Did a like a 21 hour fast (Saturday night till Sunday night) just to give my GI tract a small break cause digestion has always been something I’ve struggled with on build phases. My digestion is the best it’s ever been on these sort of calories though so I’m just trying to keep it that way.
Weight dropped from 92kg to 90.8kg after that and I’ve been running med carb days the last 3 days so 270P 300C 85F and weight has stayed the same. High day tomorrow so 550g Carbs. Im still starving most of the day even on my high days

im taking that as a good thing though!

Split up into every other day injections.
Just upped the GH to 10iu of generic per day.
3iu pre workout 7iu before bed on training days and just 10iu before bed rest days. Little bit of ankle adema now and then. Also some nights/mornings a sore right wrist/thumb I think it’s kinda like de quervains tenosynivitis and I’m assuming it’s from the GH. Nothing too bad though.
Lantus at 8iu first thing in the morning on med/high carb days.
Novorapid at 8iu pre workout on high carb days.
1mg BPC-157 subq in the forearm first thing in the morning everyday.
1mg TB-500 subq before bed everyday.
I’ve also stopped the injectable carnitine for now atleast, really only because I was sick of pinning like nearly 10 times a day most days so it got the cut
A few weeks in now and finally getting past this tendonitis and the
