its hard to say about creatine and alt/ast as you dont share your training or diet often
@chop09333
i saw your food 1 time a month+ ago and training a while back
how about supps? also missing
so guess answer is yes thats not good high creatinine is kidney issues and constant alt/ast probably liver issues but is it? or is it diet training issue? hard to say without you updating us

you see why a log is a must? takes 15min/week to update and you haven't been

Fair call. Thing is it doesn't change. Atleast not while I've just been maintaining rather than trying to achieve any gains or anything. I'll do my best to give you guys an idea of what's been going on anyway.
So about three weeks ago I did stop taking "st johns wort". Something that did help me with stress once, but I really don't need these days. I'll list how this applies to everything that's going on.
Cause high blood pressure. I haven't seen it come down since dropping it unfortunately.
Causes very fast metabolism of aromatase inhibitors, so I found myself taking 18.75mg of aromasin per day at one point. This in itself could be alot of my problems. The drug interaction in the gut causes gut dyobosis and there is studies in Thailand or something showing kidney injury.
I've now found that I need alot less if any AI. I'm going to come down to 200mg test and no AI. Just seems like a smart idea right now. In future I hope to cycle test and primo.
Training 5 day split (I train to failure on at least one set per exercise, sometimes all because I just do)
Chest and shoulders 8-12 rep range
3 x fly machine
3 x chest press machine
3 x cable cross over
3 x cable lateral raises super set 3 x front raises
4 x shoulder press machine
Back (12-15 rep range generally)
4 x pullups or lateral raises
4 x close grip cable rows
3 x bent over dumbbell rows
4 x chest press row machine or close grip pull downs, what ever I'm feeling really.
4 x shrugs (often super setted somewhere)
Legs (12-15 reps always to failure)
4 x prone leg curl
5 x leg press
4 x leg extension
5 x calf raises
I know it's small but my legs are good and I'm sore for a couple of days after
Arms (10-12 reps generally for biceps, 15 for tricep)
3 x Single arm preacher curls
3 x hammer curls
3 x dumbell bicep curls (sometimes a couple more sets between triceps)
5 x triceps cable pushing
5 x standing triceps extension using rope also (all rope at the minute due to recovering tennis elbow) which is going very well by the way.
Chest and shoulders 8-12 rep range
3 x fly machine
3 x chest press machine
3 x cable cross over
4 x shoulder press machine
5 - 7 x cable lateral raises
Cardio
15 mins air bike after most days other than leg day. I'm planning on upping that to half an hour. I've also been putting in half an hour to an hour on one of my two days off training each week.
Diet (is the same other than removed cocopops and I have been snacking on some jerky here and there)
Breakfast
100g banana
200g blueberries
20g almonds
50g iso whey
Meal 2
250g chicken (when raw)
350g jasmine rice
Some low cal flavour
Meal 3
Same as meal 2 with some mixed veggies
After training shake
100g bananas (have only just added this in here for blood pressure reasons. Nothing out of hand, but some bananas can't hurt)
200g blueberries
50g iso whey
10g almond butter
20g almonds
Meal 5 Sheppard's pie
250g lean mince (when raw)
350g mash potato
Mixed veggies
25g lactose free cheese
Low cal gravy
Cheat meal once per week (currently chicken burger from a local food van because they're fucking awesome)
Sups (I'll do another post later with mg. I'm just out of the house at the moment)
Milk thistle
NAC (just started)
Zinc
Magnesium
Valerian
Ashwagandha
Fish oil
D3
B12 complex
Melatonin
Swiss multivitamin
Esomeprazole (suspect for raised creatinine)
5mg ramapril (also a suspect, am changing)
Test - moving down to 200mg per week in daily pins as of today. Have titrated down from 350mg per week over the last four weeks.
Tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis
Bpc - 500mcg per day
Tb500 - 1mg e3d
Blood pressure 140's, sometimes 120's in the morning but it was higher. Still isn't great, but I'm hoping a mix of more cardio, telmisartan, lowered test and stopping the st johns wort will get it down. Also a major suspect for the raised kidney values.
That's everything I can think of guys.
