Added Abducters in low weight just to try building some resilience in the muscle, very weak for some reason

Could it be the Reta or Proviron?
I just saw your test, you have a urine test which can peg left over ketones in the urine, it doesn't factor into actual ketosis. You need a blood ketone meter for exact measurements. @Freki

Agreed except the following days after consuming the extra carbs and protein should show no ketones yeah? just like it was doing a month back. I'm thinking one of the new peds is at play
Can rule out testosterone and hgh
Which leaves Proviron Retatrutide and 5amino1mq? only other thing i can think off is the cortisone shot from 2 weeks ago, should add its the largest legal dose that can be administered.

Its a toss up on ketone clearance, you should get a blood ketone meter so we dont need to guess.
 
Big day, missed the gym this morning but managed to sneak away for a few hrs mid morning.

Had no luck finding a blood ketone tester nearby, ill have to order online.

If i remember correctly my face flushes, headaches, can't think, increased anxiety. I'm fine eating it I've grown them before and had no problems or benefits, just cant have in a supplement form.
Interesting so there are guys with sides from it, very rare I hear.

Had a little energy leftover at the end of WO and I couldn't remember ever doing single deadlifts , so gave it a shot. Started at 70kg maxed at 110kg gave 120kg a whirl wasn't quite there. I'll try doing them at the beginning of WO next week.

@Freki chest supported rows with wide grip are awesome.

I like your style of training, your kicking ass and taking names. And I like the amount of protein you're getting, I know it's low to a lot of people but nothing wrong with that.

Training is in the early morning fasted.

I'm finally out of ketosis on the pee strips. The difference between yesterday and previous days when I stayed in ketosis even after a 100g of carbs and protein is the type of carb???

My hypothesis is the simple carbs I'm consuming are not effecting BG lvls enough to hinder ketosis. The opposite is happening with complex carbs which I consumed yesterday for the first time in months. These starches cause a sustained increase in blood sugar, knocking the body out of ketosis

Plausible?

Once you go over 50 grams of carbs you'll be out of ketosis. You might have ketones in the urine but you're out of ketosis. @Freki

Cheers bro. It has its moments for sure like any diet. First 6 weeks easy, then i struggled on the lower calories. All in all its another great tool to have in the chest when needed. I'd rather keto then clen anyway.
