This is the way to hit a strong leg day.
Those deadlifts will wear you out for sure.
 
Sister, you look very strong for sure, but you're still not as strong as my wife.

Granted, she got about 200 lbs on you. I think she could take you down, though, easy.
 
Wow, I can't believe you're only 5'2" and 145 lbs in your this strong.
 
Sister, you forgot about the pull-ups. What's the deal with that? I thought you were gonna hit them even on leg day.lol
Was thinking about adding them sometimes on accessory day only, no leg day, not no twice a week you thought wrong bro! lol. And I didn’t do legs Friday I did back. Deadlifts and Rows are back. It’s all dependent on how body is recovering and what I’ll be training day before or after. 💪🌸
 
Have you always been this strong or is it something that you got when you got older?
I’ve always been strong. But when I was 20-21 started off low worked my way up. When we were at Golds gym there was a tank top bencnh club the lowest was 150 club had to bench 150lbs. I probably 21 or 22 years old. By golly I got that tank top. I was in 150 club. Always have lifted heavy but training more old school bodybuilding. but didnt compete in powerlifting till 2015 in our 40s!! 1st time. Loved it didn’t have to be lean or perfect just strong!! Was fun! 💪🌸

Bike 5min Warmdown

Was a grueling long exhausting deadlift day. Did all exercises on same platform with just Barbell! Lots of PRs on accessory’s which was not specifically planned. By the time shrugs were due I was spent but my usual 225lb was light. I planned to up it already but was pleasantly surprised to find 245 to be pretty smooth. Bent-over Rows however were heavy! Moving Ali g nicely though. I think taking off Legs/squats prob helped with recovery. All have a good weekend. Happy lifting 💪🌸!

Did rep PRs on a few movements today. Vascularity is very prominent recently. Lateral raises and biceps arms today my arms shoulders just veined out kinda creepy cuz I’m so white and pale skinned. Fat Blue veins up my arms. lol. My Body Weight is trending down after a stabilized around 147lbs down couple pounds since switching from anavar to npp but also 1st full Week on starting dose of Semaglutide again. Squats tomorrow! Like to try 275! That will be 10 lb jump from last week. Happy lifting! 💪🌸

Had a great squat day today! Went up on weight for singles with 275lbs up from 265x3x3 last week! That’s my best competition squat. I did 2 reps on set 1 needed a spot rep 2 got dizzy. @RoidRageWife Solid bench day! Those rep PRs, especially on the incline and close grip, show great progress. You're right, increasing reps with a given weight is a definite win and builds strength. It's encouraging that you're approaching your previous cycle strength, and exceeding it on your 1RM. Keep focusing on translating that strength to squats and deadlifts, and you'll be crushing it all around!

Hey there! Killer deadlift day!! Had extra day off at gym last Saturday as I worked extra shift at work instead! So Upped my deads by another 10lbs to 305 for 5s! Not a rep PR there gotta get past 315 for that. Every other exercise did rep PRs or weight PRs! 💪🎉 Gotta strengthen my lower back and all the rest to get these deadlifts up. So I’m not bummed my that deads didn’t PR. Cuz the rest of my lifts are Kicking-Ass!! My RDLs I really smashed out 5 with my heaviest weight on those! Deadlifts Will continue 10lb increments for 3-5reps x 3 sets. As well as trying to increase the accessory movements as well. My Bentover rows were suprisingling easy today had to increase those! So obviously gaining strength. That was fun! Finished with warm down 8 minutes bike. Was a long workout but felt great! I’m sure I’ll feel the pain by this time tomorrow. Ok Happy Lifting this week peeps. 💪🌸

Had a pretty good deadlift day. No PRs. Back is still lagging behind unlike my bench which is kicking ass! I’m still nursing a left trap/scapula strain from my job!. I felt great on chest day Monday but I must have aggravated the scapula-back cuz it got stiff sore that night. Having said that, Deads Felt better than expected today! I still Increased my weight by 30lbs did my 5rep sets. I didn’t want to overdo it. Worked on keeping my ass down on Deads! Deads should be a lot further along by now! Not gonna lie I am a bit frustrated! Esp since this is the biggest stack I’ve been on!! Had to back off a little on Bent over rows and shrugs that’s ok. I’ve been trying to eat my way out of this back strain injury. My body weight is creeping up. I’m def holding some water in these muscles! I think finally stabilizing weight since I added the primobolan to mix with the Var. So getting ready to wind down the Anavar and swap that out with NPP next week. We’re in Week 5. This will mess with weight too I’m sure…. and we just started creatine as well!! So maybe I will just watch calories a bit closer clean up the diet a little. But my strength is going up nicely. And should be able to drop water easily if it comes down to it!! Added chia seeds to diet extra omega 3 and a good fiber source. Let’s finish week strong! 💪🌸
Amazing work!! Don’t get frustrated with the lack of weight gain. You are surely making gains!! Get that injury worked through.
 
Yeah, I think your body fat is extremely low. i'm not good estimating with females but i would say its mid teens which is like single digits for a man

amazing ! Pound for a pound. Probably the strongest person I've seen in a long time.
She definitely has the strongest arms pound for pound on here. She is aprox 2/3 as strong as me in triceps and bicep movements. She can do 100 lb tricep push downs with a single pully cable for reps. Most men on here can't do 1-2 reps.

Yeah thanks guys. True my upper body has gotten really lean I still feel soft on lower body. Not the same vascularity or leanness, I carry more fat lower body. My scales are telling me 21% ish but idk. It feels good to lean up and still be strong! Also helps me in my job. Awkward moment, some young gal at that gym last week said to me you are so jacked it’s just so amazing! I’m not running around trying to get attention so just feels weird. I suppose I’m helping gym retain members lol 😂💪🌸 would be nice if I had someone at the gym that I could look up to. I do, Mr RR and I just push each other and blaze our own trail!!

I think leanest I feel for sure. Not the strongest. I gotta get my deadlifts up my squats are coming along. Like @e2 said gotta stay healthy. My aches and pains are felt a bit more but strength coming along nicely!
 
She definitely has the strongest arms pound for pound on here. She is aprox 2/3 as strong as me in triceps and bicep movements. She can do 100 lb tricep push downs with a single pully cable for reps. Most men on here can't do 1-2 reps.
For sure the strongest sister we have :D

Ok so squats was grind worked for all my reps on my working sets. Stayed at same weight as last week 275 but got out triples so that’s a win! Not PR but a win. I did Increase my pause squats up from 225 to 235 only triples but that’s a PR 💪 I’ll take it. Right glute feels like cramping on me. But it’s a dull ache. Kept rolling out between sets all through and after but still bothering me. Will ice take massage gun to it! Should help. My Mr RR got a gym PR he decided to go up in weight on his squats for 505lbs!👍💪 will eat well tonight. Working the weekend will hit chest Monday! Everybody have great weekend. 💪🌸

Any chance of you trying some box squats or some front squats in the future.

Maybe that can help make your regular squats stronger.

We’re doing pause squats. Box jumps I’ve suggested Mr doesn’t do them. I do not want to screw my knees! front squats we sometimes occasionally will do. Those are hard on my arms shoulders. Perhaps on smith might be better🌸💪
 
Good updates. As always, I like how you finish it up with some cardio that's hardcore.
It’s good warm down too. Keeps lactic acid from building up! Also only time I get cardio. Work 12 hour shifts. So not ambitious enough to do cardio before or after. Sleep and fuel take priority. 💪🌸

@RoidRageWife legit work on squats......are you aiming for a specific number on squats?
