5am ! Early bird session today brothers back pull day tried some new machines in my new gym felt some different muscles working today was good pump here is lat pump video 🔥 and nutrition

hey legends! allright time for a update insight on my training hopefully this will help some old dads like myself. What i find is working for me and safer way to continue working out is breaking up some of my heavy big days with alot of compound movements into 2 splits so lets use my leg day as example ive taken out the bulgarian leg squats from leg day and placed into a day like arms where to ease the load on the body parts and for my shoulders this week i removed the shoulder press from my shoulders to core day. so what ever is your toughest lift of your session move it to a lighter day. What im trying to implement right now into my training is having a upper body part day then legs or cardio/core the day after then repeat upper body then lower body . instead of chest,arms,shoulders,back in a row back to back days its too taxing to the upper body to recover and the chances of injury increase big time. Well thats my theory got to put it into action going forward see how we go. Only issue i might have is time

What were you thinking split wise for this? Two leg days and a rest day per week so fitting upper body into the other three days?

yes definetly split up the leg days. so one leg day next day upper ie chest next day finish off the legs then next day back to upper ie shoulders so on brother. well thats the plan anyways thinking about the long game trying to repair grow and not burn out most of all.

Thought so. I have something similar for breakfast / post workout meal every day. I love it hey.

I use pea protein powder as it absorbs water like crazy. You end up with more of a solid (slurry type) texture. Found that if I used whey, it would end up really watery. Alternatively, you can add chia seeds as they also absorb water.

Hey brothers last 2 days have been cardio and core. my pek has been feeling tight after the chest session so im resting upper body ill test tommorow at gym before work to see where im at.
here is cardio sessions 30mins on steps x2 low intensity
core session and lower back extensions.
