I think it will be ok. Semaglutide really just makes me so full so easy. I think my plan is to eat as much protein as I can shove into my face in a a couple minutes and then shove down whatever carbs I can before I get the feeling of throwing up. I might just eat protein skakes and ice cream for my meals during the daytime and fried chicken and steak at night.

At 200 he could be a nice anorexic model! He was 175 when I met him he was swimming then too but still had a muscular build! But I think 215- 225 was where he lived he’s got way more muscle mass now than then.

I am in shock that my strength is going up still. Even though I have increased my reps to 15 I can keep on increasing weight even while being in a health phase off cycle. Shoulder still feels great!!! Triceps and delts really got pumped hard today. Incredible size gains that just keep on coming. I cant imagine how much more size I will gain over the rest of this year. Absolutely amazed with the progress I am going through. As long as I can stay healthy the sky is limit. I attribute my success to using small amounts of PED compared to everyone else as well as drastically increasing my weights in the weight room each week while on cycle. Your only as good as you are when you are off everything. When you use small amounts you dont crash when you come off. A lesson to everyone on here. Anyway have a great weekend everyone. Tomorrow I rest and eat ribs I found on sale mismarked. Paid less than $4 for 4.5 lbs of prepared ribs that cook inside a bag. Score!!!!

I am a big fan of 15-20 reps for real pumps and getting big and lean, think Arnold with his 4 hour training sessions bro :)

You have no idea how good I will look after the cut. I am already seeing a huge difference in my structure. If I can keep my strength during this next 4 weeks off it will be off the charts what I bring to the table. Being from a power building background a cut makes zero difference in the weights I move in the gym. I always up the intensity and weight on cycle. Recovery is ultra important while in deficit. I know how to do it so it’s my main advantage over everyone else.

Funny you mentioned that your still gaining strength off cycle, I had a very similar experience when I hopped onto my cruise. Maybe it’s the androgen receptors re sensitizing?

I think it’s just because I use such low doses and I want it badly and rest alot. I spend most of my day laying in a chair.
 
Rest is the 2nd most important thing behind training when it comes to muscle building. Food is the easy part. Even fat lazy people can eat.
Totally agree, I try to prioritize it as much as I can as well.

Cardio in bed was the fun type of cardio. As far as sleep I have no idea why I couldn’t sleep. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Anyway I got an hour sleep in my chair a little bit ago. I did lay out on the sun yesterday for an hour though so maybe I got dehydrated or something.

I got 5 hr 41 min which is average for me. I got about 90 min of nap time as well this afternoon.

Anyone ever have a condition known as Trigger Finger? Its when the sheath of the tendon catches and makes it hard to move without clicking. Its definitely what I have on both my thumbs. I guess it can take many months to heal. This sux. Stopped HGH last week and will stay off indefinitely now. Looks like anti inflammatories are the best option. WIll take my meloxicam and most likely ice it daily. Not going to use my MAG grips either for back. That seems to be when it started too. I guess maybe using straps would be better on regular pulling bars for heavy workloads.

@RoidRage69 a lot of computer guys have "trigger finger" style carpel tunnel syndrome, I train 3 IT guys 1 remotely and 2 straight up and all have it, they have an issue lifting with cables because of it. I'm having both of them come off HGH and go with BPC, not sure your budget but BPC helped a lot so did cutting carbs to lean out and drop water.

The only way to help resolve trigger finger is to splint it straight until the inflammation goes down.
I would suggest hitting it with BPC and also when you are pulling use straps and keep your thumb out of the equation. Doing this will also keep your bicep out of pulling movement and focus the movement where it is supposed to be. I've implemented this technique and it def helps connect with your back and keep biceps out of the movement.
On the meloxicam, that stuff is amazing. I stopped taking it when i was doing kidney testing just to take all variables out and i was sore and stiff constantly. Once kidney numbers came back good I started taking it again and within 2 days i felt great again.

Another light leg session today. Was close to failure on my Cybex Leg Press on the last set. Probably would have failed at rep 19 had I tried. Last set of Hack Squats I probably was near failure as well. Had a really good burn going in the quads today. They were hard as a rock. Will stay at this higher rep range with lower weights until my cycle starts the middle of July. Have to give the body rest so I can start pounding it again for a 8-10 week cycle.
 
The most annoying thing is it screws up my sexual positions. When your thumbs are in pain it really changes things up. It doesn’t affect my lifting in any way though which is good.
I mean priorities, right?!!!

Decided to go even lighter today and do more reps on the Incline. Got a really good burn. I dont feel I am losing any muscle at all since coming off cycle end of May. Body is just taking a break and relaxing at this point. Shoulder still feels like a million bucks. Truly amazed my shoulder feels this good. I thought for sure it would be be in pain by now. NPP is a miracle drug. Everyone have a Happy Fathers Day Weekend!!! Be back on Monday for Back day.

I have 2 vials 5000 IU each. I’m taking 250mg TRT and 10mg aromasin 2x weekly and start a cutting cycle in 5 weeks. I have nolvadex on hand. 1000 IU 2x weekly with how much nolvadex?

i think you really should consider alternatives to hcg

but if you do go with hcg, i would add 10mgs tamoxifen ED with it

I’m just in disbelief that I am not feeling worse after being off my cycle for 3 weeks this Friday. I was actually kinda scared coming off as I just knew my joints and shoulder would feel like hell.

I guess I could label it as the perfect cycle. I went in and got it done unscathed.

Today I did more volume than I have ever done in my life in one day of training. Went light and kept rest periods just long enough to change the pin weight with my wife. Feels ok. I feel I get a better pump lifting heavier and less volume though.

Today I did more volume than I have ever done in my life in one day of training. Went light and kept rest periods just long enough to change the pin weight with my wife. Feels ok. I feel I get a better pump lifting heavier and less volume though.

@RoidRage69 thats the big Arnold volume, you'll get leaner and more hard this way :)
