Thanks for checking out and following along the new log,

I reached out to @STAR LABS and after a few long talks and what not, he and his team have agreed to take me on as a sponsor,

I believe they have what it takes to get me and my physique to where I wonna be, I know I have the right attitude and with their help I can do it, no questions

I look forward to running his oils and in the next few days ill post up what cycle and length and all the finer details, all the juicy bits haha,

Atm Im just running a sports TRT of 250mg of Test E a week, ill continue to do this untill I get my bloods done to make sure my body is ready for the Blast

We are delighted to have @codezz as part of our team, we believe he’s a good fit . Was happy he initially reached out to me and after careful consideration and discussions we think he’s the best choice for our team - his many years of gear use and experience, his physique and most importantly his attitude and intentions . Hey all,

Just want to give everyone an update,

I did originally decide to go with @STAR LABS however over night I had been thinking about the desicion i made, i thought i was happy and i feel i jumped the gun on looking for a new vendor to try and log for,

This morning I was approached by another Lab who i have previously brought gear off for myself and used and my mates back home have used and all love, I've seen his blood work come back and it yields great results,

before any oils or anything was set in stone with a cycle in mind and everything else, I messaged @Eddie Haskell with my thoughts,

He was very supportive and I appreciate reaching out to him for some help on the matter,

So with this all said I have decided to switch from @STAR LABS and go run a cycle with @ODINLABS

No hard feelings towards Star labs at all, I wish the lab all the best, however this is my journey and I have made my decision
 
This will be a really good one to follow. I'm looking forward to it. Keep pushing.

7.5hrs sleep

Well guys, today was a good day, got a new sponsor and so happy to be with Odin,

But not a good day work wise, balls deep in emails, and then had to go underground for ages and had no where near enough food today so I decided it was best to have a rest day and have a good dinner, get some more sleep, ready for a big push day at the gym tomorrow,

I'll take some pixs of my meals tomorrow, making a nite of it so I dnt forget,

Calories are around 1900 - 2100 just depends on what is cooked for dinner, sometimes ill opt for a curry at work or some roast beef or roast pork, just dends on how im feeling at the time

But as I said it's a rough guide any way, also i like my fruit but I'm fussy with it also, if there's no good water melon or pink lady apples then it's non for me ill wait till I get home
