Approved Log Chapter 3 - Time to get serious - Testosterone Masteron HGH Retatrutide Cycle Log

Yeah was thinking even dropping to 500 test. Honestly brother i just enjoy the hardening from the mast and feel good when taking it lol. As for the nolva i brought that in because my progesterone was high and thats when i experienced the gyno pop up. The aromasin i lm using to regulate my e2 as it was high. You agreed with this approach a few weeks back, has your opinion changed?
I don't really see the need for the high testosterone or high masteron. If you want to get hard, get some proviron lol you don't need to inject 500mgs of mast. @Allupfromhere
tamoxifen helped your progesterone gyno? how do you feel?
The aromasin i lm using to regulate my e2 as it was high. You agreed with this approach a few weeks back, has your opinion changed?
I do agree but I think the Equipoise masteron and aromasin in a mix is too much.

tamoxifen helped your progesterone gyno? how do you feel?
Yeah i dont feel bad in anyway and it has stopped the gyno from increasing. Im hoping now im lowering the test dose and removing the tren this will only benifit the situation.
I do agree but I think the Equipoise masteron and aromasin in a mix is too much.
I agree with you here also bro, im trying to utilise the eq to limit how much ai im needing to take. As for masteron it has no influence on reducing e2 for me i was on 300mg test and 400mg mast earlier this year and e2 was still well over. But am definitely trying to limit my ai use thats for sure.

You are lowering IGF1 with tamoxifen fyi.

@Allupfromhere masteron you can drop completely and just take a light proviron dose.
EQ you can keep at the dose of around 300mgs and use aromasin.
Retest bloods in 2 weeks after lets see.

Growing getting strong AF :D

Nice log bro. Have you got gyno under control yet or still on daily nolva and ai?

I would leave mast in until gyno clears up personally and see if u can drop back to 20mg nolva.

Do you know if it was caused e2 gyno or from the tren or combination?

Make sure to get some sensitive lcms testing for e2
Thank you brother, the gyno is definitely not progressing any more but hasnt receded either. Still on 40mg nolva daily and 25mg asin daily at 1g test had my e2 at 162nmol. I dropped the test back to 750mg about 4 weeks back so i should have it back in range. Next lot of bloods will tell.

Not exactly sure abiut the cause but i have had e2 well high previous cycle and didnt cause any gyno then its only since i had used tren that it come about. Could also be a combination of the two but e2 wasnt that far over this time anyway. Progesterone however was high.

Started the eq this week and dropped the tren as of last night so not sure if to run bloods now just to check e2 then do a full panel in 4-6 weeks or just run a full panel now.

@Allupfromhere I checked a few back posts about 10 pages back, didn't see bloods for prolactin progesterone have you taken them?

Hmm yeah personally I'd say the route cause would have been the tren. Especially when you've had higher e2 in the past without gyno

I'd say with test dose dropped by 250mg and still on 25mg asin that your e2 should be well within range now.

But still gyno symptoms present hopefully its not permanent tissue added.

Im pretty sure the metabolites that lower e2 in Equipoise start working quite quickly well before EQ reaches peak serum levels I'd have to go back and do some more reading again.

I'd do some bloods again in a week or 2, you may find you the combination of EQ and aromasin could actually tank your e2, so you may need to lower your AI its going to be something you'll need to monitor fairly regularly over the next couple months

Last time I ran it it crushed my oestrodial

Yeah done, ill just run a full panel after 2 weeks at least then ill have a better indication. Might even drop asin back to 12.5mg daily as it will be easier to manage high e2 then tanked e2 lol. Thanks again brother, be interesting to see how i go with eq.

Missing a little strength in there this morning, had a huge day at work and didnt even get home untill after 8pm so lost a little of my already fragile sleep lol. However im back catching the train to and from work again so i am able to get around an hours nap to and from which is helping the energy levels HEAPS!

Momentum is good right now, made some adjustments cycle wise and happy where my training and nutrition is. Hopefully the next couple sets of blood work reflect positive changes and i can lock everything down and just grind out the rest of the year.

Enjoy your day fam 🤍

Dropped back the weights a touch today for a slightly different approach. Strict Tempo on all reps, pause in the deep stretch and in the contraction. Chest was cooked and felt fatigue set in earlier as expected.
I just wanted to see the difference and training style rather then just getting in there and moving the weight essentially. Thinking of running this style for the next 4 weeks and see if i notice much difference in development.

Maintaining 20k+ steps daily to keep up the cardio side of things. High carb refeed day yesterday after legs and fat is still coming off nicely. Will stick to the game plan untill progress stalls and make changes then moving foward.

Steps and dinner from yesterday, rice, 90/10 lean beef some cottage cheese too.

Ok fam, 12 months since i started my first log here on evo. I feel i am only just getting started properly now and have so much more to achieve. Couldnt be more excited, engaged and committed right now to the grind. Everynow and then i find myself feeling a little stagnant and i always find updating some progress photos to compare reassures me then i am on the right track and to keep the foot on the pedal.

There are some things i love from my progress and some things i dislike, but thats the price of obesity. Too many bad decisions for too long and it leaves some irreversible damage but i dont regret making the change to a better and healthier life.

My theory is, if loose sking comes from being fat then i can surely fill some of it back in with muscle 😂😂
Have some loose skin around my lower chest i really want to fill out but just have to keep building the chest to replace the man boobs i once had lol. Stretch marks around the waist are what they are but i can live with that.
Im only addressing all the nitty gritty parts for anyone that finds themselves on a similar journey. No matter where you started a healthier life is always better even with some battle scars so dont let those thoughts stop you.

I just gotta keep chipping away and continue to grind. I suppose this is where the real work begins.

Pretty much 12 months between photos.

@Allupfromhere I can say 1 word - AMAZING! really just amazing, in 1 year you went from fat to fit, it's very impressive :D
EVO family loves and supports you, it's a true transformation everyone can be proud of. You are an inspiration to many and a true dedicated EVO Aussie brother! EVO family love and respect your way!

Whats the weight difference between the 2?
Just shy of 30kg. My weight has stayed pretty much the same since the start of this year, just my composition has changed.

You almost inspired me to lose some weight :D I'm 55, too old to give a F. I'm 5'10 and started at 112kg when I started training 22 months ago. I'm sitting at around 118kg.

maybe talk to a dermatologist about the loose skin. but also lots of fasting will tighten up that skin. it will cause autophagy and skin cell recycling @Allupfromhere

I really hope it can help others in anyway, its a big part of why i log, just as others logs continue to help me 😄

hard to believe you are the same person! proud of these changes. the most important thing is you made yourself healthier @Allupfromhere
Haha i surprised myself when i seen the photos side by side, still plenty of work to be done but happy with the direction im heading none the less. Thanks for being apart of the journey brother 🤍

@Allupfromhere bro good changes. but i liked you before too. you got some good size before should tap into more mass
Building it back with the good stuff is the plan brother keen to grow! And im still running tren and eating red meat bro you gotta be happy with that too yeah haha

maybe talk to a dermatologist about the loose skin. but also lots of fasting will tighten up that skin. it will cause autophagy and skin cell recycling @Allupfromhere
Thank you brother will look into this 🤍
