Once you go over 50 grams of carbs you'll be out of ketosis. You might have ketones in the urine but you're out of ketosis. @FrekiTraining is in the early morning fasted.
I'm finally out of ketosis on the pee strips. The difference between yesterday and previous days when I stayed in ketosis even after a 100g of carbs and protein is the type of carb???
My hypothesis is the simple carbs I'm consuming are not effecting BG lvls enough to hinder ketosis. The opposite is happening with complex carbs which I consumed yesterday for the first time in months. These starches cause a sustained increase in blood sugar, knocking the body out of ketosis
