Honest its good to see you back updating, want to see how your weight moves and you progress.I've been very active outside of the gym, so not a complete loss. I look better for the extra steps and fat loss.
I may actually invest in some new scales as mine and the ones at the gym are very different readings.
@DEADTEAM.666 that food looks incredible!!Training has a bit slack this week. Poor excuse, but it's been fucking hot. Hit an upper, gym was dead so used it to play my music through the system so didn't record anything so off the top of my head.

Pull Up BW x 5 35 x 10
Chest Supported Row 60 x 10 40 x 15
Ticep Extension 35 x 15 35 x 15 35 x 15
Face Pulls I have no idea on weight. 3 sets
Gunna hit legs tomorrow as temps drop to 35 °C been 45 all week.
I've eliminated a daily redbull from my diet due to stomach issues. I'm loosing weight.
Bloods taken this morning, fasted. Await results of 250mg test.

Training has been a write off this weekend. I have been helping my father in law with a new property they have bought.
Cutting down trees and digging the stumps out. Physical, in the hot sun, I burnt some calories.
Tans good, 3rd time I've been mistaken as being aboriginal.
Back to the normal diet this morning.

This is on 175mg of Test E.
- E2 is higher than desired but manageable.
- Alt is slightly elevated, but also manageable. I trained the day before the tests so probably in range anyway.
