Day off today boys. Much needed been a fucking heavy week haha.

Smashed through a huge amount of prep trying out freezer bags to save on space since I got a tiny fridge.
Filled them up in the fridge.
Back to gym tomorrow keen to update everyone 💪

what did you cook?

i came up with versatile protein meal...
ground turkey ( onions and garlic )
add can of black beans ( fiber)
and white rice ( beans and rice =protien

then you can make it whatever flavor you're i the mood for
salsa, or bbq sauce or marinara.

I have cravings for pasta but pasta makes me a bloated pig. So i dump a jar of spaghetti sauce over the turkey beans and rice and it taste like spaghetti but no gluten.

I was thinking the ziplock bags myself as I have the same problem losing freezer space haha, whatever it takes though lol.
what saved me was chicken breast mince, then just use any seasoning and you can mix it into rice without chewing, makes life so easy
Def give this a run, chicken breast on the 3rd day isn't much chop haha

trust me straight americans too are obsessed with aussie women, they are maybe the most gorgeous in the world. i used to date one in my late 20's
 
Excellent leg training.

I like how you're balancing both sides of the legs.
 
Seated calves are some of the best training.

And you got some good volume on them.
 
dumbbell squats and abductor work is the best.

Good job. Getting some warm-up in. Make sure you're really doing Dynamic stretching and stretching post workout as well.
 
Another great work out. You put together. The dips are not easy but they are very beneficial.
 
Tell us more about the social stuff that's been going on for you. What do you got like, birthday parties and stuff?
