@Eveflorence Solid leg day! Raptor Labs gear sounds like it's doin' work. Good call on the pre-exhaust with leg extensions before hitting squats. Those walking lunges with 40kg are no joke! Calves got some serious attention too. Keep up the grind!Wednesday April 2nd
Pinned 100mg of @Raptor Labs test enth and once again goes in like a dream, it's now Thursday night and I can't even remember where I pinned. His GH is amazing too- fullness, sleep is deep and strength and recovery feels as if I'm on cycle.
I did a push session on Tuesday so Wednesday was quads and calves.
It started with a swim in the morning, training in the arvo followed by an hour walk.
Quads
Leg extension (this was purely to pre exhaust the quads before moving onto squats)
20kg X 20
25kg X 20
30kg X 20
Drop sets back down in 5kg increments X 20 reps no rest.
Repeat the above.
Squats

70kg X 10
90kg X 10 X 3
Walking lunges
40kg X 20 X 3 sets
Bulgarian split squats
20 reps each leg using no resistance
2 sets of 10 reps each leg holding 15kg dumbbells
Calves
Standing calf raise in smith machine

90kg X 20
120kg X 15 X 2 sets
Drop sets
90kg rep out
50kg rep out
Single leg calf raise
50kg X 10 X 2 sets

Thursday April 10th
Got back this afternoon from a 5 day trip away with the family, good to be home and looking forward to some decent training again, although the little gym they had there added a slice of variety at least.
Pinned 100mg of test enth from @Raptor Labs, along with 1mg of his tb500 and bpc147. 3 weeks into test at trt and hoping to cycle again soon, though bloods next week will dictate when the start date is for that.
Back and shoulders today, big walk with the kids and a swim at the beach this arvo had me feeling pretty active for the day.

@Eveflorence legs are good but we need leg pumppppp pic post leg day broWednesday April 16th
Getting bloods tomorrow and hoping things are looking good in terms of lipids, liver values, kidneys and haemoglobin.
I'm extremely confident in the @Raptor Labs test I've been running at 200mg for the past 4 weeks and look forward to seeing where my levels are at. Last pin was 100mg on Sunday.
Been using slu-pp332 (200mcg) from @Driven-Nutrition about an hour before training along with injectable L carnitine (400mg) from @ODINLABS and it has me feeling really energetic. Great little combination for focus and endurance in the gym, not to mention the more subtle benefits that accumulate with prolonged use.
Training in a gym again has also been motivating. Gets a bit mundane working out in your garage all the time. Been fun training with some machines I haven't had the pleasure of using in years.
Today was legs. I'd already hit hamstrings on Monday but no foul in hitting them again.
Hack squats
I didn't realise how weak my quads were until I was humbled by the hack squat.
Only managed one plate a side. 4 sets of 15 to 20, low and controlled.
Leg press
Starting at one plate a side and working up to 5 plates. Again sets in 15 to 20 range. Then drop setting down again as many reps till failure.
Iso lateral leg extensions
3 sets of 20 each leg at 25-30kg
Bulgarian split squats holding 15kg dumbbells
2 sets of 10 each leg
Iso lateral kneeling leg curl
30kg X 15
40kg X 15
50kg X 10 X 2 sets each leg

30kg X 20
50kg X 15 X 3 sets

Farrk what happened to your arm bro?Friday April 18th
Unable to train today due to the good friday and the gym not being staffed so went for a 800m swim in the morning and walked my little fella to sleep in the pram for 8km in the arvo.
Definitely noticing increased energy from the slu-pp from @Driven-Nutrition and just wanting to be more active.
Here's a couple of pics I took today. Currently running 200mg of test and 4iu eod of GH from @Raptor Labs

Snapped my humerus just above the elbow (collision injury). Got a plate running the length of my humerus and about 15 screws in there. This injury was the catalyst for me spending 5 or 6 years away from the gym because I couldn't lift and developed a love for running instead. Now I hate running and love training again hahaFarrk what happened to your arm bro?

Monday April 21st
Received my bloods back today and very pleased with the results. This is by far the highest reading I've ever had on 200mg of test enth per week. Would like to sincerely thank @Raptor Labs for his potent product. The first photo below shows my bloods immediately prior to starting @Raptor Labs test, with the second showing bloods 4 weeks in.
@Eveflorence your test levels are really high for 200mgs of testosterone, very impressive.
@Eveflorence you are looking great. that bloods look solid for just that amount of test
@Eveflorence Bro, I like to keep my testosterone levels at least that 10,000ng/dl. That is a real man level in, every man should have at least that.
@Eveflorence bros There's some solid blood work for sure. Can tell the gear is solid. Good to see you guys in Australia. Getting good access to gear.
@Eveflorence EVO family much respect for the bloods.

This will help others who are looking for a good brand. This one obviously is really good.
@Eveflorence These are excellent blood numbers, for sure. I have a lot of respect for this.
@Eveflorence For sure. That is some high-quality gear. If anything, it's probably overdose a little bit
@Eveflorence flat bench a bit low starter though but closed with 100kg bro! niceWednesday April 24th
Feeling quite full all of the time the last fortnight or so with good vascularity and wondering if the slu-pp has helped in this regard, or the consistent application of injectable L carnitine, the fact I've incorporated berberine in my final meal of the day perhaps, I honestly couldn't tell you but in any case I'm enjoying it.
Then of course there's @Raptor Labs test and GH, which we all know how good that is.
Today I trained chest and shoulders, swam 700m in the morning and an hour walk after work.
