So true that statement
yes, I kind of got brainwashed into that. Especially when I first started bodybuilding. I was so obsessed with balancing things and having it be more of an art that I never enjoyed it. Now I enjoy it a lot more just being free and enjoying the training.

I really enjoy all of it. Started later in life.
