BACKGROUND

So here I am, 37 years old, proud father of three boys who think I’m some kind of superhero… despite the fact I’ve been rocking a dad bod built through years of neglect, enthusiastic carb-loading, and a professional-level talent for saying, “I’ll start Monday.”

One item has been sitting on my bucket list for years: stepping on stage and actually looking like I belong there.
This year, I finally decided - enough is enough!
I hired a coach. I got a doctor to fix my quietly retiring testosterone. I locked in. Three weeks in, I was basically a new man.

Then—because the universe has a sense of humour—tragedy struck.

I challenged my kids to a relay race to show them Dad’s still got wheels.
What I actually had was five steps before I tripped, rolled, heard a snap echo through my skull, and absolutely annihilated my collarbone.
But pride is undefeated. I got up and finished the race… before immediately entering that cold-sweat state where your body goes, “Mate, you’re cooked.
Ambos, hospital, and a confirmation that I’d snapped my collarbone so enthusiastically the bone tried to punch through the skin. Surgery followed. Frustration followed. And then something else—something deeper.

The look on my boys’ faces when they saw me in pain.
That moment hit harder than the ground did.
Their superhero dad was human after all—and that became the fire that pushed me through everything that came next.
From that point, the goal wasn’t just about me stepping on stage anymore. That became secondary.
It became about showing my boys what it looks like to keep going—through setbacks, through pain, through the moments that knock you down and dare you to stay there.

So I trained around the injury. I stuck with my coach. I stayed with my doctor. I stayed in the gym, even when all I could move was everything except my right shoulder.
And now, 6 weeks post-surgery, I’ve just been cleared to return to real strength training.

This is where the comeback begins.
The Dad Bod era is over.
The Stage Bod era—powered by three little pairs of eyes watching—starts now.

SPECIAL MENTIONS
A special mention to @PharmabolicsOz & @StoryOfTheProphet whose products I will be logging.

I reached out to @PharmabolicsOz to discuss a few of the products he offers. As we kept talking, I opened up about my goals, my training background, and what was driving me through this whole journey. He was immediately supportive and, after taking everything on board, came back with a clear, structured plan to help guide my recovery and keep me moving towards my goal.

I will be logging the following products for him:
  • Ultima HgH (in 1-2 weeks)
  • Beligas TriPhase Retatruitide (started today)
  • Beligas Tri-test 350mg (started today)
  • BPC-157 (in 1-2 weeks)
  • TB-500 (in 1-2 weeks)
I also want to call out something I’ve noticed. A lot of people take up @StoryOfTheProphet's generosity—free products to log, test, review—and then disappear without holding up their end. That really frustrates me.
My experience has been the opposite. I’ve been on his HGH for almost three weeks now, and he’s been nothing but a gentleman—genuine, supportive, and actually trying to help the community.
Because of that, I’m more than happy to log my experience properly. If someone helps you out, the least you can do is return the respect. I hate seeing good people taken advantage of.

NOTE - For both vendors, I will be doing bloods and posting my results accordingly.

Welcome @roguepineapple

Great start to your log mate, natural story teller!. Big congrats on sticking with the training even though it was limited. Down 7kg is awesome, still a ways to go but your on the right track.

Thats a big dose of cialis, 5mgs - 10mgs is about normal.

Other one is GHK-CU even 1mg a day is low dose , not sure your getting much benefit at 2mgs a week.

Good luck with the cut, ill be following along

Mate… what a story. The honesty, the setback, the comeback, and the way your boys have become the fuel behind it all - that’s what this journey is really about. Not perfection, not ego… but resilience, ownership, and showing the next generation what it means to get back up when life drops a hammer on you.

Watching you handle that injury, stay disciplined, and keep moving forward, even when the path got messy, says more about you than any stage ever could.

I’m glad we got to sit down and map out a structured plan to support your recovery.

Your comeback starts now, brother.
And trust me- those three little sets of eyes already think you’re a superhero. Now they get to watch you prove it, day after day.

Let’s build this next chapter the right way. Proud to be part of the journey. 💪🔥

Glad you're doing the right thing for @StoryOfTheProphet

Had me sold at stepping on stage mate.... and kiddos. No single other inspiration in the world as powerful as having children and wanting to be their hero. I feel this. Two young girls myself. Knowing that they're watching and learning from me keeps me driven to continue to do and be the best I can.

Glad to hear you'll be looking after a vendor that looks after others.

When are you and your coach looking to get you on stage?

Hey mate, no set time frame yet… as I do understand building a physique takes time - but would love to aim for something next year (definitely before the big 40).
I guess it will all depend on how well I develop over the next 3-months as I start working out again.

@roguepineapple Man, that is definitely an interesting story right there. Having a fall like that and cracking your collarbone had to have been painful. I'm glad you are grabbing yourself up and you're ready to get back in business.

Thanks mate! It was pretty surreal when it all happened. I actually thought that I had hit my head on the ground pretty hard and that I was concuss… but it was just the sound of the bone snapping! I actually blame it on the peptides (BPC and TB) for making my back feel so good (cranked from years of BJJ abuse) and lulling me into a false sense of invulnerability! Hahahah.

Sounds like a crazy bad luck right there tripping and falling. But at the end of the day, I think at some point we're all going to have to deal with some sort of health issue. It's a matter of how you come out of it and being strong. @roguepineapple

GHK-cu - 2mg per week (as above)
GHK-Cu is generally, and should be, about 5x that of BPC and TB. So 10mg per week of GHK-Cu will work nicely with the 2mg dose of BPC and TB.

@roguepineapple I really like your setup. the ultima and beligas are amazing together. Those are two of my favorite brands. You're going to have a great experience.

BACKGROUND

So here I am, 37 years old, proud father of three boys who think I’m some kind of superhero… despite the fact I’ve been rocking a dad bod built through years of neglect, enthusiastic carb-loading, and a professional-level talent for saying, “I’ll start Monday.”

So stupid ey?! Can’t even sleep properly - which I find is the biggest killer as your recovery is slower without a good night’s sleep. This is my first broken bone (touch wood)! Have ridden dirt bikes all my life, bjj, rugby etc. not a single broken bone! But the day I start feeling great with my back and challenge my boys to a race… I get humbled real quick hahaha.

Week 1 Check-in [EOW 7/12/2025]

Evening all! Hope last week saw you smash your goals, and you earned that much-needed rest day (or if you're lucky, a cheat meal).
Yesterday was my 12-week check-in with my coach, half of that time spent doing rehab and an 'active recovery' after my collarbone mishap. Cue a timely reminder to anyone who is currently facing hardships in their life... always remember to surround yourself with positive influences, celebrate your milestones often (no matter how great or small), and always be kind to yourself! With that being said... here's my check-in!

BACKGROUND
Last week saw me balls deep in kitchen renovations (which have been dragging on for weeks) and throwing out my daily macros! No kitchen, no sink, no stove/oven... no happy chappy! This led to me eating later, missing meals, and affecting my overall mood. The silver lining, we did a huge push to finish the kitchen (minus the finishing touches) over the weekend, so I am back to meal prepping as of today! Yew!
On a side note, I'm not a tradie... just an over enthusiastic DIY home enthusiast.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Although renovations, work, and food were off, I still managed to remain active in the gym (5 days) and 12.5k steps per day.
  • Increased my weights and exercises across both sides of my body (starting to focus on rebuilding that lost strength and size on my right arm).
  • Sleep was great - 7.5hr average per night, with quality of sleep being an 8 out of 10 and no issues going to sleep.
  • Weight remained the same (93kg) but noticeably leaner each morning. Not entirely focused on the scale numbers, more on how I am beginning to look and feel each day.
CHALLENGES
  • Due to renovations, macros were out (Net average for the week was 1437 calories - OMG). This did affect my mood quite significantly!
  • Although I have started going heavier on my right side, I find it difficult at times to remain focused without some negative thoughts creeping in during a movement, e.g. what happens if it breaks? Am I pushing too hard?
PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins (absent of creatine all week)
  • 4IU gh by @StoryOfTheProphet
  • 3mg Reta by @PharmabolicsOz
  • Trt (150mg)
  • Ghkcu (2mg daily)
  • Bpc &Tb (off of this at the moment. Waiting for restock from sponsor @PharmabolicsOz )
  • Mast e (200mg)
  • Cialis 10mg (will be reducing this dose to 5mg)
HGH - currently sponsored by @StoryOfTheProphet and have been using for the past three weeks. I have done bloods today and am awaiting the results of my IGF-1 levels to see how far 4IU a day has taken me above my natural levels (which were at 20nmol/L before using Prophet's product).
During the initial weeks of commencing Prophet's Gh, I ended up with noticeably larger hands (due to water retention), more so in my right. My shoes were also a little tighter due to a bit of water retention as well, hahaha! The sides have slightly subsided now, and I have consistently had great sleeps! Not the most accurate sleep reading, but I have provided some snapshots from my Apple watch below as reference... (these were my highest days, but consistently hitting the 90s):

RETATRUITIDE & TEST - Currently sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz. I started using Pharma's Reta last week, which has been doing its job nicely! Previously, I have been using Reta for over 3 months now, working up from 2mg to 3mg per week (split over three days - M/W/F). I checked my fasting blood sugar levels over three days last week, and they came out at an average of 59mg/dl 😲 JESUS! Reta from @PharmabolicsOz is definitely doing its job in controlling blood sugar levels, appetite, hunger, etc.
As of today, I am also doing an 'enhanced TRT' cycle hehehe! With the coach upping my test to 250mg per week. I have just pinned Pharma's Beligas Tri-test 350mg (250mg/.25ml x 3 p/w) - bloods to be reviewed in 1 month, which will show how things are looking from TRT to 'Enhanced TRT'. Also, I keep hearing that the test blends cause a bit of PIP, but I have had no PIP on Pharma's Tri-test yet. Will update accordingly.

PROGRAMMED WORKOUTS COMPLETED (which has been the same for the past 6 weeks due to injury)

GOALS FOR WEEK 2
  • Focus on daily macros 1970 cals (P 209g | C 182g | F 45g)
  • Increase training intensity
  • 15k steps per day

QUESTION
If Reta is doing a great job at 3mg for me... should I experiment accordingly and increase the dosage? Or is it a case of diminishing returns?

Good training @roguepineapple :D 15 reps chest press is good volume, 3 sets lets do a drop set next time.

Reta at 3mg is already working so keep it there for now imo

Mate this was an awesome read. Big props for pushing through the chaos- renovations + no kitchen + still smashing workouts is wild 😂 Glad you’ve got the kitchen almost sorted though, nothing throws life off like having nowhere to cook.

Also huge respect for staying consistent even with the mental battle on the right side. Those little “what if” thoughts are annoying as hell but you’re clearly rebuilding confidence and strength week by week. Shows big discipline.

Sleep looking mint, training still on point, and you’re looking leaner even with calories all over the place- that’s a win in my books. Keen to see how your bloods come back with the GH and enhanced TRT.

As for the Reta question… honestly if 3mg is doing the job THAT well, I’d stick there. Sometimes more just means more sides, not more progress. @roguepineapple

Thanks legend! Your reta is on point and really going well mate! Thanks for the support once again!

Blood test results 08/12/2025 (taken two days after last shots / in the trough).

These are my baseline bloods on trt 150mg p/w and 200mg Mast p/w.
As of yesterday, I have bumped to 250mg per week using @PharmabolicsOz Tri Test.

Using @StoryOfTheProphet HgH at 4IU a night for over three weeks… has seen me go from 20 nmol/L to 56 nmol/L! I’m pretty happy with that result just off of 4IU.

Any thoughts brains trust?

Wow super jealous of your igf- 1 monster result

Although I have started going heavier on my right side, I find it difficult at times to remain focused without some negative thoughts creeping in during a movement, e.g. what happens if it breaks? Am I pushing too hard?

I'm loving the detail in your log. Full respect to those who push heavy weights to bring on the hypertrophy, but you can always explore higher reps or slower more controlled reps with lower weights to increase time under tension. There's plenty of evidence to support that approach is just as effective and I feel would remove your concern about your old injury. It does require a shift in your mindset, though, as the ego loves to go heavy.

It’s a balancing act at the moment. I have spent many weeks pre/post break/surgery lifting light and concentrating on volume/pump… now given the all clear, I do have an underlying fear of (worst case scenario) the bone just breaking or getting injured mid set. Granted, I’d have to be extremely unlucky for it to happen, but that mental battle is real, and the voice inside my head will slowly quieten over time if I focus on the quality of my training sessions.

Thank you for the suggestion mate, much appreciated 😄

Just aiming for weekly updates for now… so I can take the time to put some thought into my check-ins. I fear if I do a daily update I’ll be posting pictures of me in a bikini to add more content hahahah.
do what you can, EVO family here for you :D @roguepineapple

Thanks mate! It seems like I am a sucker for punishment… broken bone, kitchen Renos to disrupt my nutrition hahahah.
Re sleep, honestly, I am positively wrapped by the sleep quality on Gh. Have literally stopped using all my sleep aids (I’ve tried them all) and just enjoying the deeper sleep because of it. Must admit, the groggy 3am trip to the toilet isn’t fun but you take the good with the bad. 😂

My sleep isn't too bad but could be slightly better. I'll be starting GH for the first time when I start my cruise in the new year. Looking forward to seeing the effects on sleep.

Week 2 Check-in [EOW 14/12/2025]

Hi All, my second check-in on evo! My training, steps, and macros have all considerably improved across the board last week! It might be the post-workout endorphines from this morning's session still coursing through my body, but I am absolutely on a high!
Some upcoming goals that I am working on with my coach:
  • Improving physique to enter a bodybuilding show (2026)
  • NEW: I have entered into a BJJ comp (14 February 2026) and will be upping my cardiovascular/workout intensity from now until then (I can feel you all roll your eyes, given my recent collarbone break hahaha!). I have always loved BJJ, and it is refreshing to focus on a short-term goal which complements my BB journey into 2026... unless I get cranked in an armbar or annihilate my collarbone in a takedown 😬
  • As per the point above, training intensity will be more focused on dedicating one day to HIIT, decreasing volume in workouts and focusing on training to failure in a lower rep range (6-10 reps) while increasing the amount of sets within my program. So essentially, I'll be back to BJJ rolls 5 days a week, as well as a 6-day gym split (short, intensive bootcamp from now until February - all dependent on recovery of course, etc.).
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Missed the target of 15k steps per day... but still achieved 13.5k. This was due to my attention being shifted to finishing the setup of our awesome home gym! I am looking forward to training with my boys and imparting my passion for fitness into their lives so that they can continue carrying it with them for the rest of their lives!
  • As per the last check-in, every session is a milestone as I continue to increase my weights across both sides of my body!
  • Sleep was great - 7.5hr average per night, with quality of sleep being an 8 out of 10 and no issues going to sleep. I did do myself a bloody mischief and had a bit too much high-stim preworkout (with DMAA) on one of the days... must have hit a pocket of pure DMAA in my scoop and found myself crasehd on the couch for most of the day, feeling sorry for myself... if you know you know.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • As expected, my water weight has fluctuated due to the increase in my testosterone (from 150mg trt to a cycle of 250mg p/w). I have gone from 93kg to 94.45kg since being on @PharmabolicsOz tri-test. I did find that my aggression increased significantly for a day after the increase in my dose, and my mood improved once my hormones stabilised. There was a poor P-plater who copped a few choice words from me when he tried stealing my carpark at a shopping centre (that I had been waiting for patiently prior to him rolling in 🫣).
  • Monday/Tuesday last week found my knees aching throughout my leg workout, which I attribute to my recent bloods showing a low estrogen amount (and mast having been run at a higher dose than my trt). Such issues disappeared after increasing my test dosage.
  • My full blood test panel is great! In fact, my panels have all improved significantly from when I first commenced my TRT 12 weeks ago. It is also promising to see that I am a high responder/low aromatiser to Test.
CHALLENGES
  • Macros still not 100%. The heat in FNQ tends to sap any motivation to sit down and eat consistently and on time. I did have a few high-fat days, but an improvement from last week! Still room to improve and a work in progress! This will be such an important focus for me this week, given the increase in intensity in my training.
  • Struggling to hit protein targets each day, seems to be the most difficult one for me to consistently hit. (Any tips from people regarding this would be great)

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins
  • Creatine 5g p/day
  • 4IU gh by @StoryOfTheProphet (now finished as of Sunday night)
  • 3mg Reta by @PharmabolicsOz
  • Trt (250mg) by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)
  • Ghkcu (2mg daily) (STOPPED)
  • Bpc &Tb (STOPPED. Waiting for restock from sponsor @PharmabolicsOz )
  • Mast e (200mg)
  • Cialis 10mg (will be reducing this dose to 5mg)
HGH: @StoryOfTheProphet was run at 4IU per night for over 4 weeks. During this time, I had amazing sleep, and the only side effect was water retention in my hands and feet, which developed after the 3rd week. As previously highlighted, I undertook a blood test which highlighted an amazing result at such a low amount!

TEST: Since upping my dosage to 250mg per week using @PharmabolicsOz tri-test (also sponsored), I have found that there has been minimal to no hormone fluctuations over the weekend. Usually, at my TRT dose, my last jab occurs on a Friday each week, with me recommencing the following Monday. During my TRT protocol, I do have a significant dip in my mood by Sunday afternoon (irritability). There has been no such issues since being on 250mg p/w and happy with the strength increases across my movements etc.

WORKOUT PROGRAM (being updated by my coach and will post shortly).

NOTE: As of tonight, I will be running @PharmabolicsOz Hgh, which he has kindly sponsored for my log, and I am excited to undergo another blood test in 3 weeks once my system has been saturated again etc.

GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on macros (increasing protein)
  • Ensure I improve recovery given the increase in workout load/training
  • Steps - 15k per day
QUESTIONS FOR THE BRAIN TRUST
  • I'm interested in running Slu pp 23 - can I get some guidance around this and experiences?
  • Some great recipes/meals that people have up their sleeve?!
  • Recovery supplements or things people are doing to improve this.

Hey bro. i love SLU-PP.

I have been running SLU pre AM fasted workout for last 2.5 weeks at 1,000mcg subq. Noticed moderate increase in energy, avg heart rate during workout etc.

Last 3 days, I have upped SLU to 2,000mcg subq. Have noticed fantastic results. Strong lift in workout energy, intensity, average heart rate. For last 3 days, my avg weights session would average around ~800 calories burnt vs ~4-500 last week.

Last 3 days, I have upped SLU to 2,000mcg subq. Have noticed fantastic results. Strong lift in workout energy, intensity, average heart rate. For last 3 days, my avg weights session would average around ~800 calories burnt vs ~4-500 last week.
THIS! I have been hearing this a lot from people running it! I'm excited to give it a go as the info on it is impressive and the cardiovascular/fat-burning benefits would definitely be worthwhile exploring! Great feedback, much appreciated.

View attachment 155343

Good updates @roguepineapple on the protein target, are you able to do protein bars shakes?
you can also get some more into you pre post shake as well

Obviously the collar bone is healed right?
Had a check-in with the surgeon and physio two weeks ago… everything all looking great! Still a faint break line on the x-ray, but everything is solid and won’t be completely unionised until 12-weeks. That being said, surgeon and physio are happy with increasing and strengthening weights from now until February and Docs thoughts are that it is reasonable to be ready to compete in bjj so long as I keep training and no further injury to the collarbone! So… I heard… 0-100 hahahah

Great job on this layout. I like your goals for the week. I like that you're focusing on improving recovery. That is very important, and I like that you're hitting 15,000 steps. @Rogue888

only 1 way to find out! slu i see a lot of guys having success @roguepineapple it's one of those newer things that more people are experimenting with.

Love this update💪🔥 Massive progress across the board and the energy is great. Respect for juggling BB prep, BJJ, recovery and family goals and that home gym is a win. 13.5k steps is still solid, sleep’s on point, and strength moving up is what matters. Keep listening to recovery and you’ll crush it. Keen to see how the next block goes 👊

View attachment 155343

Make sure you definitely take some pictures of your martial arts competition. That sounds like a lot of fun. It's a really good workout. I know that. @roguepineapple

Collarbone ✅
Kitchen ✅
GH blood tester for sources ✅
Increased test to 250mg responsibly based on bloods ✅
Great comprehensive weekly updates ✅

Awesome log bro I’ve enjoyed reading it.

That could be a tough ask bjj and bodybuilding completely opposite you might be burning the candle at both ends and end uo sacrificing muscle, only one way to find out long term, in any case good luck with goals 💪

I read that too and thought woa, injury maybe. I did that in my late 20's early 30's then had to stop due to the demand of my job and being away but doing it now it would be an injury waiting to happen for me.

@roguepineapple I personally have t used it but have heard good things about it. Really nice update btw

Haha! I have always been the type of person that goes 0-100 in a lot of things, my career, hobbies, goals… etc. Bjj comp will see me competing in the Master’s 2 division… so a little more chilled as we get on in years haha. But I must admit, it’s definitely sketchy to compete this soon, I’m not going to lie. But it is giving me a short term goal to work towards with my conditioning and increasing my intensity, so it’s already a positive impact! And I think we can all agree… no one does HIIT training without having a specific reason hahaha.

Mate! I’m anabolic! I’m invincible! Just kidding, I know it has its limitations and is only supplementary to good rest, training, and nutrition. I am definitely mindful of how my body will go over the next month or so of training as I work up to the comp… but it is refreshing to have a short term goal to tick off along the way. I wouldn’t have even considered it if I weren’t in a cutting phase to be honest hahaha.

I fought for NAGA in 2004 in Atlantic City and even at my level there were no knee bars or ankle locks allowed, especially heel hooks. Unless it's a pro fight on a card this shouldn't be allowed.

I hope in Masters 2 if you end up in his guard he doesn't lean back and go for one of those two taps. I'd be careful, it's not worth getting injured rolling with some wanna be tough guy trying to get you in a heel hook. If you're not at purple belt yet then it's not allowed anyway but if you're higher than that then I'd read up on the rules.

Hey bro. i love SLU-PP.

I'm keen to try this out too. I've noticed MOTS-c has definitely helped with morning energy levels and maybe the mitochondria are multiplying due to it. SLU seems to kick them into overdrive.

Well done on the NAGA! I'm only a blue belt, so those heel hooks aren't for me to worry about just yet. But still, you guys are making me reconsider things :/

Week 3 Check-in [EOW 21/12/2025]

Hi All, holy shit!

Xmas and NY are happening this week! I don't know about you all, but the years just keep getting faster and faster... which is scary as hell! I hope you all have an amazing, stress-free Christmas, with lots of love, laughter, and well-deserved Xmas trifle!!!!
It has been 13 weeks since starting my fitness reboot, and I haven't even touched a single sweet/chocolate this entire time! I thank Reta for that hahaha! What a game changer!
I am looking forward to polishing off some pistachio Dubai chcoloate on Christmas Day though... and maybe some Xmas trifle along with some oysters! Not in that particular order. Do you guys have any favourite Christmas treats that you go weak for?

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FOR LAST WEEK:
  • 14k steps per day average for the week! (missed target of 15k - but up by 500 steps from previous week).
  • Sunday, I felt a little crazy and ended up walking over 25k steps (a bit like Forest Gump when he chose to start running for no reason).
  • Lifts across all exercises have improved (Workout stats below).
  • Intensity increased across gym sessions, with the added HIIT on the assault bike after every gym session.
  • Dedicated HIIT cardio day on Saturday completed, bringing my training days up to a total of 6-days per week now (with an active rest day on a Sunday).
  • Diet is improving, but it can be much clearer and consistent throughout the day.
PHYSIOLOGICAL/MENTAL CHANGES
  • Weight has stabilised and has remained the same as the previous check-in (94.45kg).
  • Since increasing workout intensity and activity throughout the week, my hunger has also increased - coupled with some irritability around meal time. NOTE: My hunger is not unbearable, still manageable, and I do not feel the need to alter the dosage of my Reta (currently 3mg p/w).
  • Sleep has been a bit restless at night (waking at 3 am, then back to sleep). I am waking up a bit tired in the mornings.
CHALLENGES
  • Macros still have room to improve and are an ongoing work in progress! I really need to start meal prepping, as I normally just eat on the fly.
  • Workout intensity and activity have increased, so recovery is slower (by Wednesday/Thursday, I'm pretty sore).

PEDS / SUPPS TAKEN
  • All vitamins
  • Creatine 5g p/day
  • 4IU gh - Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
  • 3mg Reta Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
  • Trt (250mg) Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz (350mg Beligas Tri-test)
  • Ghkcu (2mg daily) (STOPPED)
  • Bpc &Tb (awaiting supply from @PharmabolicsOz )
  • Mast e (200mg)
  • Cialis 10mg (will be reducing this dose to 5mg)
HGH:
I started using Ultima Peptides' HgH sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz from Monday. I carried on my usual dose of 4IU at night before bed and noted a slight irritation under my skin. By Sunday night, I reached out to @PharmabolicsOz with concerns about the cloudiness of each vial after bac water was added. I was informed that the cloudiness is an issue and should not be used. With that being said, I have found that 5 out of the 10 vials in the kit were cloudy, with the other half of the vials being clear when reconstituted. Pictures below.
IMG_1410.webp
IMG_1413.webp

(side-by-side comparison of colour difference)

A bit disappointing given the degradation issue with half the kit. We had originally planned to run an IGF-1 / GH test in another two weeks, but we will now aim for early next week once I finish the remaining vials.

TEST: @PharmabolicsOz tri-test doing its job! A little pip after each injection, but tolerable when mixed with my mast.

RETA: @PharmabolicsOz is still working its magic in the background despite my workout intensity increasing! Hunger is manageable, and I know for a fact that I am an absolute fiend when in a deficit (for sweets and savouries), but still no issues.

BPC/TB500: Products still to arrive from @PharmabolicsOz - looking forward to trialling these, given my increased activity and recovery needs.

UPCOMING ADDITIONS/CHANGES
  • I am excited to add Cardarine and SLU to my program from @Norvex (Norvex Pharma), who will be sponsoring these items for my log. I look forward to how they will assist me in my bjj comp prep and continued cut.
  • My coach has also increased my mast e dosage (from 200mg to 400mg p/w) as of today.

GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
  • Focus on macros (increasing protein)
  • Get my stretches in!!!

Oh man, I would be wrapped if I have dropped down to 20% from my last dexa (at 24%)… I would be so over them moon if I was at 18% (but won’t get my hopes up and too hung up on numbers if I’m not… it’s been a hell of a ride so far and I have to keep reminding myself that it’s all about the small wins and achievements along the way. Thanks mate.
