Approved Log From Torn Tendons to Bodybuilding Log

✅ Log update - Wednesday - Legs

🔥 EVO FAM, hope yall smashing the day and ticking off your list!

☠️ 2nd day of my new push phase, and had the most savage 4am leg workout this morning. This was the first leg session my coach has programmed - with a big focus on hamstrings and abductors as they are the first part of my lower body we need to bring up.

🏴‍☠️ The workout it’s self:

Abductor machine:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Found a new gym just so I could do these, well with the extra drive)

Laying hammie curl:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(The connection on this was incredible this morning)

RDL:
1x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Still gauging the weight to tempo, will take a few sessions to find my grove)

Quad extension
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(The most controlled ive taken the movement pattern to date, could hardly breath on the failure set)

Hack squat:
2x feeder
1x 1 RIR
1x complete failure
(Died in the ass, climb out on the bump stops)

Standing calf raise:
5x sets

Steps: 12k
Cardio: 15x liss
Calories: +700 and climbing

Only thing i smashed today was some pip into ventro glute 😆 fuck i used a frozen water bottle for that bad boy today 😄 🤣

🧪 Pre workout meal around 3.30am stacked with a little fast acting insulin thanks to my bros at @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

1: rice, banana, honey, cinnamon, salt.
2: chicken, rice, pineapple, micros, home made chipotle dressing.

For sure bro, bit to much extra for my digestion at 330am though - I have a intra shake with EAAs to help with this aspect

💚 Hope all my EVO FAM have had killer weekends and getting ready to smash the week ahead!

📊 My first week with my new coach @R. AP is now complete, in such a short period of time he has overhauled my nutrition, training, supplements, and health protocols - and I’m already reaping the rewards!

🧬 fatigue has washed off, body composition is changing daily, calories are up at the same time my body weight went down, along with tighter skin and fuller muscles - and this is ONLY week one!

🧪 @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep have come thought with lighting speed to set up everything I need for my upcoming 16+ hard push phase - can’t wait to see what the before and afters look like.

🙏 here’s to hoping I resemble something that looks sort of like a bodybuilder one year from now - one full year of unwavering effort post shoulder surgery was my dream after tearing it - juts to see what 1000% pure dedication to it looks like.

@Yuri I tried to click back but not sure how tall you are, but you have the MOST dense calves I've seen in a long time! unreal, seriously unreal. :D The thickness and size is very impressive. No joke, literally Lee Priest style size. :love:

Oh thanks so much my brother, the plan is to get them and my hammies thicker now I’m alowed to train properly after the surgery

And me and Lee are pretty much the same height 😂 I meet him one and he was like 50 times my size Hahahha so big and dense in person

Thanks my brother, and yeah they pretty vibrant 😂 covers my entire body - make it hard to see the lines and leanness to be honest but not much can do there
