Approved Log TNT Blast Cycle - Upper Lower Training Log

Looks good my man keep it up on the upper body days

not bad on wide overhang grip
just be careful on those shoulders

Bench 120 x 2
Deadlift 180 x 2
BOR 100 x 5
RDL 140 x 5

1st time pulling from the floor in 5 years. I had 200 there but stopped at the saftey of 180.

Just ego lifting with a mate. Was fun to test ones limits.

That's a rap with this cycle and probably this year with regards to training consistently. I plan to now enjoy Christmas with my wife, family and my dogs.

One of the best cycles I ran with regards to metal health , general well being and results. Especially when I consider it was a Tren based cycle.

Small, frequent injections are a must in my opinion and experience.

I'll be continuing this log with a HRT phase for a few months. Using R&D test E at 125ml a week.

Honestly, Deca gets me worse. I find I become very depressed and anxious.
