Final week of the current push phase. From the beginning of the growth phase this year, I’m about 11-12 kilos and keeping good balance with growth whilst maintaining a composition I’m happy to walk around with.



Now leads into a few weeks of holiday with the family over chrissy and new years and my bday. So gonna unwind a little and enjoy the time whilst I can before another productive year. Will keep a frequent log still whilst I’m overseas to see how the physique holds whilst training is a little less BUT we’ll see. I may go full holiday mode and mia🤣

Back from a very much enjoyed holiday over the christmas and new year break. Managed to relax, get some training sessions in some cool AND shit gyms 🤷‍♂️ and sure as hell ate some good food. But now with it all over and being back home - right back on track and on plan.



For the next few weeks gonna be in a mini-cut to clean up the physique after all this food was consumed and to set us up for another growth phase before heading into prep in a few months. Plan was in place before I even got home so got onto it right away

4 Day upper lower is what I have ran for the last 4-5 months, but as I transition out after this mini cut into a growth phase I'll potentially move to have an extra day for more volume when food and recovery allows
 
Ah yes , sorry didn’t realise ; how you find the PIP ? Never used it before but heard from some people it’s a real bad
I've got it mixed in the same syringes as all my other oils so don't have the compound on it's own to feel the pip it potentially has

Another week back home, bodyweight isn’t budging much this week in terms of average. But has been trending down the last few days, although weight isn’t moving the look is improving. Not really stressed with the number since we are back training, AAS are back in place as well so obviously those are going to play a factor. Over all nice to back in the full swing of things
