optimal results hitting back twice in a row even just compared to an extra day between.

Not sure about using juice as a reason not to do shit intelligently?
Different folks different strokes as they say. What works for me might not work for others and so on. My traps and upper back are dense from pretty much daily delt and back work.

@waggat like most weightlifters this guy does daily pulls and overhead work. 6 hours or so 6 days a week. He must be wrong, and China definitely isn't taking gold in most weight classes

I guess I'm looking at it from a bodybuilding perspective. Not sure if that's what your goal is (not talking competing mind you).

Typically all the bodybuilders do similar stuff. It's pretty well know what works etc. For example, I don't think there would be many competitive bodybuilders doing full body three times per week. But you can build muscle and strength doing that for sure. Similarly, I don't think there would be many training back every day. That's not saying that doing that won't get some from of results though.

I just want to build a solid foundation first and go from there. My goal is pretty much be big, strong and functional like Tom Haviland etc. Look him up on Instagram, hes doing daily heavy lifts and rucking.

I would love to see his stack 😂 he went from the 77kg class to the 89kg class in 6 months without putting on fat 🤔
a lot of secret banned stuff lol :P like the clear tren

100kg incline barbell is impressive! Why is the first set less reps though? A feeler?

9 plate leg press is crazy mate!
Yep usually a feeler set cos I don't warmup for something like bench 😅 I have shorter limbs so easy for me to push heavier weight on things haha

Hopefully @rustle makes a fast recovery, Shame it was too big, hopefully after the surgery the reduction was enough, and a second operation is not required to make it even smaller 🙏

They went too small. I'm stuck with a micropenis now. I'll just have to train and get massive to hide my penis insecurity 😭
