happy to have you back in the EVO familyAfternoon gang,I hope we are all well and are pushing ourselves as always!
Just wanted to give you guys/gal's a little update on my thyroid situation that for those of you that have been following along
So previously 6 weeks ago I had bloods and t3/t4/TSH were all over the shop (hashimotos disease) due to stress, we have been monitoring in since the day of my accident but have only just started t3 medication
I got bloods drawn on the 26th and got my results today.
t4/t3 is well in range but t3 is low moderate but still in range
For my TSH that has dropped a small amount and I need it only to drop another 0.7 for all my levels to be stable to start my recomp cycle
Again have to fucking wait this shit out (frustrating as hell) but hey health first i want to be in the for the long run
My gp is going to contact an endo to maybe see if we up the meds stabalise that then jump on TRT which is what im hoping for
Just a bit shattered today because I thought today was gunna the day
My apologies for the lack of activity with my logs, once I figure this shit out it will be back to weekly detailed posts with every compartment in thier,as for now still just light training but have definitely noticed the lack of motivation and depression with the hormone fluxuations
Any sudgestions to help t3/t4/test and TSH im currently running 25mg of t3 and considering taking matters into my own hands and just upping it to 50mg
Hope ur all.well stay goldenView attachment 223262

That's good that you got blood work. Sometimes we overreact to things. If everybody out there got blood work, they would have things off. We just have to adjust as we go. @Mr.liftzAfternoon gang,I hope we are all well and are pushing ourselves as always!
