Strong day, you had some good deads.Gym was packed tonight. The new year new me lot seem to of appeared later than expected, it's previously been almost dead. Just did what I could to work around them. I may train later as it got quiet rather quickly after 6:30pm.
(Work out didn't take 2 hours + I forgot to end the app)
I've made a few attempts to reach out to my sponsor with little in the way of interest of me continuing to log with him. Left on read 3 days ago when asking about a cycle to run next. Sent 2 messages asking if was interested in my continuing to log which have gone unread. So I can only assume this log is unfortunately no longer sponsored.
No hard feelings, I think the whole logging thing isn't very fair from the vendors perspective.
But it's quite disappointing to just get ghosted by someone I actually thought was a mate.
I'd rather be told I wasn't needed, or that I was a shit logger. Which I hope wasn't the case as I'd frequently ask the sponsor if he needed or wanted more from me.
I'd quite like to keep this log going despite not being sponsored. I've found it to be a good resource and actually very good for motivation looking back over almost 6 months at the progress that's been made.

Great chest pump I bet from this.The wife is away so a relatively relaxed weekend, so decided to train.
Gym was lovely and quiet so got to start the new training cycle i had laid out.
The Chest Press Machine is a Hammer Strength, and new to the gym. I didn't like it, felt like alot of front delt. But, had watched a video with Jay Cutler and Sam Sulek where they sit at the edge of the seat with their back away from the pad. Felt much better. Really enjoyed using it actually.
