We wanted to keep all of you in the loop directly because you’ve all been a massive part of the RGSX journey from day one.
After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision to officially hand RGSX over to our brother @goldstandardlabs
@Gold Standard Labs .. As you all know, Gold Standard Labs has been involved as a partner with this venture since before it even launched, so this isn’t someone new stepping in — it’s family continuing what we built together.
This definitely wasn’t a decision we made lightly. Between our other vendor growing rapidly, family commitments, and the huge amount of time that goes into manufacturing and running RGSX day-to-day, it simply became too much for one person to manage properly.
You guys have probably seen that reflected at times with stock shortages, despite us pushing as hard as we could to keep up. The reality is RGSX has grown beyond what we can currently handle with our setup, and rather than let customer service or product availability slip further, we felt it was the right time to hand things over to someone who can dedicate themselves fully to the brand.
Golds is the perfect person for that. We all know how passionate he is, and we know he’ll invest heavily into growing RGSX properly and taking it to the next level. Coupled with his Tiered statuses will take this product to the level is deserves.
One thing we want to make very clear:
Nothing about the formulas or quality of the products will change.
The products we designed and built are something we’re incredibly proud of. The positive feedback, messages, bloodwork results, and logger reviews honestly mean the world to us. From the start, our priority has always been creating a genuinely effective, no-BS supplement range for the Australian market while keeping customer safety and wellbeing at the forefront.
Of course businesses need to make money, but RGSX was always built around quality first.
We still have a long list of future products and ranges planned, and we’ll be sharing all of that with Golds moving forward. We’ll also continue helping with development and testing of new products behind the scenes.
So this isn’t us disappearing.
We’ll still be around in the chats, helping answer questions, supporting the community, and assisting Golds however needed. The only thing changing is that manufacturing and day-to-day operations will now be handled by him and his team.
To be honest, we’re excited to see where he takes this brand. He’s built for large-scale operations and we genuinely believe he can push RGSX far beyond where we could take it alone.
For future product development, we’re still happy to run small test batches on our smaller setup so products can continue being trialled properly with loggers before full-scale production begins through Golds’ new manufacturing setup.
Lastly — nothing but love for all of you.
EVO family have backed us through every delay with patience and support, and we’ll never forget that. The ambassador team and loggers have been one of the biggest reasons this brand became what it is and they will still be looked after and on the team as usual - nothing changes!
One last thing:
Thursday we ran one final batch of HER and HIS Support before packing the setup away. All of our loggers will be sent roughly two months worth so there’s plenty of time for Golds to get his new team and manufacturing fully organised.
We aren’t going anywhere and still fully dedicated to bringing Australia the best On-cycle support and Add-on Ranges in the market.
We will try to reach out to catch up whenever possible but if you see Regenex Pharma posting on your thread, in this thread, it's us! and we are commenting because we genuinely want to and care for all of your logs and comments
