Hi All! This will be my new log as my training journey has transitioned. I'm happy with how lean I am, and now I will begin a lean growth/bulk phase.

This week, I have been pretty slack with my calories. But today I made sure that I got much closer to my goal. I had a few rough nights again with the kids. Last night, I think my little one was up about 3 times before asking for something to eat at 2:30 am.

I got to have my first pin of Primo and NAD. Primo was nice and smooth, straight into the muscle in my thigh. NAD was an interesting experience. My face flushed red, and I started to feel slightly nauseous, with a weird, tingly feeling in my nose. But this all only lasted for about 10-15 minutes before going away. My husband told me that he read that these can be common side effects when first starting NAD, so I'm not too concerned. I'm super keen and excited to see how everything goes moving forward.

🌻29th May - Leg Workout🌻

I was able to hit PBs in all my exercises today. I tried a new exercise, Romanian Deadlift (dumbbell). I felt like a real big girl using big-girl weights today once I hit 12.5kg dumbbells. When I used the 17.5kg dumbbells, I used some straps, which made them much easier to hold.

Today I had the best workout with my husband @FromFat2Fit , always my favourite workouts as we always push each other to give it our all. We tried a new workout style today: 1st warm-up set at 60% for 5 reps, 2nd warm-up set at 80-85% for 5 reps, followed by 2 sets at your working weight or heaviest weight for as many reps as possible. We think it was really effective. I think we will keep doing it, as we were both able to hit PBs. Keen for an upper body workout tomorrow 💪

I like your gym. especially that big digital clock in the background. my gym doesn't use a digital clock and its hard for a lot of meatheads to tell the time @fitlittlelady

Today was a great day; my parents came over and looked after the kids, which made it easier for my husband and me to stay extra focused during our training. I was feeling pretty strong and determined to hit the 10 kg weights after my 2 warm-up sets with the incline dumbbell press. The first working set, I felt pretty strong being able to push myself to 9 reps, but I was only able to hit 6 reps on my second set as I lost balance of the weight in my right hand and wasn't able to get it back, so my hubby helped me bring the weight down safely.

I was able to get PBs in a few of my exercises today. Shoulder press felt strong today. I got a PB of 9kg, hit 10 reps in the first working set, and said to myself, "I can do one extra rep next set." It was a struggle, but I did it, and was very proud of myself.

By the end of our workout, I still had a bit left in the tank for my bicep cable curls, so I finished very strongly with drop sets. This left me with a nice pump, so I thought, why not flex and pose in the mirror? haha 💪😜

Notes:

This week, I have been pretty slack with my calories. But today I made sure that I got much closer to my goal. I had a few rough nights again with the kids. Last night, I think my little one was up about 3 times before asking for something to eat at 2:30 am.

I got to have my first pin of Primo and NAD. Primo was nice and smooth, straight into the muscle in my thigh. NAD was an interesting experience. My face flushed red, and I started to feel slightly nauseous, with a weird, tingly feeling in my nose. But this all only lasted for about 10-15 minutes before going away. My husband told me that he read that these can be common side effects when first starting NAD, so I'm not too concerned. I'm super keen and excited to see how everything goes moving forward.

Do you have someone guiding you with aas though? Sorry if i have missed it.

Yeah primo is def one of the more suitable options for females but aas use should never be taken lightly. Just be carefull.
 
🌈30th May - Upper Body Workout🌞

I was super impressed myself today, being able to push myself to my fullest. I think a few times I was a little too ambitious, thinking I could go heavier, but hey, I have definitely noticed my strength slowly increasing.

Today was a great day; my parents came over and looked after the kids, which made it easier for my husband and me to stay extra focused during our training. I was feeling pretty strong and determined to hit the 10 kg weights after my 2 warm-up sets with the incline dumbbell press. The first working set, I felt pretty strong being able to push myself to 9 reps, but I was only able to hit 6 reps on my second set as I lost balance of the weight in my right hand and wasn't able to get it back, so my hubby helped me bring the weight down safely.

I was able to get PBs in a few of my exercises today. Shoulder press felt strong today. I got a PB of 9kg, hit 10 reps in the first working set, and said to myself, "I can do one extra rep next set." It was a struggle, but I did it, and was very proud of myself.

By the end of our workout, I still had a bit left in the tank for my bicep cable curls, so I finished very strongly with drop sets. This left me with a nice pump, so I thought, why not flex and pose in the mirror? haha 💪😜

It was nice to be able to head into the gym during the week. Most of the time, I'm only able to go to the gym on Friday, my day off, and on the weekend. I did a quick little pull workout, and I was very impressed with how my back is starting to look. I kept looking in the mirrors around the gym at my back, haha.

I did pretty poorly with my calorie intake yesterday; I'm hoping to get back on track today and for the rest of the week.

My youngest son was so tired yesterday from his early morning; he didn't sleep at daycare either and fell asleep in the car on the way home from the gym last night at 6:30 pm. I was able to transfer him to his bed, and he stayed asleep until about 1:30 am and jumped into bed with me and fell straight back to sleep. He then slept until about 5:15 a.m. this morning.

@fitlittlelady sounds like you lead a busy life dealing with your son. I can remember as a kid I had a lot of stomach issues and my mom was always picking me up from school because I was throwing up.

My youngest son was so tired yesterday from his early morning; he didn't sleep at daycare either and fell asleep in the car on the way home from the gym last night at 6:30 pm. I was able to transfer him to his bed, and he stayed asleep until about 1:30 am and jumped into bed with me and fell straight back to sleep. He then slept until about 5:15 a.m. this morning.

I was super impressed myself today, being able to push myself to my fullest. I think a few times I was a little too ambitious, thinking I could go heavier, but hey, I have definitely noticed my strength slowly increasing.

🗒️Notes:

Today was a great day; my parents came over and looked after the kids, which made it easier for my husband and me to stay extra focused during our training. I was feeling pretty strong and determined to hit the 10 kg weights after my 2 warm-up sets with the incline dumbbell press. The first working set, I felt pretty strong being able to push myself to 9 reps, but I was only able to hit 6 reps on my second set as I lost balance of the weight in my right hand and wasn't able to get it back, so my hubby helped me bring the weight down safely.

I was able to get PBs in a few of my exercises today. Shoulder press felt strong today. I got a PB of 9kg, hit 10 reps in the first working set, and said to myself, "I can do one extra rep next set." It was a struggle, but I did it, and was very proud of myself.

By the end of our workout, I still had a bit left in the tank for my bicep cable curls, so I finished very strongly with drop sets. This left me with a nice pump, so I thought, why not flex and pose in the mirror? haha 💪😜
