I’ve just started my first cycle and thought I should maybe start a log
I’m a 21yr old Female from NZ

68kg
I’m big into the gym.
I used to do powerlifting but now I just workout for the love of the game.
I’m considering trying bodybuilding down the track although I don’t currently have any set plan.
I’m in the middle of a cut which started 9wks ago. (Starting weight 75kg)
I’ve started this Var cycle to help maintain my muscle mass throughout the cut.
My goal is to get as shredded as I can.
Macros -
ORIGINAL PLAN
1800kcals
180P : 135C : 60F
I ate these macros for 8wks
And then Last week I increased my calories and carbs because I was very fatigued and it began to affect my training
So my current macros are -
1950kcals
180P : 170C : 60F
Cycle
Day 8 of 5mg Anavar (from PCT shop.com)
I’m thinking of going up to 10mg at 2weeks ?
Im planning to do a 6-8wk cycle depending on how my bloods are looking.
+ I’ve ran 6wks of Clenbuterol @ 80mcg
But I’m about to run out and I don’t know if I’ll continue with it so I’ve halved my dose to 40mcg for the last few days left
I’m not sure if I’ll get more Clen. I’m considering trying Reta… but I’m not sure yet.

Legs (Quad dominant day)
Arms
Glutes
I’m not great at taking rest days but I try take one a week.
First progress pic is from the beginning of my cut the other 2 are from today.
Let me know if I’ve missed anything from this log I’m not too sure what I’m supposed to add
I’d love and appreciate any advice or tips if anyone has anything!
