FROM 25/12/2025: BACK TO LIFE SON | TIME TO MURDER IT | BRUTAL TWO WEEK BEFORE AND AFTER

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep , and @HeliosLabs for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Third week of prep and the Chrissy period wrapped up. Health is back to 100% and my composition, fullness, skin texture, training intensity and rest/ recovery all reflect it. I've posted a two weeks before and after below (during sickness: left, this week: right).

Feeling good about my physique again, and the psychology trickles over into other areas of my life as well. If you've been doing this for a while, you know.

Fat loss/ mitochondrial support peppies from @HeliosLabs have been a game-change so far. The rate at which my body is recompositing, the additional energy I have throughout the day and my endurance in the gym are all noticeably improved over times where I had run a similar protocol, without the mito peppies.

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all enjoyed the time with friends and family.

This Chrissy for me was the best I've had in years. It was well-paced, full of good energy and love, my social battery was full, the girls had a ball, AND I got my lunch time dad-nap.

It's the first year I've been in a financial position to be able to spoil my friends and family and not stress about it and for that I'm grateful.

Moving into the end of 2025 and the new year now I'm ready to get back into routine to be able to give the camp more value, to give more to the UGL community, and pour more time and energy into my bodybuilding journey.

Fifth week of prep finished now and I'm stoked with how much of a breeze it's been so far. Fat is melting off of me, hunger is negligible, I'm cracked out and full of life.

Hey brother!

Thanks for the love. Absolutely giving this my all. The only way I've been able to explain the use of EQ vs. Mast or Primo is that EQ feels like a real drug. It does give a sense of fullness vs. the other two that makes me look "complete". Only reason i can think of for this is that there is a different affinity for muscle fullness on Test. analogues vs. those of DHT.

That being said, I am heaps leaner now than other times I'd run Mast/ Primo as well.
 
That's the plan bro! I want to walk out on stage this year and drop everyone's draw with conditioning. I won't be the biggest, but I won't be far off. I need to be BULLSHIT lean.

12 weeks left before QLD State Championships and I could not be happier with where I am with conditioning. Additionally, I'm maintaining a considerable amount of fullness this far out compared to past years.

Fatigue has washed away now and I'm back to feeling cracked now with a small adjustment to the Mito stack.

Training intensity is still savage. No reduction in endurance or strength.

Ran into a significant amount of fatigue last week, and just so happened to use up the last of a vial of SS31, and so I let her dry for a few days. With each day, the fatigue improved, until I was cracked out again. Might have been the case that I was leveraging the Mito Stack too hard.

Doesn't help that baby isn't sleeping, and most areas of my life are demanding more than ever before (I'm grateful - it's everything I once asked for).

In any case, training intensity is murderous. Locked the fuck in boys.

10.5 weeks left before QLD State Championships and I could not be happier with where I am with conditioning. Additionally, I'm maintaining a considerable amount of fullness this far out compared to past years.

Ran into a significant amount of fatigue last week, and just so happened to use up the last of a vial of SS31, and so I let her dry for a few days. With each day, the fatigue improved, until I was cracked out again. Might have been the case that I was leveraging the Mito Stack too hard.

Doesn't help that baby isn't sleeping, and most areas of my life are demanding more than ever before (I'm grateful - it's everything I once asked for).

In any case, training intensity is murderous. Locked the fuck in boys.

I read need to increase antioxidants while on mito stacks due to increased ROS as a by-product.
I see you have COQ10 in , might help to add NAC glycine and ALA.

The difference that the mitochondrial support stack has made to this prep has been nothing short of miraculous. I did actually hit a ceiling where I was running too much of the full stack and experienced extreme fatigue, but when the stack is dialed in, 16 hour days are a breeze.
