Followed by 30 Minutes of HIIT cardio on the bike. (4 mins low intensity, 1 minute flat out with high resistance. Repeat for 30 mins)
Work has been crazy busy and likely will be for the foreseeable future so sessions in the gym are a little shorter than usual at the moment but I’m trying to make that into a positive. No Fuckin around in the gym
