SUMMARY / DAILY THOUGHTS

Pretty relaxed day, I missed the cardio as I picked up an extra day of it earlier in the week as I was up early anyway, didnt do much else but train legs and rest. Got my dexa scan done today and bloods drawn which I have posted, I came back at 9.9% which I think it may he a little inflated as I went to it after doing legs fasted and dehydrated, apparenlty can elevate it a bit, so we will call it 9% 😂. All in all pretty happy, I have posted a picture comparasion of where this all started for me in July 2024 after abusing my body with shit lifestyle, bad food, drinking and no gym, that picture is the day I decided to start taking my health and fitness seriously following a bad health condition I suffered, so while I didnt get the 7% I was hoping for on the dexa. putting those pictures side by side - I am pretty proud of what I have managed to do and as this log draws to an end in the next week or so, I am excited for the next stage of growth under team gold and cant wait to see what it bring and truly appreciate and am blown away by the support I have gotten over the journey. Thank you all and massive shout out to @Gold Standard Labs for making this possible.

physique is looking better and better. nice commitment as well hitting the gym on the weekend. It's very possible that your estrogen is high and that could be affecting your sleep. Anytime you have water retention it can cause blood pressure issues and that will have negative consequences on your sleep. @Dreamer

I am super excited to be starting my second log here, this time as a part of team gold with @Gold Standard Labs , I am so thankful to be able to join the team and feel confident with the top quality products from this lab I will be able to achieve my goals and then some.

I didnt fully complete my last log, for a myriad of reasons, I actually wound up the cycle early and started a fertility protocol as me and my wife decided it was time to start a family, this was successful which I am over the moon about.



However, now I would like to get back to where I left it, I have been using HCG, Proviron, Reta and HGH during this bridge phase and am going to be starting with returning to TRT with GH until moving onto a cycle in the coming weeks after my bloods settle and my life is a bit more stable.

Going to be running
Test Prop 300, Bold ace 300, NPP 400, GH 5iu
Adjust as needed/tolerated - going to try and run for aslong as I can - got my bloods back today few things arent great, but I have alot of supps I can throw back in. I will post them up shortly.

Eating classic clean foods at the moment
eggs and oats
lean beef mince and sweet potato
chicken and rice with veg
greek yoghurt with whey, honey and berries
and then protein shakes in between.
Tuna and potatos

around 26-2700 calories.

Thank you man, I am hoping to grow big in this next push with lean bulking, gonna keep my calories controlled and my cardio high, been getting smashed with e2 like symptoms but scared to crash, I will post my bloods to review.
 
Alright, bloods are in, I am still waiting for Apo A1 and B and a Cystatin C, but they take about a week or two.

Firstly - seems Masteron fucks my lipids pretty bad - I am a little concerned but have also dropped Red Yeast Rice, Physillium Husk, Pantethine, Berberine, halved my Citrus Bergamot and dropped plant sterols and Niacin - thinking if I add these back in - this should come in range again on cycle.

Liver numbers and Neutrophils - I had a copper deficiency pretty bad from taking a high dose zinc for 3 months restoring fertility, I am supping copper but takes weeks/months to restore properly, I also trained quite heavy the day before bloods.

IGF1 seems low on 2iu daily?

I take like 15g creatine a day and train heavy - not worried about egfr

Dhea low is this a worry?

and the big one - E2, what should I do? so for context I took .25 Adex nearly daily for a week, felt terrible, this blood test was 3 days off arimidex, currently I am having quite alot of symptoms, but I am scared to crash it - I have aromasin on hand and arimidex, but each time I use adex I seem to struggle.

All in all, for 8-9 weeks on 200ish test and 300 mast, how do my bloods look for the next 12 or so on my planned cycle? obviously will be adding a ton of fibre to my lean bulk diet and adding back in all of my supps and upping the doses.

Alright, bloods are in, I am still waiting for Apo A1 and B and a Cystatin C, but they take about a week or two.

Firstly - seems Masteron fucks my lipids pretty bad - I am a little concerned but have also dropped Red Yeast Rice, Physillium Husk, Pantethine, Berberine, halved my Citrus Bergamot and dropped plant sterols and Niacin - thinking if I add these back in - this should come in range again on cycle.
you're not 1st but you know my view on lipids? we aren't old ladies we ok with them being off
add the RYR and psyllium and start getting avocado and fish oil in there

it does actually copper like iron deficiency takes a while lets see in 4 weeks

its not factual :D I find hgh tests in general not factual , you could be 1 hour off and its a crash

8 weeks in thats a good time for this cycle :D and I think bloods look good imo
I think we can add a 2nd cycle plan as we go deeper

I'm in a bit of a similar boat right now at 250mg per week. Haven't had a blood test lately but it sure feels like high e2 too me. So I tried a really low dose aromasin. I'm literally taking my second dose right now. I have 12.5mg tablets and I'm cutting them in half and taking it EOD.

Like you I'm worried about nuking my e2. So my plan is to just keep taking this low dose and see how I feel.

Literally 2 days ago lol. I just took my 2nd dose now.

I've been having nipple sensitivity for over a month. Then holding a lot more water these last few weeks. Then I had a bit of an ED scare with the wife like 4 days ago where I almost lost it before I finished. That was the last straw. Took Aromasin 2 days ago and it was probably placebo but it the ED issue was long gone that night lol. Gonna stick with it and see how I feel.

Masteron can at high doses hide sides of e2, doesn't lower them like eq or primo

You would have run your bloods fasted and in doing so your insulin levels would be low and insulin being a key factor for igf1 in stimulating production.
In a fasted state we also produce more igfbp1 (binding protein) wich decreases the amount of active or 'free' igf1.
Thats why it would have come in low.
Test igf1 later in the day after a few meals and guarantee its higher.

You wont rebound on it and its easier on lipids for long term use. I was on 25mg asin daily(equiv to 1mg adex) for a fair stint earlier this year and i was only just at top of range for ldl and a single unit under for hdl..
Keep in mind that you will be introducing bold ace into the next cycle and its inhibiting effect it has on the aromatase enzyme.
Will need to monitor bloods closely at the start to paint a clearer picture on your response in this area.

Im not sure if i missed it but i cant see your lipid panel?

Hgh, take as much as you can until it effects your fasted bg levels if your bg levels fasted stay too long at 5.7mmol and higher its effecting your insulin sensitivity. Being a bulk and thrashing food for extented time on your next cycle will only contribute to insulin resistance also. Possibly could use low dose reta - 1mg to help assist with this.
Liss cardio will also help promote insulin sensitivity too. Even 15 mins daily will help and wont diminish potential gains.
However you better off just running a dose of gh that doesnt complicate things for you.
3-5iu daily 'should' keep you in a pretty good position. Just monitor bg through out the week. If everything is looking well and your nutrition is stable with your intake you will be able to judge more accurately if you can increase gh dose.

For best results of gh and gaining the benifits of hyperplasia, gh needs to be consistent for 6-12months.

I hope so, I havent had lipids out of range before, Mast was killer but its also been a headfuck for me 😂. I will sus some gluthione, I do take tudca, nac and the rest. I think its coz of that copper

The copper deficiency can effect a heap of things unfortunately, the depths of it are deeper then my knowledge on it all but i know it can also have a negative effect on mitochondrial funtion too as it impairs the livers ability for fatty acid oxidation.
Thats why i feel im gluthione can be a big help here

Alright - so bloods are in, I am just waiting for my Apo B test, I am not fully happy with my bloods, but after talking to a few people I have decided to push on with the next cycle, I have added a ton of things that I had taken out before, Berberine is back in, Red yeast rice is back in, Pantethine, Plant Sterols, Niacin, High dose physillium husk, Double the citrus bergamot, bit more fish oil - and I am going to start aromasin to control e2.



My metabolic numbers look great, but I cannot work out why I dont seem to convert IGF1



I am going to start the cycle next week, plan a high fibre low sat fat diet and then pull bloods again in 4 weeks and see where I am at.



After this cycle I am going to take a pretty decent amount of time back on just TRT (literal trt - not 200mg) haha and thinking of running a log with a heap of peptides to restore health, as our baby will be born so not alot of time to be cycling anywayX I want to squeeze this one in, but thats months away now.

Alright, bloods are in, I am still waiting for Apo A1 and B and a Cystatin C, but they take about a week or two.

Firstly - seems Masteron fucks my lipids pretty bad - I am a little concerned but have also dropped Red Yeast Rice, Physillium Husk, Pantethine, Berberine, halved my Citrus Bergamot and dropped plant sterols and Niacin - thinking if I add these back in - this should come in range again on cycle.

Liver numbers and Neutrophils - I had a copper deficiency pretty bad from taking a high dose zinc for 3 months restoring fertility, I am supping copper but takes weeks/months to restore properly, I also trained quite heavy the day before bloods.

IGF1 seems low on 2iu daily?

I take like 15g creatine a day and train heavy - not worried about egfr

Dhea low is this a worry?

and the big one - E2, what should I do? so for context I took .25 Adex nearly daily for a week, felt terrible, this blood test was 3 days off arimidex, currently I am having quite alot of symptoms, but I am scared to crash it - I have aromasin on hand and arimidex, but each time I use adex I seem to struggle.

All in all, for 8-9 weeks on 200ish test and 300 mast, how do my bloods look for the next 12 or so on my planned cycle? obviously will be adding a ton of fibre to my lean bulk diet and adding back in all of my supps and upping the doses.
Great work posting bloods! Nothing to worry about here you’re on a blast so these bloods are fine except your e2. If your aromasin are the 12.5’s pop a half of one ED until next bloods.

Masteron and lipids: DHT's will typically smash lipids. The supplements you pulled are foundational for CHL health, but also a big part of the picture when running DHT's is healthy fats in your nutrition. I'm not entirely certain of what your nutrition looks like but don't be afraid to have your unsaturated fats, and particularly Omega 3's and 9's (all good for CHL health and also most organs health) in your diet:

- Fish
- Dark chocolate
- Walnuts and macadamia nuts
- Avocado

Some low hanging fruit here

Liver numbers: Mostly indicative of heavy training but the elevated Bilirubin from low copper like you mentioned. Keep doing what you're doing.

Kidney: Indicative of dehydration (normally) or early stages of kidney damage. How many L's of water before this test? How many L's are you drinking each day and are you getting enough potassium into your diet?

**NEED TO ADD IN ASTRAGALUS ROOT EXTRACT AT 1, 200MG - 2, 400MG/ DAY ALONGSIDE DIETARY CHANGES LISTED ABOVE TO SUPPORT KIDNEY FUNCTION**

Low IGF-1: Simply because you pulled a lower insulin measurement than previous tests. Insulin is the main driver of conversion of GH into IGF-1. Few other things could impact this measurement as well. How many carbs in your diet at the moment? Is your BG often low?

If not this is okay because Mast antagonizes e2 activity at the receptor particularly in breast tissue so even with elevated e2 if you're not experiencing any other symptoms this may be okay. If you're experiencing e2 related symptoms you've got a few options, and you may use a combination of them. Just some to consider:

- Increase injection frequency (if not already every day)

I have probably taken alot of my healthy fats out of the diet while cutting without realising, as I try to push calories down - I will add in a bunch for my next meal plan.

My kidneys must be dehydration - I am taking 2000mg astragalus I am staying hydrated but that said I only had about a litre of water before that test first thing in the morning. Also taking 15g of creatine daily.

My body fat is quite low already and I pin daily - I am getting some e2 sides already, - EQ is in my next cycle which will be test, bold, npp.

I appreciate you taking the time to review this man

Pretty relaxed day, I missed the cardio as I picked up an extra day of it earlier in the week as I was up early anyway, didnt do much else but train legs and rest. Got my dexa scan done today and bloods drawn which I have posted, I came back at 9.9% which I think it may he a little inflated as I went to it after doing legs fasted and dehydrated, apparenlty can elevate it a bit, so we will call it 9% 😂. All in all pretty happy, I have posted a picture comparasion of where this all started for me in July 2024 after abusing my body with shit lifestyle, bad food, drinking and no gym, that picture is the day I decided to start taking my health and fitness seriously following a bad health condition I suffered, so while I didnt get the 7% I was hoping for on the dexa. putting those pictures side by side - I am pretty proud of what I have managed to do and as this log draws to an end in the next week or so, I am excited for the next stage of growth under team gold and cant wait to see what it bring and truly appreciate and am blown away by the support I have gotten over the journey. Yeah man, I was doing two ab days a week, now I have cut it back a bit but still do around 15-20 sets a week, I love training abs, they say abs are made in the kitchen, but I think if you want them popping you need to hit them heavy

Alright - so bloods are in, I am just waiting for my Apo B test, I am not fully happy with my bloods, but after talking to a few people I have decided to push on with the next cycle, I have added a ton of things that I had taken out before, Berberine is back in, Red yeast rice is back in, Pantethine, Plant Sterols, Niacin, High dose physillium husk, Double the citrus bergamot, bit more fish oil - and I am going to start aromasin to control e2.



My metabolic numbers look great, but I cannot work out why I dont seem to convert IGF1



I am going to start the cycle next week, plan a high fibre low sat fat diet and then pull bloods again in 4 weeks and see where I am at.



After this cycle I am going to take a pretty decent amount of time back on just TRT (literal trt - not 200mg) haha and thinking of running a log with a heap of peptides to restore health, as our baby will be born so not alot of time to be cycling anywayX I want to squeeze this one in, but thats months away now.

Alright - so bloods are in, I am just waiting for my Apo B test, I am not fully happy with my bloods, but after talking to a few people I have decided to push on with the next cycle, I have added a ton of things that I had taken out before, Berberine is back in, Red yeast rice is back in, Pantethine, Plant Sterols, Niacin, High dose physillium husk, Double the citrus bergamot, bit more fish oil - and I am going to start aromasin to control e2.



My metabolic numbers look great, but I cannot work out why I dont seem to convert IGF1



I am going to start the cycle next week, plan a high fibre low sat fat diet and then pull bloods again in 4 weeks and see where I am at.



After this cycle I am going to take a pretty decent amount of time back on just TRT (literal trt - not 200mg) haha and thinking of running a log with a heap of peptides to restore health, as our baby will be born so not alot of time to be cycling anywayX I want to squeeze this one in, but thats months away now.

Okay bro so there's a little bit to unpack here so I'll do it in order of what you posted.

Masteron and lipids: DHT's will typically smash lipids. The supplements you pulled are foundational for CHL health, but also a big part of the picture when running DHT's is healthy fats in your nutrition. I'm not entirely certain of what your nutrition looks like but don't be afraid to have your unsaturated fats, and particularly Omega 3's and 9's (all good for CHL health and also most organs health) in your diet:

- Fish
- Dark chocolate
- Walnuts and macadamia nuts
- Avocado

Some low hanging fruit here

Liver numbers: Mostly indicative of heavy training but the elevated Bilirubin from low copper like you mentioned. Keep doing what you're doing.

Kidney: Indicative of dehydration (normally) or early stages of kidney damage. How many L's of water before this test? How many L's are you drinking each day and are you getting enough potassium into your diet?

**NEED TO ADD IN ASTRAGALUS ROOT EXTRACT AT 1, 200MG - 2, 400MG/ DAY ALONGSIDE DIETARY CHANGES LISTED ABOVE TO SUPPORT KIDNEY FUNCTION**

Low IGF-1: Simply because you pulled a lower insulin measurement than previous tests. Insulin is the main driver of conversion of GH into IGF-1. Few other things could impact this measurement as well. How many carbs in your diet at the moment? Is your BG often low?

DHEA: No worries here. Within range.

E2: Okay... So first of all, are you experiencing any e2 related symptoms? If not this is okay because Mast antagonizes e2 activity at the receptor particularly in breast tissue so even with elevated e2 if you're not experiencing any other symptoms this may be okay. ALSO Masts effectiveness as an AI seems to vary person to person. Worth considering.

If you're experiencing e2 related symptoms you've got a few options, and you may use a combination of them. Just some to consider:

- Increase injection frequency (if not already every day)
- Decrease body fat (testosterone undergoes aromatization inside fat cells so more fat = more e2)
- Swap your mast for a compound that actively reduces e2 (Primo, ideally, it's more predictable, but EQ would also work ** BE CAREFUL AND CONSERVATIVE EQ COULD SEND YOU TOO FAR IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION)
- Oral AI

Bloodwork summary:

Not atrocious but worth keeping an eye on. I would recommend implementing the dietary changes listed above, adding the supps mentioned back in, and check again in 4 weeks. Should see an improvement.

Part of the e2 thing is just finding your sweetspot in terms of what works for you and being patient with the process but i feel u r gonna get there very soon and I guess its all part of learning on your bodybuilding journey

Man, just lots of volume, and I do alot of cable work, the thing about abs is frequency and treat them like a normal muscle group, overload them.

My fav movements are ab wheel, cable woodchoppers and decline crunches
