Hello everyone currently been on TRT for few years I’m on 200mg a week and my levels now at most recent bloods were in the 5-600s my doc is going to increase me to 300 a week because I like how I feel at 1200-1500 range . I’m 5’10 190lbs and in my 40s here a some options of what I want to do also I eat pretty healthy not on any crazy meal prep breakfast I usually eat eggs with turkey or roast beef snack on fruit through day hit gym after work and then whatever my wife cooks for dinner usually shrimp chicken or steak with a vegetable and rice

Or just do primo and test at higher doses and go full on for 3-4 months I’ve used eq in past but when I got bloodwork my estradiol level were super low and I think I did 400mg with like 500 test would a low dose of tren e be beneficial have seen some YouTubers claim that it is I have gear from domestic supply so no issues with quality of gear

you like how you feel at 1200-1500 range but your heart, liver and kidneys are gonna take a beating and over time you won't like how you feel

TRT is designed to replace what you would normally produce, it isn't designed to 'make you feel good'. anti aging clinics are being very irresponsible putting their patients on dangerous dosages. i would rethink your long term health goals.. being at 500-600 range is perfect for trt. if you want more then blast gear for 8-12 weeks but staying on at 300 a week year round is gonna wreck your hematocrit and open you up to stroke

if you want a short answer, 300mgs test 100mgs primo dont know orals as dont know your organ support issues

easy, start a NEW thread with your TRT log, post up training nutrition cardio history and stats and we will guide you into a full cycle as a big family and support you

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

None of these options are really good. Primo at 100mg/wk is just wasting money.
Start a log as @Npcclassicphysique champ mentioned so we can see what your currently doing and make a recommendation.
Post some physique pics as well.
 
Bros. It's important to learn this stuff so you can get the most out of these Peds. This is why recommending a log is important.

This way, we can monitor, what's going on and give you tips as we go.
 
100 mg of Primo is a waste of time. You gotta run it minimum. 300 more like 500 is the best.
 
Keeping yourself accountable is so important.
Although your diet seems like it's on point. We got to keep it that way.
 
Hard to give you the best steroid advice when we know very little about you.
That's why we recommend starting your own log journal and laying out all your information and history.
 
ahh ,ok makes sense why my doc only allows me for a few months then drops me back down
Personally my trt is between 125-150mg a week when i run 12 week cycles my test is 250-300mg i rarely see the need to go over that range for mgs, i feel strong i make great progression, i believe in lower dose cycles, i would only push higher if i absolutely had to do so, only because im trying to compete in physique in 2026, so until i have to push higher mgs i wont do so, it is worse case scenario plan.
