righto checkin for the week, weight moved upwards but also could be attested to a little stress I have on atm and a slight reflux issue again as the look was potentially a little more washed than normal.

last weeks update was 10mg eod npp added and extra 100mg primo but on bloodwork coming back its now shown the primo pulling down on the testosterone side too much with readings of 14nmol on 210 test 200 primo.
executive decision was pull the primo back to 200 and this update is pushing the test and npp upwards.
extra 70mg npp added per week
extra 65mg test added per week which brings us to the following

The plan is bump each week for the next couple, if we can get to around 800-900 overall ill be pretty confident we can do some serious damage on this push a little more npp and test each week till we reach max as other than that bloods were pretty big on the mark nothing really to report.

I don’t personally apart from dihydro-berberine, personally I don’t have many digestive issues at all.
I do some good gut health protocols and eat plenty of fruit and veg and have never had many issue even with high food

righto checkin for the week, weight moved upwards but also could be attested to a little stress I have on atm and a slight reflux issue again as the look was potentially a little more washed than normal.

last weeks update was 10mg eod npp added and extra 100mg primo but on bloodwork coming back its now shown the primo pulling down on the testosterone side too much with readings of 14nmol on 210 test 200 primo.
executive decision was pull the primo back to 200 and this update is pushing the test and npp upwards.
extra 70mg npp added per week
extra 65mg test added per week which brings us to the following

The plan is bump each week for the next couple, if we can get to around 800-900 overall ill be pretty confident we can do some serious damage on this push a little more npp and test each week till we reach max as other than that bloods were pretty big on the mark nothing really to report.

Has been a fkn great week of progressions and feeling great recovery vise so I would say the push is really kicking now.
Body is looking the same too feeling like we are holding some nice condition but seeing some really nice fullness shifts

Only updates this week will be test from 275mg-315mg per week so 40mg increase the rest will stay as for training we add one more set into the back to continue to try push the envelope there while recovery is feeling good.

checkin for the week, pickup of .2 kg pretty happy with that I’m happy with just little bits piece by piece.

A pretty normal checkin not masses to report just rinse repeat train eat sleep repeat.

Another 50 carb added to training day and 3iu nova too, this will help drive hopefully some more progression and transfer over into strength without having to push drugs any more just yet bloods should be back this week

Also just curious the reason behind using test prop? Or is it just personal preference?
Yeah for sure brother I will put a training day on tomorrow

Test prop is just preference I prefer a short ester seems to have a lot better response on bloods for myself and I get a more stable response from it everyday.
(There will always be differences individual to individual so take from that what you please) no other particular reasoning
