Currently still 86/87 kg, 400 test +50 bold
Will tape to 300 - 250 next week
Feeling strong, both in leg drive and shoulder presses, I can do thrusters with 80 kg easily
Really looking forward to try tren Im pretty curious now
Planning a blood test in next weeks, ematocrite has already been tested via blood donation panel and sits at 47 %, so I believe boldenone will be my choice stack for cruising and dealing with E2, Im pretty confident that the full panel will be ok

yeah sure luckily we used a smaller gauge.
They injected me Depomedrol + lidocaine.
Looks like doctor didn't expect to dial with enhanced athletes with big delts.
We had to rotate the shoulder a bit in order to get closer to the exact point, and it was funny because I was looking to the monitor in the meanwhile the needle got closer.
I will have sure another session on 21/04 and maybe a third, but today already feeling super.

I love mast, I’m not a big fan of tren due to it being quite a toxic compound with plenty of higher side effects

Nutrition and diet will be the biggest driver for you leading into summer

I have already had a speech with @LevButlerov I'm going microdosing 10 mg x day with acetate, and then if it sounds right I will increase a bit, not more than 8 weeks. Actually just finished 400 test + 250 deca + 100 bolde and no sides at all, panel was ok. So let's see how I will respond here.

Each person responds differently, and that’s a good amount to get the benefits with potential low sides - keep an eye on your mood and feelings and if you feel like you’re becoming irrational then dip it off and the fast ester will clear fast

Be self aware and you should be juts fine, it’s only people who can’t regulate them selfs have issues as far as most are concerned

9 muscle ups
12 shoulder to overhead (60 kg)

in the remaining time max clean and jerk 80 kg

it was pretty hard because this was really crossfit workout with a lot of cardio request, we are not used to this kind of efforts.

Anyhow, pretty funny!
Looking pretty fat in the pic, I believe I'm at 14 percent now with 87 kg overallweight, but anyhow I can still muscle up so it's a win for me.

Really looking forward to cut and blast with tren

I would really like to start with tren microdosing in may but not sure if I have to wait more, if my values are too out of range or not.
Honestly I feel pretty good, no nipples sensitivity or mood swings.

So grabbed the bull by the horn
Ordered bergamotti and phytosterols
Doubled omega and p5p
Added foods that helps the absorption (good fats avocado nuts oil ecc) prior to take the vitamins
Will test again only the out of range values in 2 weeks and If they will correct lets start tren

I will stick to 1 glass with missus
It will be very hard because I have an away match this sat, next week many friend visiting from Austria, on 1-2-3 may will go with dunken friends in Vespa (yeah the 2 stroke 4 gears model) to Elba island, I believe I will limit to some spliff and some cola zero, lets try that. I really want my exhams to be ok and to start tren and be safe. The only booze I will get will be with missus on 25 may, thats a 10 year tradition.
Anyhow I will wait for your advices before running any other blast 😉

It can :D but you shouldn't worry about cholesterol you're not old lady you lifter @Simoneme i would take more fish oil, eat avocado and do cardio nothing to worry about

@Simoneme good update on this. It's always good to see the blood work. I would say your blood work isn't bad. Typical organ strain is pretty common. Worst case, just come off all hormones for a little while and things should normalize.

Bros not a bad idea. Sometimes SARMs can affect cholesterol. Really anything you put in your body will throw off cholesterol a little bit. @Simoneme

Nice I'm glad that you're dropping the alcohol. @Simoneme you'll notice some big changes to your body. You'll feel a lot better.

It will be hard, I'm not an alcoholic, I mean I drink once a week because that's when I meet friends. It's like my day off missus, work, and gym. But lately, as I told to missus, I enjoy more gears and sport than alcohol, so if I have to choose one it's gears all the way. Luckily I have some spliff when I meet friends so I can get high a bit without messing the whole thing up too much. And if I get hungry with spiff, I eat more proteins :D

@Simoneme I gave up alcohol after my wife passed away. I haven't touched it since. I highly recommend it.

that's me overhead squatting, the worst movement ever invented
Considering shoulder and knees issues I have, I feel pretty happy I still can do that.
Workout was
20 rounds (1 each)
30 double unders partner A
13 overhead squat 40 kg partner B
6 muscle ups partner A

I did 130 overhead squats 40 kg, 40 muscle ups and some double unders with heavy rope.

I can say that Gym helped a lot with quads and specially with shoulders, It's not easy to hold the barbell for such long time in this position.
I still don't know the purpose of this movement, except for "party tricks" or for the spectacularity of crossfit itself, actually front squat or back squat work the same.

My coach was filming randomly just to make fun in a common chat we have :D

In the past I use to do that also with 50 kg, never tried to go further because from the rack I don't feel comfortable into push pressing behind the neck to test the maximal weight, and also because I'm not such a strong snatcher to flip a 70 kg barbell (at the moment).
I can do snatch with 60 kg many times, but not further; I have poor hip mobility so it's not easy for me to catch a snatch in bottom position, I tend to do power snatch in general.

Anyhow, that's it!

I can do snatch with 60 kg many times, but not further; I have poor hip mobility so it's not easy for me to catch a snatch in bottom position, I tend to do power snatch in general.

Workout was
20 rounds (1 each)
30 double unders partner A
13 overhead squat 40 kg partner B
6 muscle ups partner A

I did 130 overhead squats 40 kg, 40 muscle ups and some double unders with heavy rope.

I can say that Gym helped a lot with quads and specially with shoulders, It's not easy to hold the barbell for such long time in this position.

Actually reducing classes from 6 to 3, and adding gym, allows me ti push really hard when I have to 🫡
I wish I had more squat dept, but Thats the best I can do now 😁

OH squats are tough for sure. I remember I tried them once when I was at my most flexible (had been doing heap of mobility work). I still couldn't do them.

It will be hard, I'm not an alcoholic, I mean I drink once a week because that's when I meet friends. It's like my day off missus, work, and gym. But lately, as I told to missus, I enjoy more gears and sport than alcohol, so if I have to choose one it's gears all the way. Luckily I have some spliff when I meet friends so I can get high a bit without messing the whole thing up too much. And if I get hungry with spiff, I eat more proteins :D

I’ve just clocked 170 days alcohol free and will never look back. Like you, never had a problem with it but loved a big day/night with the boys every couple weeks that would really set me back 1 month.

Nothing wrong with a couple drinks here and there, but really doesn’t complement with our lifestyle of BB if you take it half serious!

Looking forward to following your progress. You’ll be surprised how many have given up the drink to put health and fitness first 💪💪

50 burpee lateral sincro
30 rounds 1 each
1 squat clean truster + 3 hang power clean + 5 deadlift (kg 70)

at the burpees I felt my back leaving, but I did anyhow 10 more rounds even increasing the load and in complex (without dropping the barbell).

As a result, I had difficulties in walking and bending last night, so I jumped on Thiocolchicoside + diclofenac + various TENS massages and it's almost going now. I will do it again tonight and see tomorrow how I feel.
Hopefully I would really like to go back on thursday lets see, but I believe it's better sick to the classic gym sessions since I have this possibility.
Next week on thursday I have to drive like 6 hours on my classic vespa which will destroy my back again so better watch out.

Happened many times when doing deadlift wrong with many reps and low weight
you need to get an infrared lamp :D it would help recovery fast you have Amazon in Italy? @Simoneme

The burpees are looking really good if you ask me. @Simoneme those are tough exercises. I used to do those back when I used to play football.

Wow the burpees look really good man. This is a hell of a workout. Sorry about having difficulties walking and bending last night; sounds like you may have aggravated something. Hopefully it's not a disc. @Simoneme

I take pain killer only when Im really worn out
The box has 24 pills, I bought it in 2022 and I have one half left... So not taking too much like one or two pills when needed.

i understand :D very good explanation, I was worried you were taking them regular :P I had a client in the past who took them ED before he trained an didn't tell me for 6mo! long story short his gut health was a mess @Simoneme

Currently still 86/87 kg, 400 test +50 bold
Will tape to 300 - 250 next week
Feeling strong, both in leg drive and shoulder presses, I can do thrusters with 80 kg easily
Really looking forward to try tren Im pretty curious now
Planning a blood test in next weeks, ematocrite has already been tested via blood donation panel and sits at 47 %, so I believe boldenone will be my choice stack for cruising and dealing with E2, Im pretty confident that the full panel will be ok

The hardest part as usual is getting under the barbell out of breath, hence you have to pick a weight you can juggle with
