Approved Log Testosterone and GH Health Phase Log

Wednesday April 2nd

Pinned 100mg of @Raptor Labs test enth and once again goes in like a dream, it's now Thursday night and I can't even remember where I pinned. His GH is amazing too- fullness, sleep is deep and strength and recovery feels as if I'm on cycle.

I did a push session on Tuesday so Wednesday was quads and calves.
It started with a swim in the morning, training in the arvo followed by an hour walk.

Quads
Leg extension (this was purely to pre exhaust the quads before moving onto squats)
20kg X 20
25kg X 20
30kg X 20
Drop sets back down in 5kg increments X 20 reps no rest.
Repeat the above.

Squats
40kg X 20
70kg X 10
90kg X 10 X 3

Walking lunges
40kg X 20 X 3 sets

Bulgarian split squats
20 reps each leg using no resistance
2 sets of 10 reps each leg holding 15kg dumbbells

Calves
Standing calf raise in smith machine
50kg X 20
90kg X 20
120kg X 15 X 2 sets
Drop sets
90kg rep out
50kg rep out

Single leg calf raise
50kg X 10 X 2 sets
@Eveflorence Solid leg day! Raptor Labs gear sounds like it's doin' work. Good call on the pre-exhaust with leg extensions before hitting squats. Those walking lunges with 40kg are no joke! Calves got some serious attention too. Keep up the grind!

Thursday April 10th

Got back this afternoon from a 5 day trip away with the family, good to be home and looking forward to some decent training again, although the little gym they had there added a slice of variety at least.

Pinned 100mg of test enth from @Raptor Labs, along with 1mg of his tb500 and bpc147. 3 weeks into test at trt and hoping to cycle again soon, though bloods next week will dictate when the start date is for that.

Back and shoulders today, big walk with the kids and a swim at the beach this arvo had me feeling pretty active for the day.

Back
Lat pulldown
Stack 90kg X 15 X 3

Vbar pulldown
Stack 3 X 10

Rows (no barbells so had to use the smith machine)
Weight not worth mentioning
3 X 10 reps

Pullups supersetted with assisted machine pullups
3 sets of both X 10 reps

Shoulders
Cable laterals
2 sets of 20

Bent over laterals
12kg X 10 X 2 sets

Military press in Smith machine
3 sets of 15

Current leg situation 😔

Don't be hard on yourself bro, blokes would kill for legs like yours lol. I got a feeling your gonna have some propper barrels by the end of this year 🦿
Thanks brother appreciate the kind words. That emoji was a bit self indulgent I guess. I'm not unhappy with them but would love to see some width and mass

I wouldn’t mind swapping for those legs!

Fuck me tho my little bicep vein is pathetic compared to yours

Your wife is like my wife!
Mine not much compliments but will hit my insecurities (calves) no problems

Proud of you Brother, you are making some incredible strides already.

And this log is still young.

Really looking forward to seeing your future updates. You're already looking incredible.

It's good. I don't think kangaroos should be eaten. They are friends and they are pets.

This is another excellent work out.

I like your back training and the pull-ups are to die for

Sensational work on this. The arms Look terrific. Amazing vascularity.

Bro, what about the red meat are you eating any of that, especially grass-fed?

Also is Kangaroo considered, red meat or is it more white meat?

Legs looking great but can't help but notice those bicep veins too! Meal prep looks phenomenal too.
Thanks brother yeah arms have always been decent, legs on the other hand need catching up. I used to be a runner and cardio bunny back in the day

Nice session bro . How was the gym atmosphere? Did you turn up at 9am when all the mums have dropped the kids at school ? I see some solid numbers here!! Some extra motivation perhaps

Loved it bro it was good to be back. Surprisingly not a heap of talent but there were a few very questionable outfits getting around haha

@Eveflorence you guys train at the same gym? lol :D

Wednesday April 16th

Getting bloods tomorrow and hoping things are looking good in terms of lipids, liver values, kidneys and haemoglobin.
I'm extremely confident in the @Raptor Labs test I've been running at 200mg for the past 4 weeks and look forward to seeing where my levels are at. Last pin was 100mg on Sunday.

Been using slu-pp332 (200mcg) from @Driven-Nutrition about an hour before training along with injectable L carnitine (400mg) from @ODINLABS and it has me feeling really energetic. Great little combination for focus and endurance in the gym, not to mention the more subtle benefits that accumulate with prolonged use.

Training in a gym again has also been motivating. Gets a bit mundane working out in your garage all the time. Been fun training with some machines I haven't had the pleasure of using in years.

Today was legs. I'd already hit hamstrings on Monday but no foul in hitting them again.

Hack squats
I didn't realise how weak my quads were until I was humbled by the hack squat.
Only managed one plate a side. 4 sets of 15 to 20, low and controlled.

Leg press
Starting at one plate a side and working up to 5 plates. Again sets in 15 to 20 range. Then drop setting down again as many reps till failure.

Iso lateral leg extensions
3 sets of 20 each leg at 25-30kg

Bulgarian split squats holding 15kg dumbbells
2 sets of 10 each leg

Iso lateral kneeling leg curl
30kg X 15
40kg X 15
50kg X 10 X 2 sets each leg

Prone leg curl
30kg X 20
50kg X 15 X 3 sets
30kg amrap

Seated calf raises
40kg X 20 X 3 sets

Standing calf raises
60kg X 20 X 3 sets

Mixing up Your workouts is pretty good. Keeps things more fun that way.

Preacher curls and alternating dumbbell curls. Nice way to hit both sides of the arms.

Seems like you're consistency is amazing.

You're putting in the hours and getting in some good sets and Reps all week.

Friday April 18th

Unable to train today due to the good friday and the gym not being staffed so went for a 800m swim in the morning and walked my little fella to sleep in the pram for 8km in the arvo.

Definitely noticing increased energy from the slu-pp from @Driven-Nutrition and just wanting to be more active.
Here's a couple of pics I took today. Currently running 200mg of test and 4iu eod of GH from @Raptor Labs

Farrk what happened to your arm bro?

Farrk what happened to your arm bro?
Snapped my humerus just above the elbow (collision injury). Got a plate running the length of my humerus and about 15 screws in there. This injury was the catalyst for me spending 5 or 6 years away from the gym because I couldn't lift and developed a love for running instead. Now I hate running and love training again haha

Snapped lol with that much hardware it was shattered. Yeah but how good are those long runs 🤩 i can't run anymore but I relate where your coming from.

Couldn’t train the home gym ? Or is that closed Good Friday too lol

Where did you swim with most places closed ? The ocean ?
Needed to get out of the house for a while and away from the chaos so didn't even consider the garage.

Sometimes I swim in the ocean but also have access to a pool I can use

Yeah nice! Gotta get away at times !
I was asking about the ocean coz I would never do that I keep seeing people getting eaten by great whites on my Instagram news feed. My algorithm is fcked

Monday April 21st

Received my bloods back today and very pleased with the results. This is by far the highest reading I've ever had on 200mg of test enth per week. Would like to sincerely thank @Raptor Labs for his potent product. The first photo below shows my bloods immediately prior to starting @Raptor Labs test, with the second showing bloods 4 weeks in.

Doing good bro

Wednesday April 24th

Feeling quite full all of the time the last fortnight or so with good vascularity and wondering if the slu-pp has helped in this regard, or the consistent application of injectable L carnitine, the fact I've incorporated berberine in my final meal of the day perhaps, I honestly couldn't tell you but in any case I'm enjoying it.
Then of course there's @Raptor Labs test and GH, which we all know how good that is.

Today I trained chest and shoulders, swam 700m in the morning and an hour walk after work.

Chest

Flat bench
Barbell X 50
50kg X 20
80kg X 12
90kg X 10
100kg X 5 X 3 sets

Chest press machine
60kg X 15
90kg X 10 X 3 sets

Weighted dips with 15kg plate
3 sets of 10

Incline cable fly's
10kg X 20
15kg X 15 X 2 sets

Shoulders

Military press
50kg X 10 X 3 sets

Lateral raises
10kg X 20
15kg X 10 X 2 sets

Bent over laterals
10kg X 20 X 3 sets
