๐Ÿ”ฅ EVO FAM, hope yall smashing the day and ticking off your list!

โ˜ ๏ธ 2nd day of my new push phase, and had the most savage 4am leg workout this morning. This was the first leg session my coach has programmed - with a big focus on hamstrings and abductors as they are the first part of my lower body we need to bring up.

๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ The workout itโ€™s self:

Abductor machine:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Found a new gym just so I could do these, well with the extra drive)

Laying hammie curl:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(The connection on this was incredible this morning)

RDL:
1x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Still gauging the weight to tempo, will take a few sessions to find my grove)

Quad extension
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(The most controlled ive taken the movement pattern to date, could hardly breath on the failure set)

Hack squat:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Died in the ass, climb out on the bump stops)

Standing calf raise:
5x sets

@Yuri I tried to click back but not sure how tall you are, but you have the MOST dense calves I've seen in a long time! unreal, seriously unreal. :D The thickness and size is very impressive. No joke, literally Lee Priest style size. :love:

Oh thanks so much my brother, the plan is to get them and my hammies thicker now Iโ€™m alowed to train properly after the surgery

And me and Lee are pretty much the same height ๐Ÿ˜‚ I meet him one and he was like 50 times my size Hahahha so big and dense in person

Thanks my brother, and yeah they pretty vibrant ๐Ÿ˜‚ covers my entire body - make it hard to see the lines and leanness to be honest but not much can do there

๐Ÿ’š Happy Tuesday EVO FAMILY - Hope everyoneโ€™s been killing it today no matter where youโ€™re at!

๐Ÿ’ฃ๐Ÿ”ฅ 4am full fire session this morning, my energy is though the roof right now with my caloric increase.

๐Ÿ“Š My new split and programming has my training shoulders and arms twice a week right now to help bring them up to speed - Iโ€™m loving the change as Iโ€™ve never had them as there own focus day.

๐Ÿ’ฅ My killer coach @R. AP has done great assessing my weakness and formulating a plan to address them - feeling confident for the future!

๐Ÿงฌ Extra special thanks to the gang @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep for keeping me preforming at my highest level - my current protocol is quite modest now as the nutrition side of things is really propelling me at the moment.

๐Ÿ’š Hope all my EVO FAM have had killer weekends and getting ready to smash the week ahead!

๐Ÿ“Š My first week with my new coach @R. AP is now complete, in such a short period of time he has overhauled my nutrition, training, supplements, and health protocols - and Iโ€™m already reaping the rewards!

๐Ÿงฌ fatigue has washed off, body composition is changing daily, calories are up at the same time my body weight went down, along with tighter skin and fuller muscles - and this is ONLY week one!

๐Ÿงช @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep have come thought with lighting speed to set up everything I need for my upcoming 16+ hard push phase - canโ€™t wait to see what the before and afters look like.

๐Ÿ™ hereโ€™s to hoping I resemble something that looks sort of like a bodybuilder one year from now - one full year of unwavering effort post shoulder surgery was my dream after tearing it - juts to see what 1000% pure dedication to it looks like.

๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ Big energy Evo Family, today is a rest day post big leg session yesterday, there was nothing fancy on cards, kept cardio and steps the same as training day as I enjoy the output and keeping my routine ad tight as possible as I start to incase my weight.

โ˜ ๏ธ My hamstrings and abductors are absolutely destroyed form yesterday session. The top sets and failure sets are taxing but Iโ€™m fucking loving the output right now - thanks to my main man @R. AP

๐Ÿงฌ Deep as fuck sleep last night thanks to the growth Iโ€™m running from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep - this has been a non-negotiable and staple since my surgery in February

๐Ÿงจ Blasted right into a killer 4am leg session this morning, with a major focus on abductors and hamstrings - new programming and coach has this as a priority for legs right now to bring them up to size.

๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ Really trying to leave zero in the tank each session now, as Iโ€™m feeling amazing and full of calories and recovery is great.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Happy Friday EVO BROS, hope yall getting ready for a weekend if youโ€™ve got one!

๐Ÿ”ฅ Another fire 4am chest session down after a rest day yesterday, chest and shoulders as a session is still extremely cautious for me as itโ€™s only been 4 months since I had the surgery and tendon re attached. I have slight pains that creep up here and there on that side so doing my best to be more mindful on push sessions right now.

๐Ÿš€ Energy is thought the roof as I start my training week block, really looking to improve all movements this week, and get beyond failure.

โ˜‘๏ธ 3rd check in ever with new coach @R. AP will be tomorrow, super excited for the whole processes and canโ€™t wait to see what we looking like after a solid amount of time under him and his guidance!
