my gym at the moment is <10min from home and beach is 5mins from home. My gym has also just opened a new branch right across from the beach which is close to my house so it will become my regular - went to visit this morning (will work out this evening) and scored a free coffee and bag!
Another branch of my gym is also right near a different beach on the way home from work - I went there yesterday and then across to the grocery store after to get some supplies and there was a group of about 10 young ladies all in their thong bikinis doing their shopping. I guess life is good :D

yeah bro - nice and close to home and not too busy as yet (that being said I was there at 5pm). Definitely noticing the tren effects though - in a good way seem to be noticing leaning up around my abs - but in a bad way every girl seems to be hot...lol

Well rizzle my dizzle someone just added 5lbs of muscle with only a Bic blade! Get that godawful forearm hair off there too LOL.

Here's a pic of my proper (almost) hairless forearm tonight. I use NAIR, like everywhere (don't do your butthole that sucks!)
Bro my first cut i used nair on my thighs and lucky it started burning because I was gunna fully send that shit lol
I quickly learned and invested in a proper shaver
Don't use razors
Get one of those Phillips one blade electric ones
 
Shaving does absolute wonders doesnt it? dropped a few percent body fat just from that haha
And leave the mess in the bathroom afterwards. And get head ripped off by your 50kg wife🤣

Yeah I'm not much for looking too close at my macros, just try to hit decent protein but its definitely something I should look harder at.

I have been training a while but it was a lot of -off and on - just at the edge of a dad bod - kinda looked ok in a t-shirt but now way more confident
