how would you run testosterone only?

This isn’t my first cycle I have ran some previously when I was in my early twenties
I’m now 35 years old and I’m looking to get back into the steroid game. I’m 172 lbs and 5’10”
I’m looking to just use testosterone only seems like that’s the consensus of a good cycle
I’m hearing ranges of those singing anyway from 100 mg a week to a 1000 mg a week that’s according to my source
how much do you recommend that I take?
Goals are more muscle and strength

500mg/wk is a great cycle. If you eat and train properly you should have 0 problem growing on this.

test only I would start with 300mgs test sports TRT and move up as you grow, dont start 500mgs

What did you run before that worked - it'll work again
 
250mg great gains can be made, is pretty much 2x natural test levels. 99% chance you won't need an AI at this dose and can give you boost while getting back into the swing of things

Don't think about it as a race to the finish line, you can always do another cycle if you need too. I would go from between 250-350mg If I was you.

I dont like doing anything less than 16 weeks. After 4 weeks if you feel good no sides bump it up by 50mgs and so on and so forth

That way you have a good starting point for any future cycles because it really is never just one
 
you need support supplements on a cycle like this use n2guard
 
even if you do just 100 mg a week you're still shutting yourself down so you might as well jack up the dose higher
 
I would go at least 400 mg a week with 500 mg being the perfect dose
 
if you want to keep your cycle at 6 or 8 weeks then use prop

Agree with both. Start low, increase as needed and take your time.

Things like PCT vs TRT, bloodwork, supplements, training, diet etc will all play a part in the best way to do things/ getting the most out of the test.
 
The Key Pyramid Dosage: Important: Do not jump into high dosages. –

Week 1: Start with 250mg –
Week 2-3: Increase to 500mg –
Week 4-7: Increase to 750mg every week –
Week 8-9: Reduce to 500mg every week –
Week 10-12: Decrease to 250mg

This is just an example of a dosage blueprint. You are not required to strictly follow these dosages; you can adjust them according to your preferences. Additionally, this is a 12-week testosterone cycle, and you may add other compounds alongside it. Having an AI blocker on hand is essential to prevent any estrogen buildup. Please remember to include post-cycle therapy (PCT) after the primary cycle.
