I have a friend that deals with bushfires too in australia - it's brutal work! 12hr+ in crazy heat fighting fires, minimal sleep etc.

Yeah, i have been deployed on a campain fire before too so we ws doing 17 hour days for 3 days and then drove back on day 5, day one was travelling up. All for the love too as we dont get paid.
The world needs people like yourself brother. Thank you 🤝💙

Sorry to hear that brother, we end up rescuing a lot of people that think they can defend and it gets a bit much, sometimes we cant go in as it is too late. At least you know what you are doing and when to make the call, think it is going to be a crazy fire Season this year so defiantly stay safe brother.
 
Okay so an early Saturday update, went for my scan following the 8 week speedfit challange and happy with the results, i did lose some muscle mass but i can put that back on later right. I have lost 15.7 Kg all up with 10Kg being body fat and some good levels on the scan. Considering i was at 149.6 Kg im now at a much better 117.2Kg, still have a way to go but stepping stones right. I hope this PDF works as an upload or i will need top work out another way to do this, the pictures also show sone Mt2 has done a little work to my transparent skin colour, i have run out and probably need a couple more bottles. going to enjoy my food today after a 48hr fast and have made the viral Kebab so will let you know how that one tates later. Ok would do pdf so i have taken a photo of it

I didn't know this @Pigsy I'm sorry to hear brother. My Dad was a Fire Chief of Ottawa Fire Dept., he put in 40 years until retirement and had some close calls.

Wednesday done, normally do this exercise routine at XO but did it at Revo today, the tricep exercises seem a lot heavier in weight at Revo than XO even though they say they are the same, maybe the difference in cable machine.
I did my normal meal but did have a sneaky treat at Bettys Burgers in the city, i say treat but was a burger patty in cos lettuce. Check me out really spoiling myself at Xmas.
Will be out for dinner tomorrow but will be a buffet so looking to stick to Carnivore.

Hi all, sorry of i missed anyone while doing this log, not intentinal and thought i was responding to those that had a question, hope you all have a great day and enjoy the christmas break however you celibrate it. Thanks for all the love while doing myblog it has kept me going. Been to the gym this morning so will do the Thursday update later.

Hi all, Hope you all had a great Xmas day, attended the gym this morning, struggled with hammer curl as hurt my forearm on preacher curl, still have a plate in my arm from having the bone in my harm cut and shortened by 4mm and it aggravated my arm, still did what i could. We went out for Xmas dinner, didn't calorie count, but stuck to as carnivore as much as i could, ate the seafood dish but couldn't finish the meat plate and left a fair bit of it, eyes bigger than belly.

I suggest getting an infrared lamp asap with a massage gun for injuries, but for this with the wound infrared and just 1 week deload on upper body to start @JasonM50

Certainly does, with all the xmas food and goodies in the house i have been avoiding them, was really hard yesterday and i pushed through. Just onto the next phase now, a bit more fat to loose and then @Gains Man will be pushing me for growth for sure.

yeah that's right, i was in Japan for one of those weeks and the week i came back i was on the lollies so didnt really get going until week 3, still put in a solid effort in the end, just cant get caught up with that's over and done with as have to keep the journey going right.

Yeah when i reserched the levels thats probably as close as i want to get, was a little light headed this morning when standing up so suspect the low blood sugar was becoming an issue. Will do it again next week and see how the blood reacts again, maybe 48hr is my limit

Yes fasting on keto is different than typical fasting. Listen to your body; 48 hours might be your limit.

Okay so Rest day Saturday, well a bit of cardio and Abs so not a total rest day, OMAD done, we went out to a burger bar and was tempted just to get some wings, wasn't hungry so would have just been eating them for the sake of it so Coke Zero it was. Christmas has been hard with all the temptation and every turn but have navigated it pretty well, hopefully that is a change i can continue to work on as i have been a yo yo dieter all my life, need to make the change for good, difference is i have the support from the Evo Family so feeling more confident.

@JasonM50 one meal a day is really the way I like to do it, two meals a day myself in a 2-4 hour window. It works great for energy throughout the day.

Leg day and then hitting a job is definitely good dedication. I got to give you a lot of respect for that one. You know how to pump the iron. @JasonM50

Luckly im an office jocky so not too much strain on the body, just on the stress levels as in the service industry dealing with members of the public

So Monday done, Leg day today, training done and attached, not keen on barbell deadlift but still show up, not to the sort of weight i am sure some of you bad boys dish out but i do what i can do.
PED's done for Monday and attached, OMAD earlier already shared. it is a couple of carbs 2.8g but the burgers in Coles that are the Grilled ones are nice, i smash it so it cooks super quick, have picked up the Wagyu one for New years day as a treat.
Nice feeling getting excited over real food rather than the nasty sugary shit i used to get excited about.

Thanks brother, i am looking forward to it, i have stepping stone goals and an end goal that i want to see, just hope my old wreck is capable of getting to where i want it. But saying that anything is better tha. Where i was at so feeling blessed already.

@JasonM50 I'm seeing more and more people using GHRP-2. It seems to be a very popular peptide going right now. What is your favorite thing about using it?

I would do the 48-hour fast every 1-2 weeks. I think that's just about right, especially since you're trying to burn body fat in a quicker manner. @JasonM50

Not sure that i have any specific feeling after taking it, when i first started i slept like a baby but i think your body gets used to it, have been taking it for a few months now. I would like to think it has helped with all the weightloss so far
 
I would do the 48-hour fast every 1-2 weeks. I think that's just about right, especially since you're trying to burn body fat in a quicker manner. @JasonM50
Yeah was thinking go weekly and see how the body holds up, have seen a 24hr ketone monitor thats $150 and iy reads yiyr blood constantly, maybe a fun toy to play with
 
Sorry started smash8ng my OMAD before realising i hadnt taken a picture buy figured you will know the drill by now, bit of a treat XXL Nando sauce on the chicken, my spice tollerance has dropped since not eating all the crap, i sweated and normaly wouldnt even feel a thing on that sauce

we've seen guys on here do stuff like that. At the end of the day, knowing more about how things react in your body can never hurt.
 
So Tuesday Rest day, Well kind of did abs and 1hr on treadmill and then speedfit later in the afternoon. OMAD completed and reported on earlier.
Have some Sluu coming to do a touchdown once it arrives. Big thankyou to @HeliosLabs, super easy to deal with and really helpful. Will update more on touchdown

any growth hormone rise in the body will definitely help your sleep.
 
Thanks brother, i am looking forward to it, i have stepping stone goals and an end goal that i want to see, just hope my old wreck is capable of getting to where i want it. But saying that anything is better tha. Where i was at so feeling blessed already.

So completed another Sunday, training completed, a couple of trophies today, who doesn't love trophies. OMAD shown earlier, White Monster order arrived, on special on Amazon, not sure if that counts as a touchdown but im taking it. Back to work tomorrow so will do leg day before work. Hope you all get a longer break than me.

So small change for my OMAD, stuffed up and grabbed the wrong tubs this morning. Luckly i have some extra stuff at work, so left my eggs and used an additional sardines
