Approved Log Testosterone, Masteron, GH Road to stage 2026 Log

BigCheese2000

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Intro:
Firstly I would like to thank @ODINLABS for the opportunity to run a log for him. Another disclaimer this log is not in the attempt at freebies or taking advantage of a vendor. From speaking to Odin over the last few months, trying some oil and with his blood work I can categorically confirm his gear is of the highest cleanliness and dosing standards. This will be the log I run until competing next year. To be frank about the matter also I was running a log for bbl, in light of events of the previous week I believe it’s best to move on. Bbl was kind to me but with the member backlash and events that have transpired I feel I can’t give a recommendation in good conscience. I’m out of the loop in regards to the whole situation and everyone else is in the dark also. Unfortunate to say.

Personal intro:
Age:
24 ( 25 in June)
Height: 178cm
Weight: 83.2kg
Goals: Competing in 2026. Plans have been set with the coach. Will be a tough year but I believe from my progress so far and consistency displayed I will attain my goal and put together a showing I’m happy with and can press on with.
The story until now: had low reference ranges at 21 in 2 separate blood tests 6 months apart having also cleaned up lifestyle and diet even more. Was sick of having low test symptoms and generally just feeling low. Have done one proper blast and this will be my second having come out of a big trt phase. While I was a bit younger starting, I was aware of the consequences and would rather be feeling better in myself. I made my bed at will lay in it without complaints or expecting sympathy.
Coach: Private coach from my country of birth. Good experience, has taken a lot of athletes to stage and have full confidence in him
Long term plan: Will be using next year as a springboard to hopefully compete at a reasonable level as I get into my mid to late 20s. I love the game and will push to be as good as possible.

Anabolics:
Test: 400
Mast: 500
GH: upping to 4iu
Lantus: 10iu daily (to account for carbs getting quite high, all under recommendation and watchful eye of the coach. Have built rapport and had some time together and feel confident in his prescription.

Anabolics wise these are prescribed by the coach. Masteron is in due to primo being in a shortage and also via recommendation of Odin on top of that.

Training:
Split:

U/L/R/Push/Pull/L/R
Cardio twice per week.

5 times a week frequency. Hitting every muscle group twice per week. Sets are taken to failure. This week has been a devolume week as I have pretty much just got over a 2 week flu and didn’t want to batter myself immediately after. Have gained a slightly bit of weight throughout the flu due to time off work and reduced output.

Nutriton.
Training Day:
Cal: 3775
P: 245
F: 55
C: 575

Non Training Day:
Cal: 3300
P: 240
F: 60
C: 450

Nutritionally speaking mainly just easily digestible foods. Over the years I’ve found what meats and carb sources digest well and are tolerated well by me. Higher on the protein and carbs and a slight bit lower on the fats. I feel good. Appetite in a great position and comfy pushing higher.

Support Supps:
Citrus bergamot
Astragalus
Vit d + k2
Curcumin
High omega 3 fish oils
On cycle support
Liver support
Coq 10
Magnesium bisglycinate
Digestive enzymes

Looking forward to interacting with everyone and sharing my journey. My check in shots from this morning are pictured below. I do need a decent bit of mass but feel genetically I have a decent starting point and can bring quite a nice look with time and hard consistent training and nutrition. I would again like to thank @ODINLABS for reaching out. A quality vendor and all around good guy who is an asset to the community.

Training:
Upper:

Life Pec Dec: 77x10, x10 rep match

Hammer Dip Machine: 47.5x8, 35x14
Hammer Pullover: 32.5x8, x8 Rep match

Due to time constrains I finished the rest of my workout at the gym I’m working at. Did bb rows, shrugs, overhead rope extension and preacher curls. 2 sets on back and 3 sets on arm movements. Great session and back to full intensity now as I’m fully recovered. Numbers slightly up from pre illness so delighted with that. Keen to have a big blast.

That remains to be seen. The issue is NOT now. It'll be a few years down the road. Have a listen to our upcoming podcasts on fertility etc

Supplement list is fantastic.
I had no idea so many people ran these types of supps on cycle

Can't wait to see your results. Just make sure you get your sleep a little more, maybe 7 or 8 hours.

I'm looking forward to following this to set up. Looks fantastic. I like your training routine.

HGH and insulin is gonna help you grow for sure.

and the test and masteron look fun!

@BigCheese2000 nice start to the log. Let’s get after this.

Yesterday:
Fasted Weight: 83.5
Sleep: 7 hours
Bp: 119/67
Bg: 4.2

Training:
Lower 1:

Seated Calf: 26.25x10, x10, x10 rep match
Cyb Adductor: 77x13, 85x8
Nautilus Glute Drive: 85x8, 65x14
Life Laying Ham: 125x9, 95x11
DB RDL: 65x7, x6
Cyb Squat Press: 130x9, 85x15 Rest Pause
Extension: 60x11, x1

Big leg day today. Actually took progressions on every number I hit pre illness. Any movement that’s plate loaded is calculated per side it’s less maths especially with micro plates😂 first week of full volume training and legs are absolutely fried after. Have a rest day now using the recovery facility in work and washing away some fatigue

Training:
Push:

Incline Clavicular Fly: 20x10, x10 rep match
Super Incline: 40x8, 30x12

Pump was absolutely skin splitting today. Up about 8.4 kilos since end of minicut and condition holding nicely. Not just immediately jumping to a massive surplus, so digestion and long term progress is priority

Pull Up: x8, x7
SA Lat Pull: 55x9, 40x14

Slightly modified pull day today. My Friday has just turned into a bit of a scheduling nightmare. Have said to the coach anyway and we’ve modified it so if I get pressed for time I can do an alternative session. Overall reasonably pleased numbers wise. Feeling fantastic on current dosage and weight is steadily climbing. Digestion in a good spot too being a bit more cautious with calories and giving myself a good runway to progress. Have legs upcoming today so will throw up a log and my check in shots for the Sunday.

Numbers down a bit today. But with 2 weeks off gym and a devolume session last week to be expected really. Was nice to get back into the pressing and also lock movements in again. Pump was absolutely skin splitting today. Up about 8.4 kilos since end of minicut and condition holding nicely. Not just immediately jumping to a massive surplus, so digestion and long term progress is priority

Test and mast doing what it’s supposed to and the gh presentation proper vac sealed and doing what it says on the tin. Had a chill rest day today. Got some steps in with the girlfriend. Checked out a bit of the ifbb in Melbourne, inspiring and excited myself to get involved 2026

Appreciate that big man❤️ yeah for sure have a long ways to go but been a very productive few weeks! Was a rough few weeks previous but have everything on lock. Even said no to a work party which I would have struggled with previous, did the dog on it and felt 10 times worse but that’s a small victory for me

No niggles or injuries present as of yet. Sides wise still good, just a great sense of wellbeing and progress is slowly getting there so delighted. Do find more fatigue post session but would put that down to numbers going up and movement efficiency improving. Have a check in with the coach tonight so will detail and changes moving forward

Hanging leg raise at start of session. Took progressions on all movements. Had some slight lower back pump/pain heading into squat presses so just did my top set and was cautious on the movement. Longevity is key instead of just getting another set in. Switched to barbell as apposed to dumbbell rdl with grip issues. Had been progressing to the 70kg on dumbbells but grip was becoming a limiting factor even with straps in play. Back feels totally fine and quite thankful I was careful today. Feeling good overall but looking forward to a deserved rest day tomo. Have sauna, ice bath and some compression boots to drive recovery as well as some active recovery via steps.

@BigCheese2000 Killer leg day! Those pumps are no joke, and it sounds like the @ODINLABS gear is working well for you. Good to have a rest day after that workout and get some steps in. Getting inspired by the IFBB is great motivation for your 2026 goals! Keep up the great work!

@BigCheese2000 amazing too see that you are giving rest days importance.....many people ignore it and fail to understand that rest days are equally important.........

Nice workout

Injury
Last night did a bit of a sprint just in work as a bit of fun but pulled up with a muscular injury. Came out with a grade 2 tear of the adductor and hip flexor so will be quite a while before even light leg work. Will adapt and have a new split coming from the coach. Have 2 weeks of a holiday in 2 weeks so a good chance to speed the recovery up with some warm weather and relaxation

No bruising but quite tender to the touch and have little to no mobility. Went to a physio/osteo for a look and came back with a grade 2 tear. Did some testing. Originally thought it was adductor but it’s actually at the hip flexor as well and the adductor is the least painful part of the tear

Basically your lower body is injured, you will need minimum 2 weeks off and only do upper.

No good brother 😕

Yeah that’s basically the plan! The coach put together an upper split which I will share, I’m on holidays in 2 weeks so in a way fits out perfect
Smart plan :D

Weekend Reflection:

Hope all had a good weekend. Was scheduled as 2 rest days due to leg injury and Saturday being a leg day with Sunday being rest.

Spent the full weekend moving apartments. This included carrying heavy boxes, steps 30k and up, and just general running backwards and forwards. Nutrition was off this weekend as it was pretty much a race against the clock. Everything is 90% finished outside of just placing everything and getting things settled. Lived at my previous place for over a year and had a regimented routine and a specific spot for everything which I prefer. Once all settled within the next week or 2 I have my trip to Thailand so will be a good chance to refresh and wash away some fatigue.

Will be back to normal training and nutrition tomo. Very thankful of the new place and realise the stress and effort of moving is worth it. Onwards and upwards fellas have a check in tomo will pop that up

Was quite cautious today. As it’s a hip flexor and adductor movement at the hip has to be quite limited. Found RDL totally fine as long as the knees stay a bit stiffer but got a slight bit of bend in a rep and was careful. SL ham curl and extension caused no pain which is good and calves are fine. Went a bit light to limit any hip involvement and went quite well. Did some light rehab work with adductions to promote blood flow and healing. Good chance to focus on upper but with some leg movements in there still promote growth. Overall happy just have to keep a level head around this day and not get overconfident so I can fully heal and come back stronger

I'd encourage more positive language. Mostly because ones happiness shouldn't be too tied up in the body being perfect

Looking really good, man. You're on the right track. I like what you're doing here?

Good job and a very conditioned physique.

Keep your diet strong and you'll heal up

Working the both parts of your lower legs is fantastic. Proud of you, man. Keep it up.

That's good. That's your being cautious and taking care of your joints.

Make sure you're stretching as well. That's very important.

Definitely some increased vascularity and getting heaps of compliments in real life so extremely pleased with the whole process. Very thankful for the support of @ODINLABS and the advice.
