Update: Been at the fams for easter, ate pretty good. Missed logging a meal today and no weight measurement. Did some work, lat felt good. Raised var to 20mg twice daily. Had access to a BP monitor.

BP
9am - 100/63 78hr
9pm - 116/67 86hr

Side note, will not get more. At 50mg for the last week, no noticeable differences at all. Its not cist efficient to run. Will drop it unless i ger rich.

Picking up glutathione to help with liver. Protein and creatine arrive tomorrow.

Were you saying the nad+ didn't have any noticeable effects for you? What were you hoping to get from it? Never run it before myself and a lot of the stuff I see people say the same as you. Seems like one of those things that works well for some but for many it's an expensive miss.

Nope. Ran it at 25mg mostly, then the last week or so at 50mg. No noticeable changes. Had 1mg mots going as well. Got the vial for a good deal to try, wasnt expecting a "certain effect" really.

If there was noticeable benefits, then id get some more to run, like i was planning with the mots i got. By the time i decided to up mots after i figured nad increase showed no difference, there wasnt really enough left. Got a good deal though on a couple vials, so will try at 2-3mg to see.

It appears as though a month away from lower back exercises has let my back degrade enough i hurt it again by only bracing my self on one side on leg extension machine (i dont bracewith my right side yet). Pinched good, should be mobile soon.

Removed roof de-ice cable on the weekend, lat was a little sore by the end but was good exercise for it. Have some plumbing removal and drywall this weekend before replacing some winter damaged shingles.

Not sure if i previously remove mots, i think i was done late last week. My protein amd creatine arrived as well.

No weight measurements while i was out of town.

Basically rotating arms and legs. Adding in abs and back ext possibly tomoro or fri with arms. Id say i have around 80% rom before lat gets tight, will prob start chest/shoulders late next week. So how it feels atleast. In 2 weeks ill start very very light cable lat work.

Update: Had to leave gym quickly so hammered out some heavier weights. Had a slight dull ache in that seperate spot below scapula. It was from bracing on tricep ext, only lasted an hr or so. Ill assume tbats tbe limit for that exercise.

Will try for legs tonight ir tomorrow morning before i leave town for 3-4 days. Will be cardio only for those days, well if my backs not toasted from working. It still hurts from tuesday.

I believe some 3/4 reps on chedt and shoulders might be on the table next week.

Lost a few lbs this week, reintroducing lactose via whey protein after no lactose for a few weeks. Will take my body a bit to adjust. My lactose intolerance is fine if theres a consistent dairy intake.

Will take bloods next week.

My cores starting to look real good, definitely needs more work for sure though. Id say with the help of sust and var ive maintained what i had mostly i think.

Mots, honestly, no noticeable difference at all. Ill attempt SS-31 down the road to see if that changes things.

This spot is the secondary injury location from when i tore my lat. Though its unconfirmed what actually happened in this spot. Its pain did fade faster than tbe tear but not by much

@Shakey nice finish on the tricep extensions. Those are some big weights. 150 lb for 12 reps is no joke.

bros, bicep machine is a great way to get a nice pump when you're hitting it. Your muscles keep growing and getting more and more plump. @Shakey

Always tough when it comes to these types of injuries. @Shakey hopefully it was a clean tear though. This way it can heal back nicely and it won't bother you going forward.

Always tough when it comes to these types of injuries. @Shakey hopefully it was a clean tear though. This way it can heal back nicely and it won't bother you going forward.
Im unsure of the deformity size the ER doc noticed on touch only. ill get confirmation in week 8 on the MSK ultrasound. I actually found the picture the nurse took of it so ill post that.

It took around a week or so for that spot to disappear and that's one of the 2 other spots. I couldn't tell the pain apart until it faded enough my whole back wasn't demolished and i could tell there were separate spots. I'll upload a copy of where the pain was back then as well. Take the markings as rough.

Yellow healed the fastest followed by orange and the red, the tear.

I can already see the swelling there even 12 hrs later. All things considered you healed up fast and are already back at it a little bit.
 
Thanks bro. I was actually surprised at the weight i pushed. i only skull crush 90lbs for 6. Id say that machines off a bit, but ill take those numbers.

Pumping the lat full of anything that heals and I'm keeping the Sust at 250mg so i don't misjudge my recovery. Var is great, love the pumps and its helping my muscles i cant work yet keep size too.

Update: Had to leave gym quickly so hammered out some heavier weights. Had a slight dull ache in that seperate spot below scapula. It was from bracing on tricep ext, only lasted an hr or so. Ill assume tbats tbe limit for that exercise.

Will try for legs tonight ir tomorrow morning before i leave town for 3-4 days. Will be cardio only for those days, well if my backs not toasted from working. It still hurts from tuesday.

I believe some 3/4 reps on chedt and shoulders might be on the table next week.

Lost a few lbs this week, reintroducing lactose via whey protein after no lactose for a few weeks. Will take my body a bit to adjust. My lactose intolerance is fine if theres a consistent dairy intake.

Will take bloods next week.

Grade 2 Lat Tear Week 5 Day 3
Update: This is yesterdays update. No macros, didnt bother. First modified push day went great. I had to figure out my rep ranges, as lat could only handle certain working ROMs. Each exercise had a different ROM and once found i was able to go a bit heavier. Im still sticking to machines for support as well.

So im now at a point where i can train these.
Chest, delt(rear excluded), abs, biceps, triceps, lower back, forearms, legs. Ill be doing arms today and legs tomorrow..

Starting next week ill be running a modified schedule. Day 1 Push (chest, shoulders, tris). Day 2 Modified Pull (biceps, forearms, abs, lower back). Day 3 Legs.

Side note, prepping ma's house to sell, so ill be out of town a fair bit with no machines to lift on.

Got bloods done, i mustve had a low baseline shbg because var tanked it. Lol. E2 is running too high for my liking with my meds. So ill be splashing some EQ in starting tomorrow with my sust. I wasnt planning on adding more but, as long as i stock tp high rep ramges and stay lax with gym attendance because of the house, my lat will get lots of healing.

Cystatin C will take around 10 days for results.

Solid bloods brother, the story tracks. SHBG at 5.6 is the crash Var always delivers, thats why free T is sitting at 942 against the 196-636 ref even though total T is still in range at 24.6. E2 at 267 is downstream of that free T, more substrate to aromatise. Running the T:E2 ratio in ng/dL to pg/mL you land at 9.8 which is right at the healthy floor (usually cited 10-20 range), confirms the E2 is disproportionately high vs T even though the total T number itself isnt crazy.

On the E2 play, EQ feeds into the same aromatase pathway rather than reducing it. The EQ-lowers-E2 belief is a popular myth imo, EQ binds the androgen receptor like every other AAS and mildly aromatises to E2 itself. An AI like arimidex blocks the aromatase enzyme directly, cutting the T to E2 conversion at the source. Yeah i wasnt expecting such a low SHBG. I imagine i most likely have a low SHBG baseline but i didnt get that tested pre cycle.

I actually dont have an ai on hand at the moment but im sure i could scrounge something up if needed. I actually have enough var to last til i test eq on bloods so ill probably do that. To check and see how my body reacts with eq in the mix without changing other variables.

I ran out of NAC pre-cycle but i have glutathione en route. I want to see on my EQ bloods if it helps my liver out. As you say, divalproex is heavy on the liver. I probably wont get cystatin on eq bloods, if mine shows fine again this time when results are back. Its not covered, so shes out of pocket. Same with SHBG.

Thanks bro, it deffinitely will be. I fought since last august when she moved in. Ive got all my linens bagged to wash the cigarette smell from her out of and pest control sprayed the entire house today.

Hopefully it helps out as high e2 is a tad risky for me, lamotrigine is an e2 sensitive drug.

Ive already seen a noticeable decrease in lamotrigine blood levels on trt+. It was 234.5mg weekly after i calculated the overdose with my shite syringes. Im only at 250mg now but with my e2 higher now than on trt+ because var tanked my shbg, im in a riskier position than 4 weeks ago.

I think im going to run eq i bit higher than i orginially thought, probably 200-250mg. 150ng was the original plan but i think 1:1 with test might be the plan.
 
Okay heres a question. What are common test:eq ratios to start from?

My lamotrigine is e2 sensitive and after checking my past bloods for trends, i saw a noticeable drop on bloods on trt+ alone. Now with test raised from 234.5mg to 250mg but with var tanking my shbg and high e2 as a result of more free test, im in a slightly riskier position than when i was on test alone.

Currently flying blind on cycle lamotrigine level as i forgot to include on bloods, like an idiot. So what are the common ratios seen and ill go with the heavier option. Ill be keeping var at 40mg, keeping variables other than eq the same for next bloods, thus the heavier ratio.

Im still in the "therapeutic window" but id prefer to run my usual range, breakthrough seizures happen.

For clarification
High e2 = faster clearance time= lower blood levels and less seizure control

Low e2 = slower clearance time = higher blood levels and more seizure control

Crashing e2 - could result in a simulated large dose increase of lamotrigine cause side effects like a rash etc. (overshooting an AI could theoretically not be fun.)

First dose is tomorrow, considering 1:1.

With your proposed split, I probably just do: Chest and shoulders / Arms / Legs. Not the biggest fan of lower back before leg day (if your going to do any compound lifts on leg day).

Thanka brother. The variety expands every week now.

Lower back will only be back extensions. No barbells or free weights at the moment. Ill be sticking to machines for the the next few weeks. Light cable work for lat can start week 6.

Maybe ill run that split instead, ill add core in somewhere.

From the blends that I have seen in the past they were 3:2. Higher test.

Hmm, lower e2 is quite favourable to me because it would inctease seizure control, so im not worried about e2 getting to low.

I have 57 inject days left til end of cycle. A vial of eq will put me at 184mg weekly to run out right at the emd of cycle, and thats just north of the 3:2 ratio.

Ill probably go straight for 184mg or 200mg. Not the 1:1 i was thinkin.

Update: Arm/Core day was great, got a wicked back pump. Starting to recover my posture after keeping my relaxed for 6 weeks. Pushed machine curls a bit too hard, got a small littpe sharp pain in lat from stabilizing hard. Its a bit sore today. Will keep curls at 50lbs going forward.

Thanks, though the little tweek in my lat yesterday from curls has given me some soreness today. Really felt it bracing on leg machines today. No gym available til tues/wed, but might give it a little extra rest and try light cables on friday.

Doubling BPC + TB while it's flared up is the right call brother, bumping back into loading territory for a few days kicks the recovery window up before settling back to maintenance 💪 Light cables Thurs/Fri with straps that take the grip out of the chain is safer re-entry, eccentric tempo on the negatives feeds the tendon without spike loading. Sus EOD at 72.5 is a clean adjustment for syringe accuracy too.

No straps, prefer all my lifts to be done without accessories. The cable work will start real light, full rom and controlled.

Yea my pins are marked every 0.02ml, easier to measure out 0.01s and not 0.005s lol. Was only 1 whole mg of an increase. :LOL:

What are these all for?
Lamotrigine and divalproex are for epilepsy. Famotidine and pantoprazole are for GERD.

Famotidine is OTC and helped with the reflux but not regurgitating. Pantoprazole is Rx and im checking the solo effects of it before running in tandem like the pharmacist said is done often.

Ive looked into this baking soda thing for GERD. It doesnt look like a good idea, well atleast for anyone with GERD. Baking soda neutralizes the acid temporarily sure, works as a quick fix for heartburn. If taken daily, neutralizing acid often, the body compensatates by producing more to fix the pH level. My GERD is most likely a hiatial hernia or LES from smoking or both as i regurg from physical actions with no reflux. More acid would be a nightmare.

Rehab Cycle
Week 4 Day 6
Grade 2 Lat Tear Week 5 Day 5
Update: Arm/Core day was great, got a wicked back pump. Starting to recover my posture after keeping my relaxed for 6 weeks. Pushed machine curls a bit too hard, got a small littpe sharp pain in lat from stabilizing hard. Its a bit sore today. Will keep curls at 50lbs going forward.

Didnt eat a third meal last night as the apartments a messed with everything moved for the sprayer and i got a wicked stomache ache after post workout shake. Will be cutting reta dose starting next week for fhe remainder of cycle. Need the motivation to cook and eat more.

Settped on 200mg EQ weekly and will keep Var at 40mg daily to see EQ addition effects only.
