incline bench is a good one to start with. What I like about this is you didn't go too crazy on it. That's smart. Only going up to 145 lbs. You don't want to put too much pressure on your shoulders for no reason. @Madmax46

I do boxing and going heavy on biceps, tris ends up aggravating my elbows and then can’t really punch. Gotta save the elbows for punching.

Ahhh shit that's a heart breaker. Hate when that happens. You take your attention off for a minute or two and ruined. No coming back.

My parents would force me to eat mine or I couldn't leave the table...good memories. I would chew them up as much as I could and run to the bathroom and spit them out in the toilet haha. I'd be sitting at the table alone cuz everyone else was done and I refused to eat them

Ribeye steak and veggies, half grapefruit
Had 2 pieces of brownies wife make / couldn’t resist , made from almond flour and not too sweet
@Madmax46 you just can’t beat a good ribeye! That’s my favorite cut by far

You are eating like an absolute king. @Madmax46 The steak looks really good and so do the pineapple and the apple. I like the fruit add on. Nothing wrong with some fruit.
 
My parents would force me to eat mine or I couldn't leave the table...good memories. I would chew them up as much as I could and run to the bathroom and spit them out in the toilet haha. I'd be sitting at the table alone cuz everyone else was done and I refused to eat them

@Madmax46 Bros. You are absolute beast with this food. I like the steak and hamburger patties. Mashed potatoes sound good with it. We used to eat that back in Alabama with corn. That sounds good.

@Madmax46 man shrimp has always been one of my favorites of all time. I used to love it as a kid and as an adult. I love it as well. It's really good stuff but it's hard to find fresh shrimp.

Sometimes leftover pizza tastes better than the fresh pizza. @Madmax46 Overall that's pretty good. Meals I didn't know you guys ate croissants in your country. I thought that was mostly a French thing.
