Having said that apart from last nights lower sessions the rest have been great. Strength is climbing, and appetite is revving!

Output is unintentionally higher so it’s resulted in me tightening up a little which I’m not mad about. Biggest thing I’ve needed to figure out has been keeping on top of sleep. Apart from they meals are easy to get in and steps are almost in the job description

It’s been a busy week starting a new gig in security and working much longer hours and moving a lot more than I’m used to. Output is unintentionally higher so it’s resulted in me tightening up a little which I’m not mad about. Biggest thing I’ve needed to figure out has been keeping on top of sleep. Apart from they meals are easy to get in and steps are almost in the job description
Training has been good, still some little niggles hanging around but I’ll be getting therapy work done asap to help with this.

Having said that I’m stoked with how everything looks considering! Training has been when ever I have the time to get it in with working 12hr shifts it isn’t leaving heaps of room for error.

Strength is going up along with looking a bit fuller. Now that the EQ has been in at 100mg for about a month (even though it hasn’t reached full saturation yet)
