Could be worth some injectable l carnitine and metformin to help with weight loss.
Interesting mate heard of metformin for the partitioning but never l carnatine thats a new one for me! Did my off season relatively well so far so don’t need a drastic cut just a bit of a tidy up to drive progress on again👌 Coach I was working under usually just does clen as his fat burner along with whatever other anabolics. Be interesting to see what kinda drug and training protocol he puts me on in a few weeks when I’m back! Also the 400th reply on my post cheers bro👌😂

It's pretty mild I wouldn't count it as an anabolic metformin is amazing though alongside aas though.
But the digestion will take a hit for the first little while while your body adjusts.

Fantastic Pull today, similar movements except for the prime pulldown and hammer Strength row which felt fantastic. Happy numbers wise everything overloaded and up a rep or two otherwise. Training has been insane, aggression and numbers have skyrocketed.


Sides:
Nothing to report as of yet. I do get a few spots when pushing dosages but no massive breakout or cystic acne which is good. Feel great overall. Only positive sides really.

Don’t have a massive amount of body fat to shift. But have noticed appetite is kinds ass as of late which is bound to happen it’s been a big push up phase. Still just under 11 weeks on cycle though. But again if cycle is extended via coach I will update immediately

Yeah mine was about 4 weeks and I dropped about 4-5kg.
Back up at that weight now but alot higher.

Will be keen to see bro! He just peaked my mate for a competition! Was looking at a coach over here but ive worked with him for 8 months before, he knows my body and how I react to different things too! And we get on quite well! At 280 dollars a month too he’s quite reasonable price wise

Metformin can be a bit harsh if taken just be careful if you use it, it can tank your B vitamin levels and lead to some bad sides long term.

A lack of B vitamins can happen to anyone, but the risk is higher on metformin, especially over time. When you don’t get enough, it can cause peripheral neuropathy, the numbness or tingling in your feet and legs, It can also cause anemia, which refers to low levels of red blood cells.

Some of the common sides can be uncomfortable for many as well, just a heads up if you do look into utilizing that type 2 diabetes drug.
 
metformin is not harsh at all. Simply add vit b to your daily intake. I figure most on here already do since vit b supps combat many of the sides from AAS. I take 1500mg metformin per day and have zero sides.

It's one of the easiest drugs to get an online script for because it is so safe.
The studies on metformin are done by drug companies, with over 80% of studies fake these days I wouldn't trust it at all @RoidRage69

Have had some digestive issues for maybe 4-5 days now. Initially was worried but got to the root of it. No appetite and feeling of discomfort all day with some vomiting. Only clicked with me last night while on a walk. I’ve pulled them out the last 2 days and I’m feeling about 90% there stomach wise. So check in is the slight at bit flat. Also explains the initial 2kg drop as well rather than something a bit more gradual.

Have had some digestive issues for maybe 4-5 days now. Initially was worried but got to the root of it. Funnily enough that’s what has actually caused the digestive issues. Only thing I’ve introduced that’s been different. But from research some probiotics can cause chaos in the gut. Evidently the one I got was causing big issues. I’ve pulled out probiotics nearly 2 days now and I’m already feeling 10 times better. It was only in preparation for a holiday. But I had great digestion before and had 0 issues so won’t be introducing them again

if you have gut issues after taking probiotics, you have digestive issues overall like gut bacteria improper mix
you should be doing more preboitics like psyllium husk and probiotic mixes get spore based probiotics as this is actually a serious thing @BigCheese2000

Thoughts:

Savage push day overall. In a bit of an aggressive minicut so taking smaller and measured progressions. Definitely accumulating fatigue a small bit quicker but still overloading every set. Plan is to take 1.25-2.5kg jumps and retain performance at the very least.

Sides:
No significant sides to speak of currently. Feel absolutely awesome! Performance is good and from todays pic body fat is shifting hence the shorter duration mini cut wise. For the body fat I was starting at 4 weeks should be more than enough. Especially with a beach holiday coming up at the end of the week it will be nice to reduce the off season gut

I’m gonna assume the tren is really doing its thing now but mega hard to get some sleep last night. Body temp is up a bit too and the weather is generally warmer here which I struggle with im used to lovely Irish cold😂

Pushing dht up a small bit higher because I’ve interacted quite well so far. Test will be down the slightest bit just to manage load overall. 100mg tren in there as a bit of a kick especially on a minicut retaining performance and helping keep the flatness at bay.

Limited sides still. Sleep has taken a bit of a knock but expected on tren tbf. Have ample time during the day to get a nap in and recharge. Heat has gone up a lot here too so another factor as my body reacts a bit funny in regards to appetite and heat management as it is

Nothing negative as of yet. Still waiting I suppose but im thinking im fine😂 primo has gone in and shots are incredibly smooth @DofRandD. Happy enough to crack on until end of cycle and will share a collage of first check in vs last before moving over to a sports trt maybe 150 test and 100 primo.

Push and Arms:

No tracking just a juicy pump and trying some new machines! Happy enough numbers wise with that.

Nutrition:
I would be lying if I said I tracked it any bit. Keeping it raw and honest. I’ve had a few drinks the last few days and I’ve enjoyed myself. It’s a first anniversary holiday with my girlfriend and the goal was to spend as much quality time together as possible and both enjoy going off plan. Didn’t end up getting wasted or smashed but defo tried some fruity drinks that I won’t tell the boys about😂

Sides:
Did all my regular shots up to last Saturday so a week off shots. Still negative sides free and happy with everything overall! Been nice taking a few days off pins but this Saturday we go back on the wagon hard.

Gh Introduced:
@BigBoyLabs has kindly sponsored gh and some pens for me🫶🏻 they have arrived at my place and are currently in the fridge waiting to be consumed once I’m back Saturday😂 delivery and comms were great and he’s a good bloke you can crack a joke with. Excited to log my experience and with each training day I will provide a gh specific update based on some metrics others quote when talking about their gh runs
