I was going to log today’s training but I cut it short because I really had no motivation and didn’t even feel like being in the gym. Sleep has been getting a bit shitty too waking up few times in the night.
I decided I’m taking the week off for the body to rest and recover, extra sleep + lowering cals + cardio daily.
Hopefully by Sunday/Monday I’m ready to go hard
