Hi everyone, i wanted to start the log of my first course and first competition wich will be in the first part of 2025.

Years of training: 7 since I started training of wich 1 year of that was without training, I've trained in my garage with some equipment that my dad made me for 3 years 2 of those during the pandemic.

I've started working with my coach on March and started my first course with 250 test e, 200 primo e and 10mg anavar pre workout weekly, i recomped and now im currently massing.

AAAS: fist week of 250 test e and 400 primo weekly with 10mg var pre workout

Diet:
Off days: 275p 325c 85f
Medium days: 285p 570c 42f
High days (3); 245p 880c

Supplementation: Morning: 200mg Caffeine, Thorne multivitamin 2/day, Citrus Bergamot 500mg,Astragalus extract 2g,Berberine 500mg

Pre workout: Anavar 10mg sublingual, Creatine 6g,L citrulline 10g

Meal after working out: Berberine 1000mg

Night time: Omega 3g of DHA and 1g of EPA, Vitamin C 1g, 200mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate, Boswellia serrata 1g,Curcumin C3 complex 1g,Astragalus extract 2g,Citrus Bergamot 500mg,Berberine 500mg

Recently changed gym and had to resuce exercise selections on pull day otherwise i have to pay extra fees for parking...

Cardio: 3 times a week 20min liss

First pic: 76,15kg Fist day of coaching a back to training, didn't train for 2 months prior and eating bad just because i was tired from a cut i had before and was feeling down

Third pic: 23/8 87,75kg

From the 27th of june to the 13th i was overseas and not training, after one week of training ha injured my right lats( slight strain) and had to rest for 2 weeks (the first week i pushed just to get worse after and so i rested)

AAAS: from June im not sure what happened but i overtraing and was losing strength and reps on many movements( until then and like im doing now i always put more weight and reps avery sessions), my coach asked me if what i was taking still legit but who knows..

Probably i missed something and will add later.

Great physique bro, definitely following. Any particular reason behind 4000mg berberine. I am thinking of adding bernerine and metformin in my bulk as i quickly gain fat in later phase of bulk.
Hi, im taking 2g of Berberine not 4, thanks for the compliment but to be honest i see myself kinda fit kinda fat now, but im not to worried since im curious if i can reach 100kg before start cutting( it depends on what my coach says).
Regarding the Berberine i think it can help, with the metformin i don't have enough knowledge to speak about it (since im not interested in it yet).

Probiotic whise i take Probiotica ultra strenght 100billion(prebiotics and probiotics), would like to make kefir at home again and probably will do it sooner than later.

Sorry i miscalculated. My insulin gets sensitive once i go above 700gm carb. Giving metformin a go to control gulcose.

I feed Kefir and psyllium husk to my dogs.

Their diets get alot more effort put into them than mine.

They're definitely looked after.

It's not very pricey if you make your own. Basically breed the bacteria.

That said there maybe more to it for human consumption.

on the psyllium husk, I suggest first use raw husk before you get powder, so you get used to the taste.

No cardio yesterday, I went to the beach after training and after I went home had to eat post workout meal and dinner together, ate 70% of the food and went so sleep for 4hrs then got up and finished the rest just to go back to sleep.
Never done stupid things like skipping a meal cuz I will pay it later for a reason...

I do MYO REPS wich you can call rest pause, I didn't mentioned but I ALWAYS train to failure, so after I've done like 9 REPS and I can't do any more I wait 10s and go to failure again all this until I can't perform more REPS or partials, all this on every exercise.
In my gym that have Panatta and Hammer strength equipment, I will put the brand of the machines from here on forward .

Sounds sick bro seems to we have a fairly similar outlook in terms of lifting and nutrition. That hammer strength super incline is absolutely bonkers once you lock in the seat height and setup

That's what I slowly got up to only for the 3 high days, my diet is based on carb cycling.
For the Incline unfortunately is not free weight, im using a super incline from Hammer strength i forgot to change the name 😅

thats a ton of sugar, you'll likely damage the pancreases that way and have diabetes, but you can still have those carbs just get them from more natural sources, rice, yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, even soak the oatmeal in almond milk thats 100 grams of cabs in 1 setting easy.

thats a ton of sugar, you'll likely damage the pancreases that way and have diabetes, but you can still have those carbs just get them from more natural sources, rice, yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, even soak the oatmeal in almond milk thats 100 grams of cabs in 1 setting easy.
@electus you have to cut the high sugars
I know is not the ideal and i just started drinking that 4 days ago since i was having troubles eating all that from rice alone like i was doing before, on my high days i can have 50% of my carbs from sugary sources even though i don't like them and i agree with you.
Im already started eating more nutritious food like before and gradually increasing, i can't eat oatmeal cuz i would be full before hitting 500g of carbs.

I know i just tried and was convenient for a week but I've already cut it out and start eating like before, i agree that healt wise is not ideal.
I can't add sweet potato especially on the high carb day cuz it will be impossible for me to eat that amount of carbs if i start eating that much more fibres.
For fibres I've already implemented psyllium husk that i take at night.

Thank you, i keep pushing looking forward to the package I'll bring on stage ( a lot of muscle kass needsto be added especiallyin the back imo), seeing myself always getting big PR in the gym and seeing my weight getting higher feels good, obviously I have some fat on me but I think with the dose increase I could see a recomp ( will ask my coach about it), even if it's just more muscle gain I'm fine with it.
I want to reach 100kg before the end of the year and seeing my trajectory i can go higher, but I let the last words to my coach about what to do.

Yeah I hear you on always trying to become more sculpted, it is a fine line and delicate balance when it comes with this sport and the type of look we are after. I did it solo for a long time with no coach I always trained like I was competing I just never did when I was in my 20s. I have a coach as well for the first time with all of this, it's alot different than what I'm used to. I definitely enjoy the process and it makes a huge difference having someone by your side who believes in you. I am 222lbs currently for weight and I'm actually heading into a recomp very soon myself.

I understand it perfectly now that im working with my coach.
I big mistake for me looking back was not having a coach to keep you straight to the goal and trusting the process, without having to doubt yourself and yoyo into things especially the first years.
But i guess we'll just make more progress now since we didn't optimise in the past 🫡
